技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及显示面板和显示装置。
背景技术
为了降低显示面板边框的宽度,相关技术主要采用GOA(Gate On Array)工艺来制作栅极驱动电路,然后将栅极驱动电路设置在显示面板上。
但是基于目前将栅极驱动电路设置在显示面板上的方式,仍然难以减少显示面板边框中的布线,使得显示面板的窄边框难以实现。
发明内容
本发明提供显示面板和显示装置,以解决相关技术中的不足。
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供一种显示面板,包括第一边、第二边、第三边和第四边,还包括:
集成电路,设置在所述显示面板的第一边上;
栅极驱动电路,设置在所述显示面板与所述第一边相对的第三边上;
信号传输线,平行于所述第二边和所述第四边,且电连接于所述栅极驱动电路。
可选地,所述显示面板还包括:
基板;
遮光层,设置在所述基板的一侧,其中,所述信号传输线与所述遮光层位于同一层;
缓冲层,设置在所述信号传输线远离所述基板的一侧;
栅绝缘层,设置在所述缓冲层远离所述基板的一侧;
栅线,设置在所述栅绝缘层远离所述基板的一侧;
过孔,设置在所述缓冲层和所述栅绝缘层中,其中,所述栅线通过所述过孔电连接于所述信号传输线。
可选地,包括M行×N列像素,其中,M和N为大于1的整数,M条所述信号传输线与M行所述像素对应的栅线一一对应电连接。
可选地,在所述N列像素对应的区域中,每N/M列像素对应的区域中设置一条所述信号传输线。
可选地,所述显示面板为矩形,且所述第一边的长度小于所述第二边的长度,每行所述像素沿平行于所述第一边的方向排列;
其中,所述栅极驱动电路包括K个输出端,每个所述输出端电连接于X条所述信号传输线,其中,K和X为大于1的整数。
可选地,所述显示面板还包括:
K×X个开关单元,每个所述开关单元的第一端电连接于一条信号传输线,第二端电连接于所述第一端电连接的信号传输线对应的所述输出端;
时序控制单元,电连接于所述开关单元的第三端,用于输出时序控制信号,已控制每个所述输出端与对应的X条信号传输信号线中的每条信号传输线依次导通。
可选地,所述显示面板还包括:
复位单元,用于在第n+1个开关单元导通时,将第n个开关单元电连接的信号输出线复位,以及在第1个开关晶体管导通时,将第K×X个开关单元电连接的信号输出线复位,其中,n为小于K×X的正整数。
可选地,所述复位单元包括K×X个晶体管,其中,第n个晶体管的栅极电连接于第n个开关单元的第一端,源极电连接于预设电位,漏极电连接于第n+1个开关单元的第一端;
且第1个晶体管的漏极电连接于第K×X个晶体管的第一端。
可选地,所述显示面板还包括:
触控金属线、红色子像素数据线、绿色子像素数据线和蓝色子像素数据线,
其中,所述信号数据线设置在所述触控金属线、和/或所述红色子像素数据线、和/或所述绿色子像素数据线、和/或所述蓝色子像素数据线向所述基板投影对应的区域。
根据本发明实施例的第二方面,提供一种显示装置,包括上述任一实施例所述的显示面板。
根据上述实施例可知,通过将集成电路和栅极驱动电路分别设置在显示面板的两条相对边上,可以减少在显示面板的另两条边对应的边框中设置的线路等结构,从而有效地缩窄显示面板另两条边对应的边框的宽度,以便实现显示面板的窄边框。

图1是根据本发明实施例示出的一种显示面板的结构示意图。本实施例所示的显示显示面板可以适用于各类显示装置,例如手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、电视等。如图1所示,本实施例的显示面板可以包括第一边1、第二边2、第三边3和第四边4,还包括:
集成电路5,设置在所述显示面板的第一边1上;
栅极驱动电路6,设置在所述显示面板与所述第一边1相对的第三边3上,其中,栅极驱动电路6可以采用GOA(Gate On Array)工艺制作,且栅极驱动电路6可以通过平行于第二边和第四边的布线与集成电路5电连接,以便接收来自集成电路的信号;
信号传输线(在图1中未示出),平行于所述第二边2和所述第四边4,且电连接于所述栅极驱动电路6。
在一个实施例中,除了如图1所示的情况,将集成电路和栅极驱动电路分别设置在显示面板的两条短边上,还可以根据需要将集成电路和栅极驱动电路分别设置在显示面板的两条长边上。
在一个实施例中,除了图1所示的结构,在显示面板还可以包括电连接于所述集成电路的柔性电路板,静电释放单元,设置在集成电路和第一边之间的扇出单元(Fan-out),Cell测试数据线(CTD,Cell Test Data)、数据选择器(MUX,Multiplexer)。还可以包括设置在栅极驱动电路源极远离第三边一侧的Cell测试VCOM信号线(CT VCOM,Cell Test VCOM),触控金属线静电释放单元(TX ESD Unit),栅极驱动电路静电释放单元(GOA ESD Unit)。
在一个实施例中,通过将集成电路和栅极驱动电路分别设置在显示面板的两条相对边(例如图1所示的第一边1和第三边3)上,可以减少在显示面板的另两条边(例如图1所示的第二边2和第四边4)对应的边框中设置的线路等结构,从而有效地缩窄显示面板另两条边对应的边框的宽度,以便实现窄边框显示。
图2是根据本发明实施例示出的一种显示面板在栅极位置的截面示意图。图3是根据本发明实施例示出的一种显示面板在栅线位置的截面示意图。如图2和图3所示,在图1所示实施例的基础上,所述显示面板还包括:
基板10;
遮光层11,设置在所述基板10的一侧,其中,所述信号传输线12与所述遮光层10位于同一层;
缓冲层13,设置在所述信号传输线12远离所述基板10的一侧;
栅绝缘层14,设置在所述缓冲层13远离所述基板10的一侧;
栅线15,设置在所述栅绝缘层14远离所述基板10的一侧;
过孔16,设置在所述缓冲层13和所述栅绝缘层14中,其中,所述栅线15通过所述过孔16电连接于所述信号传输线12。
在一个实施例中,如图2所示,显示面板还可以包括有源层17,设置在所述缓冲层13远离所述基板10的一侧,所述有源层17可以由多晶硅形成。还可以包括栅极19,设置在栅绝缘层14远离所述基板10的一侧,电连接于所述栅线15。还可以包括钝化层18,设置在所述栅极19远离所述基板10的一侧,以及设置在所述钝化层18远离所述基板10一侧的源极20和漏极21,所述源极20和所述漏极20,分别通过设置在钝化层18和栅绝缘层14中的过孔与有源层17电连接。
在一个实施例中,如图3所示的栅线15可以平行于图1所示显示面板的第一边1和第三边3,而信号传输线12则垂直于栅线15,通过过孔16与栅线15电连接,可以将来自栅极驱动电路6的栅极驱动信号传输至栅线15,以控制每个子像素对应的晶体管。
在一个实施例中,通过在遮光层同层设置信号传输线,可以保证栅极驱动电路能够通过信号传输线将栅极驱动信号传输至栅线,进而完成对栅极的驱动,以实现逐行扫描。
可选地,包括M行×N列像素,其中,M和N为大于1的整数,M条所述信号传输线与M行所述像素对应的栅线一一对应电连接。
在一个实施例中,通过将M条所述信号传输线与M行所述像素对应的栅线一一对应电连接,可以通过一行信号传输线驱动向一条栅线传输栅极驱动信号,从而实现对每行像素逐行扫描。
可选地,在所述N列像素对应的区域中,每N/M列像素对应的区域中设置一条所述信号传输线。
图4是根据本发明实施例示出的一种显示面板的布线示意图。如图4所示,每个像素可以包括红色子像素R、绿色子像素G和蓝色子像素B,例如显示面板中像素行数M和像素列数N的比例为2/1,那么针对每列像素可以设置2条信号传输线12,其中,与每列像素对应设置的2条信号传输线12可以如图4所示,一条设置在红色子像素R的一侧,另一条设置在蓝色子像素B和绿色子像素G之间,并且信号传输线12可以通过过孔16与栅线15电连接。也可以根据需要调整信号传输线12的位置,例如一条设置在红色子像素R和绿色子像素G之间,另一条设置在蓝色子像素B和绿色子像素G之间。
在一个实施例中,通过在N列像素对应的区域中,每N/M列像素对应的区域设置一条信号传输线,可以保证M条信号传输线均匀分布在N列像素对应的区域中,有利于简化布线工艺。
可选地,所述显示面板为矩形,且所述第一边的长度小于所述第二边的长度,每行所述像素沿平行于所述第一边的方向排列;
其中,所述栅极驱动电路包括K个输出端,每个所述输出端电连接于X条所述信号传输线,其中,K和X为大于1的整数。
在一个实施例中,在图1所示实施例的基础上,由于栅极驱动电路6位于第三边3,也即位于显示面板的短边上,而每行像素平行于短边排列,因此在短边上设置的栅极驱动电路中输出端的数量一般少于信号传输线的数量M。通过设置每个输出端电连接于X条信号传输线,可以保证每条信号传输线都能够接收到来自栅极驱动电路的栅极驱动信号,以良好地驱动每个子像素对应的晶体管。
可选地,所述显示面板还包括:
K×X个开关单元,每个所述开关单元的第一端电连接于一条信号传输线,第二端电连接于所述第一端电连接的信号传输线对应的所述输出端;
时序控制单元,电连接于所述开关单元的第三端,用于输出时序控制信号,已控制每个所述输出端与对应的X条信号传输信号线中的每条信号传输线依次导通。
图5是根据本发明实施例示出的一种输出端与信号传输线的连接关系示意图。如图5所示,例如X=4,K个输出端分别为OUT1、OUT2、…、OUTK,例如其中OUT1电连接于4个开关单元7,4个开关单元7分别电连接于时序控制单元8,时序控制单元8可以向每个开关单元7输入时序控制信号,以控制开关单元7开启或关闭,当开关单元7开启时,OUT1可以将栅极驱动信号传输至信号传输线12。从而使得每个输出端可以向其对应的X条信号传输线依次传输栅极驱动信号,进而实现逐行控制像素开启。
可选地,所述显示面板还包括:
复位单元,用于在第n+1个开关单元导通时,将第n个开关单元电连接的信号输出线复位,以及在第1个开关晶体管导通时,将第K×X个开关单元电连接的信号输出线复位,其中,n为小于K×X的正整数。
图6是根据本发明实施例示出的另一种输出端与信号传输线的连接关系示意图。如图6所示,在图5所示实施例的基础上,复位单元9可以分别电连接于每个开关单元7,例如在第2个开关单元导通时,可以将第1个开关单元电连接的信号输出线复位。据此,在逐行扫描的过程中,可以在开启某行像素时,控制该行像素的上一行像素关闭,以及在扫描下一帧第一行像素时,在上一帧开启的最后一行像素关闭,以保证逐行扫描的实现。
可选地,所述复位单元包括K×X个晶体管,其中,第n个晶体管的栅极电连接于第n个开关单元的第一端,源极电连接于预设电位,漏极电连接于第n+1个开关单元的第一端;
且第1个晶体管的漏极电连接于第K×X个晶体管的第一端。
图7是根据本发明实施例示出的又一种输出端与信号传输线的连接关系示意图。如图7所示,在图6所示实施例的基础上,开关单元7可以为晶体管,复位单元9可以包括K×X个晶体管90,第n个晶体管90的栅极可以电连接于第n个开关单元7的第一端(例如漏极),晶体管90的源极可以电连接于预设电位,例如低电位VGL,漏极电连接于第n+1个开关单元的第一端。且第1个晶体管90的漏极电连接于第K×X个开关单元的第一端。
图8是根据本发明实施例示出的一种时序控制信号的示意图。如图8所示,与每4个开关单元中第一个开关单元相连的时序信号线L1,与每4个开关单元中第二个开关单元相连的时序信号线L2,与每4个开关单元中第三个开关单元相连的时序信号线L3,与每4个开关单元中第四个开关单元相连的时序信号线L4,分别输出高电平信号,且每条时序信号线上的高电平信号在时域上不存在重叠,每条时序信号线上的高电平信号占1/4个周期。
根据图7和图8所示的实施例,当第n+1个开关单元导通时,第n+1个晶体管导通,将低电位信号传输至第n个开关单元的第一端,使得第n个开关单元对应的信号传输线为低电平。当第1个开关晶体管导通时,第1个晶体管导通,将低电位信号传输至第K×X个开关单元的第一端,使得第K×X个开关单元的信号传输线为低电平。
在逐行扫描的过程中,可以在开启某行像素时,控制该行像素的上一行像素关闭,以及在扫描下一帧第一行像素时,在上一帧开启的最后一行像素关闭,以保证逐行扫描的实现。
可选地,所述显示面板还包括:
触控金属线、红色子像素数据线、绿色子像素数据线和蓝色子像素数据线,
其中,所述信号数据线设置在所述触控金属线、和/或所述红色子像素数据线、和/或所述绿色子像素数据线、和/或所述蓝色子像素数据线向所述基板投影对应的区域。
在一个实施例中,由于触控金属线、红色子像素数据线、绿色子像素数据线和蓝色子像素数据线本身会对显示面板的出光造成遮挡,而通过将信号数据线设置在所述触控金属线、和/或所述红色子像素数据线、和/或所述绿色子像素数据线、和/或所述蓝色子像素数据线向所述基板投影对应的区域,是的信号传输线不会对显示面板的出光造成额外遮挡,有利于降低对透光率的影响。
本发明的实施例还提出了一种显示装置,包括显示模组,还包括上述任一实施例所述的显示面板。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的显示装置可以为:电子纸、手机、平板电脑、电视机、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
需要指出的是,在附图中,为了图示的清晰可能夸大了层和区域的尺寸。而且可以理解,当元件或层被称为在另一元件或层“上”时,它可以直接在其他元件上,或者可以存在中间的层。另外,可以理解,当元件或层被称为在另一元件或层“下”时,它可以直接在其他元件下,或者可以存在一个以上的中间的层或元件。另外,还可以理解,当层或元件被称为在两层或两个元件“之间”时,它可以为两层或两个元件之间唯一的层,或还可以存在一个以上的中间层或元件。通篇相似的参考标记指示相似的元件。
在本发明中,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”、“第四”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。术语“多个”指两个或两个以上,除非另有明确的限定。

Claims (10)

1.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括第一边、第二边、第三边和第四边,还包括:
集成电路,设置在所述显示面板的第一边上;
栅极驱动电路,设置在所述显示面板与所述第一边相对的第三边上;
信号传输线,平行于所述第二边和所述第四边,且电连接于所述栅极驱动电路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,还包括:
基板;
遮光层,设置在所述基板的一侧,其中,所述信号传输线与所述遮光层位于同一层;
缓冲层,设置在所述信号传输线远离所述基板的一侧;
栅绝缘层,设置在所述缓冲层远离所述基板的一侧;
栅线,设置在所述栅绝缘层远离所述基板的一侧;
过孔,设置在所述缓冲层和所述栅绝缘层中,其中,所述栅线通过所述过孔电连接于所述信号传输线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其特征在于,包括M行×N列像素,其中,M和N为大于1的整数,M条所述信号传输线与M行所述像素对应的栅线一一对应电连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的显示面板,其特征在于,在所述N列像素对应的区域中,每N/M列像素对应的区域中设置一条所述信号传输线。
5.根据权利要求3所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示面板为矩形,且所述第一边的长度小于所述第二边的长度,每行所述像素沿平行于所述第一边的方向排列;
其中,所述栅极驱动电路包括K个输出端,每个所述输出端电连接于X条所述信号传输线,其中,K和X为大于1的整数。
6.根据权利要求5所述的显示面板,其特征在于,还包括:
K×X个开关单元,每个所述开关单元的第一端电连接于一条信号传输线,第二端电连接于所述第一端电连接的信号传输线对应的所述输出端;
时序控制单元,电连接于所述开关单元的第三端,用于输出时序控制信号,已控制每个所述输出端与对应的X条信号传输信号线中的每条信号传输线依次导通。
7.根据权利要求6所述的显示面板,其特征在于,还包括:
复位单元,用于在第n+1个开关单元导通时,将第n个开关单元电连接的信号输出线复位,以及在第1个开关晶体管导通时,将第K×X个开关单元电连接的信号输出线复位,其中,n为小于K×X的正整数。
8.根据权利要求7所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述复位单元包括K×X个晶体管,其中,第n个晶体管的栅极电连接于第n个开关单元的第一端,源极电连接于预设电位,漏极电连接于第n+1个开关单元的第一端;
且第1个晶体管的漏极电连接于第K×X个晶体管的第一端。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的显示面板,其特征在于,还包括:
触控金属线、红色子像素数据线、绿色子像素数据线和蓝色子像素数据线,
其中,所述信号数据线设置在所述触控金属线、和/或所述红色子像素数据线、和/或所述绿色子像素数据线、和/或所述蓝色子像素数据线向所述基板投影对应的区域。
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的显示面板。
