Background
In the prior art, biomass particles have gained wide acceptance as a new type of particulate fuel with its particular advantages. The biomass granular fuel is a massive environment-friendly new energy source produced by processing straws (corn, wheat, sorghum and the like), rice straws, rice hulls, peanut shells, corncobs, oil-tea camellia shells, cottonseed hulls and the like and three residues, and belongs to solid fuel. The biomass particle fuel environment-friendly energy-saving boiler comprises a boiler body, wherein a feeding hopper, a screw conveyor, an air blower, a water inlet, a water outlet, a smoke outlet, a boiler door and the like are arranged on the boiler body, the structure of the boiler body is different, and how to better improve the heat extraction efficiency and benefit the environmental protection is the direction of the continuous modification and the effort of the boiler. An environment-friendly boiler for biomass particles (application No. 201520048579.9, application No. 2015.1.25) is composed of a boiler body with a water jacket, a furnace, a feeding hopper, a spiral conveyer and a blower. The right part of the hearth in the furnace body is a flue cavity; an inverted U-shaped flue pipe is arranged in the flue cavity, the lower end of the inverted U-shaped flue pipe is open, and a flue outlet is formed in the upper part of the inverted U-shaped flue pipe; an ash removal furnace door is arranged at each opening of the furnace body corresponding to the flue pipe in the flue cavity; the upper part of the inverted U-shaped flue pipe is provided with a smoke outlet; the two branch pipe sections of the inverted U-shaped flue pipe are respectively arranged in a water jacket pipe communicated with a hearth water jacket, and the lower end opening and the upper smoke outlet of the flue pipe are exposed outside the water jacket pipe. Its disadvantages are no dust falling in boiler, high dust removing requirement to boiler, and high investment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the biomass granular fuel environment-friendly and energy-saving boiler which is reasonable in structure, reduces smoke pollution and has a better using effect aiming at the defects.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows: an environment-friendly and energy-saving boiler using biomass granular fuel comprises a boiler body, wherein a hearth with a water jacket is arranged in the boiler body, and a feeding hopper, a screw conveyor and an air blower are arranged on one side of the hearth. The right part of the hearth in the furnace body is a flue cavity; an inverted U-shaped flue pipe is arranged in the flue cavity, the lower end of the inverted U-shaped flue pipe is open, and a flue outlet is formed in the upper part of the inverted U-shaped flue pipe; an ash removal furnace door is arranged at each opening of the furnace body corresponding to the flue pipe in the flue cavity; the upper part of the inverted U-shaped flue pipe is provided with a smoke outlet; the two branch pipe sections of the inverted U-shaped flue pipe are respectively arranged in a water jacket pipe communicated with a hearth water jacket, and the lower end opening and the upper smoke outlet of the flue pipe are exposed outside the water jacket pipe. A dust settling water tank is arranged below the opening at the right lower end of the flue pipe. The dust fall basin can also overlap there is the basin in the cover, link up between the tank bottom portion.

The invention has the advantages that: 1. set up the dust fall basin below flue pipe right side lower extreme is uncovered for smoke and dust in the flue gas is subsided in the basin by the part in the boiler, and the flue gas of getting rid of is cleaner, does benefit to the environmental protection. 2. The water tank can be further sleeved in the dust falling water tank, the atomization effect is better when the smoke impacts the water surface, and the dust falling effect is improved. 3. The bottoms of the grooves are communicated, so that pollution discharge is facilitated. 4. The invention realizes the dust fall in the boiler and breaks the design of dust fall outside the conventional boiler body. In the past, the small boiler is not provided with dust removing equipment outside the body, smoke is directly discharged and polluted, and if the dust removing equipment is arranged, the cost is higher, and the small boiler is usually abandoned. Therefore, the invention adopts the dust fall in the body, realizes the forced reduction of the smoke dust from the source, has low cost, more convenient use, more practicability and very obvious comprehensive effect.

Referring to fig. 1-4, an environment-friendly and energy-saving boiler using biomass granular fuel comprises a boiler body 1, a hearth 5 with a water jacket is arranged in the boiler body 1, and a feeding hopper 2, a screw conveyor 3 and a blower 4 are arranged on the left side of the hearth 5. The right part of a hearth 5 in the furnace body 1 is a flue cavity 6; an inverted U-shaped flue pipe 7 is arranged in the flue cavity 6, the lower end of the inverted U-shaped flue pipe 7 is open, and a flue outlet 9 is arranged at the upper part of the inverted U-shaped flue pipe 7; an ash removal furnace door 8 is arranged on each opening of the furnace body 1 corresponding to the flue pipe 7 in the flue cavity 6; two branch pipe sections of the inverted U-shaped flue pipe 7 are respectively arranged in a water sleeve 10 communicated with a hearth water jacket, and an opening 18 at the right lower end of the flue pipe and an upper smoke outlet 9 are exposed outside the water sleeve 10. A dust settling water tank 19 is arranged below the opening 18 at the right lower end of the flue pipe. Flue gas flow direction: the hearth 5 → the flue 17 → the flue cavity 6 → the inverted U-shaped flue pipe 7 → the opening 18 at the lower right end of the flue pipe → the dust-settling water tank 19 → the smoke outlet 9.
The inverted U-shaped flue pipe 7 can also be arranged in a water tank (not shown) communicated with the hearth water jacket, and the right lower end opening 18 and the upper smoke outlet 9 of the flue pipe are exposed outside the water tank. A dust settling water tank 19 is arranged below the opening 18 at the right lower end of the flue pipe. Referring to fig. 5, in the above scheme, the outer bottom of the furnace body 1 is provided with the movable caster 12, which is convenient for arrangement and installation and reduces the installation strength. Or the front of the furnace body 1 is provided with an inclined fire observation mirror 16 to master the particle combustion condition. Or the smoke outlet 9 is connected with an induced draft fan, so that smoke discharge is smoother. Two lower oblique upright posts 14 are symmetrically arranged on the inner wall surface of the bottom in the feeding hopper 2, arch breaking is facilitated, the formation of a bridge frame is reduced, and feeding is smoother. The outer wall surface of the feeding hopper 2 is hung with a swinging heavy hammer 15 (cast iron coated with rubber or full rubber material), the heavy hammer 15 is pulled outwards, and then the heavy hammer is stricken back forcefully to shake the feeding hopper 2, so that the flow of particles inside is facilitated.
