Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及旨在存储液体的储箱领域,更精确地说,涉及机动车辆用的燃料储箱或尿素储箱的领域。
背景技术
燃料储箱一般包括壳体,该壳体包括限定该储箱的一个或多个壁。燃料储箱还包括至少一个使得储箱的内部和外部流体联通的构件。例如,该储箱以几乎总是包括用于充装燃料的开孔。而且,当储箱至少部分地充装有燃料时,燃料蒸气在储箱中积累。因此需要排走这些蒸气。为此,在储箱的壁上设置至少一个通风阀门。当燃料蒸气压强变得高于预定阈值时,阀门就把储箱和储箱的通风回路流体联通。
通常,所述构件以单体的方式形成。第一部分在储箱内部延伸。第二部分在储箱外部延伸,并连接到储箱外部的部件。该第二部分旨在连接到适于布置在储箱外部的部件。第一部分旨在根据其尺寸在储箱中的燃料蒸气水平高时让燃料蒸气通过。
因此必须根据每个构件旨在实现的功能而专门地为其设置尺寸。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提出一种更易于制造的储箱。
为此,根据本发明设置一种用于存储液体的储箱,该储箱包括至少一个包含至少一个使得储箱的内部和外部流体联通的端口的构件,该储箱的特征在于,所述构件包括两个分别的部件,即与储箱的壁一体成型(venu de matière)的第一部件,和固定到储箱的所述壁的外部面的第二部件。
由此,在制造该储箱时,根据第一部件要实现的作用来设置其尺寸。而确保储箱内部和外部之间的流体联通并连接到储箱外部的至少一个另一部件的第二部件则可单独地以标准的方式被生产,然后被固定到储箱的壁上。储箱由此更易于制造。
优选地,第二部件以密封的方式固定到储箱的壁的外部面。
根据一个实施方式,所述构件是储箱的通风阀门。
有利地,第一部件成型为裙部。
该形式易于获得,尤其是在被注射成型的储箱中,并能够以简单的方式实现适于储箱尺寸的通风阀门。
优选地,裙部的横向尺寸大于储箱的壁上由该裙部围绕的开口的最大尺寸。
在现有技术中,当裙部与第一部件一体成型时,裙部必定具有小于或等于开口直径的横向尺寸,以能够在将构件安置在储箱上时穿过该开口。然而,本发明的裙部能够具有更大的横向尺寸,这是因为不再需要穿过开口将其引入储箱中。由此,能够将其容置于储箱的这样的部分中:该部分的两个壁之间的尺寸更小。因此能够将构件置于储箱中此前不可通达的位置处。
根据一个实施方式,裙部向储箱内部延伸。
有利地,第二部件是通过螺固而固定的。
优选地,第二部件是通过焊接而固定的。
根据一个实施方式,第二部件是通过包覆模制而固定的。
有利地,储箱包括通过注射成型而形成的塑料壁。
优选地,储箱旨在用于存储机动车辆的燃料。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出了一个根据本发明的用于存储液体的储箱10。在此,该储箱是旨在用于存储机动车辆燃料的储箱10。该储箱包含的燃料因此旨在用于供给车辆发动机。储箱10一方面连接到发动机,另一方面连接到储箱的燃料充装装置。
储箱10包括由塑料、例如高密度聚乙烯(PEHD)类型的塑料制成的壁12。在此,储箱的壁是通过注射成型而形成的。
储箱10还包括构件14,该构件在此是储箱10的通风阀门。根据一个变型,构件14是储箱10的充装设备。当储箱10中的燃料蒸气压强变得高于预定阈值时,阀门使得储箱10的内部和外部流体联通。在此,阀门使得储箱10的内部与旨在处理燃料蒸气的系统流体联通。
构件14包括两个分别的部件:第一部件16和第二部件18。
第一部件16与储箱10的壁12一体成型。该第一部件在此成型为形成在储箱10内部延伸的裙部。
有利地,根据在储箱中准许的最大液位水平而设定裙部的长度。
成型为裙部的第一部件16围绕储箱10的壁12的圆形开口20布置。如在图1和3中可见,裙部的横向尺寸大于储箱10的壁12的开口20的尺寸(在此为直径)。
此外,构件14包括位于储箱外部的端口22(在图1至5中可见),该端口能够使得储箱的内部和外部流体联通。第二部件18在此与端口22一体成型。
第二部件18通过焊接而以密封的方式固定到储箱的壁12的外部面。为此,第二部件18包括圆形的焊接区域24(在图2至5中可见),该焊接区域24面对第一部件16的外部面的、也为圆形的焊接区域26(在图2、3和6中可见)。第一部件16和第二部件18的焊接区域具有互补的形状。在此,借助于加热镜面来进行焊接。根据本实施方式的一个变型,可进行所有类型的焊接,尤其是借助于超声波或借助于激光进行焊接。
根据该实施方式的其它变型,第二部件18以密封的方式通过螺固而固定到外部面,或根据另一变型通过包覆成型而固定到外部面。
由此,本发明的主要优点在于储箱10的制造的简便性。实际上,在通过注射成型来形成储箱10时,在成型储箱10的壁12的同时布置所需数量的与储箱10的壁12一体成型的裙部。每个裙部的尺寸适合于集成该裙部的构件14必须实现的功能。然后,围绕每个开口20布置标准化的第二部件,裙部也以密封的方式围绕该开口布置。
在一个具体实施方式中,第二部件18包括液体/蒸气分离膜。
当然,可不超出本发明的范围地对本发明进行众多更改。
借助于具体措施并且在构成储箱壁的材料允许的情况下,可考虑在热型坯吹气成型和获得形状时通过使热型坯变形而获得裙部,或在热型坯的成型期间通过将柱形零件焊接到热型坯来获得裙部。
可使用多种技术来制造储箱10的壁12。
还可以更改第一部件16的形状。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于存储机动车辆的液体的储箱(10),该储箱包括至少一个包含至少一个使得所述储箱(10)的内部和外部流体联通的端口(22)的构件(14),该储箱的特征在于,所述构件(14)包括两个分别的部件,即与所述储箱(10)的壁(12)一体成型的第一部件(16),和以密封的方式固定到所述储箱(10)的所述壁(12)的外部面的第二部件(18),并且在于,所述第一部件(16)成型为裙部,并且在于,所述裙部的横向尺寸大于所述储箱(10)的壁(12)上由该裙部围绕的开口的最大尺寸。
