Abstract
The invention relates to a rotary liquid filling machine and a distributor thereof, wherein the distributor comprises an inner shaft, a shell, a guide sealing piece, a bearing, a mounting seat and a shaft sleeve, one end of the inner shaft is fixed on an anti-rotation device, one end of the inner shaft, which is close to the anti-rotation device, is sleeved with the mounting seat and the shaft sleeve, and the mounting seat and the shaft sleeve can rotate around the inner shaft, so that when the shell rotates relative to the inner shaft, the bearing between the outer wall of the inner shaft and the inner wall of the shell and the shaft sleeve between the mounting seat and the outer wall of the inner shaft form a double-bearing guide structure, the force exerted on the inner shaft by the anti-rotation device and an external pipeline can be effectively counteracted, the overload of the bearing is eliminated, the abrasion and failure of the guide sealing piece are delayed, the service life of the distributor is prolonged, the gas collecting efficiency is improved, and the quality risk of products is eliminated.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of filling machines, in particular to a rotary liquid filling machine and a distributor thereof.
Background
The liquid is introduced through an external pipeline and then enters the filling tank through the distributor. The stable operation of the distributor is beneficial to improving the machine efficiency and reducing the quality risk of products, and is a key component of the rotary liquid filling machine.
The traditional distributor, the inner shaft is connected with the external pipeline, and the liquid is introduced and enters the filling tank through the main liquid inlet pipe. The inner shaft is fixed with the anti-rotation device and is in a static state; the shell is connected with each filling valve in a backflow way through a liquid return pipeline and is in a rotating state. And a bearing and a guide sealing piece are arranged between the inner shaft and the shell, so that dynamic and static distribution of each path of liquid is realized without cross flow.
However, the distributor with the structure is characterized in that the external pipeline is hard connected with the inner shaft, and the inner shaft is fixed on the anti-rotation device, so that the anti-rotation device and the external pipeline exert forces on the inner shaft with uncertain magnitudes, overlong distances between the forces and the bearing and other factors, the bearing is easy to damage, the working surface of the inner shaft is hard contacted with the shell to be worn, the guide sealing element is invalid, and the distributor loses the functions of the distributor.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing, it is desirable to provide a rotary liquid filling machine and dispenser thereof that eliminates overload of bearings, delays wear and failure of the pilot seal.
A dispenser for use with a rotary liquid filling machine, the dispenser comprising:
an inner shaft for introducing liquid, one end of the inner shaft being fixed to the rotation preventing means;
the shell is sleeved at one end of the inner shaft far away from the anti-rotation device and can rotate around the inner shaft;
a guide seal between an outer wall of the inner shaft and an inner wall of the outer housing;
the bearing is sleeved on the inner shaft and is positioned between the outer wall of the inner shaft and the inner wall of the shell;
the mounting seat is sleeved on the inner shaft and can rotate around the inner shaft; and
The shaft sleeve is sleeved at one end of the inner shaft, which is close to the anti-rotation device, and is fixed on the mounting seat, and the shaft sleeve is positioned between the inner wall of the mounting seat and the outer wall of the inner shaft.
In one embodiment, the sleeve is coaxially disposed with the bearing.

The invention may be embodied in many other forms than described herein and similarly modified by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention, which is therefore not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.

Referring to fig. 1, a rotary liquid filling machine 10 according to an embodiment includes a dispenser 100, an anti-rotation device 200, a gear 300, and a rotary base 400. The dispenser 100 includes an inner shaft 110, a housing 120, a guide seal 130, a bearing 140, a mount 150, and a sleeve 160. One end of the inner shaft 110 is fixed to the rotation preventing device 200, and the rotation preventing device 200 is used to prevent the inner shaft 110 from rotating to keep the inner shaft 110 in a stationary state. The gear 300 is sleeved on the inner shaft 110 and is rotatable relative to the inner shaft 110. The rotary seat 400 is sleeved on the inner shaft 110 and is positioned between the gear 300 and the outer shell 120, one end of the rotary seat 400 is fixed with the outer shell 120, and the other end of the rotary seat 400 is fixed with the gear 300, so that the rotary seat 400 can rotate relative to the inner shaft 110.
The inner shaft 110 is used for introducing liquid. Specifically, the inner shaft 110 includes an inner tube 111, an intermediate tube 112, and an outer tube 113, the inner tube 111 is used for conveying cleaning liquid, the intermediate tube 112 is used for conveying liquid material, and the outer tube 113 is used for flowing return gas. Wherein, the liquid inlet of the inner tube 111 extends from the side wall of the middle tube 112 and is communicated with the cleaning liquid supply tube 20 through the first interface 111a after being sealed and fixedly connected. The liquid outlet at the top of the inner tube 111 communicates with the cleaning liquid input tube 30, and the cleaning liquid input tube 30 extends upward into the tank. When the filling tank is cleaned, the cleaning liquid flows from the cleaning liquid supply pipe 20 into the inner pipe 111, and then enters the filling tank through the cleaning liquid input pipe 30 to clean the filling tank and the filling valve.
The lower part of the intermediate pipe 112 extends downwards out of the outer pipe 113, and the feed inlet of the lower part of the intermediate pipe 112 is communicated with the output pipe 40 of the liquid material supply device through the second interface 112 a. The discharge port at the top of the intermediate tube 112 communicates with the tank through the feed tube 50 of the tank. During filling, liquid material flows from the output pipe 40 of the liquid material supply device into the intermediate pipe 112, and then flows into the filling tank through the feed pipe 50, so that filling work of the liquid material is performed.
The intermediate pipe 112 is fixed inside the outer pipe 113, a gap is provided between the outer wall of the intermediate pipe 112 and the inner wall of the outer pipe 113, the upper and lower ends of the gap are sealed to form a cavity 114, and the outer pipe 113 communicates the cavity 114 with the external gas return pipe 60 through a third port 113a of the outer wall thereof.
The outer casing 120 is sleeved at one end of the inner shaft 110 far away from the anti-rotation device 200, and the outer casing 120 can rotate around the inner shaft 110. An air port 121 is formed in the side wall of the shell 120, an air inlet 115 is formed in the side wall of the upper portion of the outer tube 113, corresponding to the position of the cavity 114, the air inlet 115 is communicated with the air port 121 in the side wall of the shell 120, and the air port 121 is communicated with a gas output pipe of the filling valve. The guide seal 130 is located between the outer wall of the inner shaft 110 and the inner wall of the outer housing 120 for sealing. Specifically, the number of the guiding seals 130 is two, which are located on opposite sides of the air interface 121.
During filling, the surplus gas on the filling valve flows into the gas output pipe, flows into the gas guide grooves of the inner wall of the housing 120 through the air port 121, flows into the cavity from the gas inlet 115 of the outer tube 113 due to the blocking of the guide seals 130 provided at the upper and lower positions corresponding to the gas guide grooves, and then flows into the external gas return pipe 60 from the cavity.
Referring to fig. 2, the bearing 140 is sleeved on the inner shaft 110 and is located between the outer wall of the inner shaft 110 and the inner wall of the outer housing 120. Specifically, the bearing 140 is sleeved on the outer wall of the outer tube 113. In particular, in the present embodiment, the dispenser 100 further includes a limiting member 170, wherein the limiting member 170 is fixed on the housing 120, and the limiting member 170 is configured to limit the bearing 140 and prevent the bearing 140 from moving along the axial direction of the inner shaft 110.
Specifically, the limiting member 170 includes a limiting member 171 and a fastening member 172, the limiting member 171 is fixed on the housing 120 by the fastening member 172, and the limiting member 171 is located below the bearing 140 and abuts against the bearing 140. Specifically, the stopper 171 has an inner diameter smaller than an outer diameter of the bearing 140, and thus can seize the bearing 140, preventing the bearing 140 from moving in the axial direction. The fasteners 172 may be screws or the like.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the mounting base 150 is sleeved on the inner shaft 110, and the mounting base 150 can rotate around the inner shaft 110. Specifically, the mount 150 is fixed to the gear 300 and rotates relative to the inner shaft 110 as the gear 300 rotates. For example, mount 150 may be secured to gear 300 by fasteners such as screws 151. The sleeve 160 is sleeved at one end of the inner shaft 110 near the anti-rotation device 200 and is fixed on the mounting seat 150, and the sleeve 160 is located between the inner wall of the mounting seat 150 and the outer wall of the inner shaft 110. For example, the sleeve 160 may be secured to the mount 150 by fasteners such as screws 163. Specifically, the sleeve 160 is disposed coaxially with the bearing 140, and the sleeve 160 rotates with the bearing 140 and is coaxial with the axis of the inner shaft 110.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the dispenser 100 further includes a positioning tube 180, where the positioning tube 180 is sleeved on one end of the inner shaft 110 near the anti-rotation device 200, and the positioning tube 180 is located between the inner shaft 110 and the shaft sleeve 160. The positioning tube 180 is mainly used for positioning, and is beneficial to positioning the shaft sleeve 160 and the mounting seat 150. For example, the positioning tube 180 includes two half tubes that enclose the positioning tube. The positioning tube 180 may be fixed to the inner shaft 110 by welding or the like.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the mounting seat 150 includes a first mounting portion and a second mounting portion, and the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion are respectively sleeved on the outer wall of the inner shaft 110 to enclose the mounting seat 150 sleeved on the inner shaft 110. For example, the mount 150 may be manufactured by integrally forming, then dividing the mount 150 into two parts, namely, a first mount part and a second mount part, and then fixing the first mount part and the second mount part to the gear 300.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the sleeve 160 includes a first sleeve portion 161 and a second sleeve portion 162, the first sleeve portion 161 is fixed to the first mounting portion, the second sleeve portion 162 is fixed to the second mounting portion, and the first sleeve portion 161 and the second sleeve portion 162 are respectively sleeved on the outer wall of the inner shaft 110 to enclose the sleeve 160 that is sleeved on the inner shaft 110. For example, the sleeve 160 may be manufactured by integrally molding, the sleeve 160 may be divided into two parts, i.e., the first sleeve part 161 and the second sleeve part 162, and the first sleeve part 161 and the second sleeve part 162 may be fixed to the first mounting part and the second mounting part, respectively. The sleeve 160 may be made of plastic.
Since the sleeve 160 is positioned at the end of the inner shaft 110 near the anti-rotation device 200, the anti-rotation device 200 and the external piping (e.g., 20, 40, and 60) are more stressed by the sleeve 160, and thus the sleeve 160 is more easily damaged with respect to the bearing 140 at the end of the inner shaft 110 remote from the anti-rotation device 200. It is therefore desirable to provide the sleeve 160 in a structure that is easy to quickly replace to improve operating efficiency. Therefore, the sleeve 160 can be quickly replaced after the sleeve 160 is damaged by sleeving the sleeve 160 on the inner shaft 110 in a two-in-one structure.
The rotary liquid filling machine 10 and the dispenser 100 thereof have at least the following advantages:
the mounting seat 150 and the shaft sleeve 160 are sleeved at one end of the inner shaft 110, which is close to the anti-rotation device 200, and the mounting seat 150 and the shaft sleeve 160 can rotate around the inner shaft 110, so that when the outer shell 120 rotates relative to the inner shaft 110, the bearing 140 between the outer wall of the inner shaft 110 and the inner wall of the outer shell 120 and the shaft sleeve 160 between the mounting seat 150 and the outer wall of the inner shaft 110 form a double-bearing guiding structure, the force exerted on the inner shaft 110 by the anti-rotation device 200 and an external pipeline can be effectively counteracted, overload of the bearing 140 is eliminated, abrasion and failure of the guiding sealing element 130 are delayed, the service life of the distributor 100 is prolonged, the gas collecting efficiency is improved, and the quality risk of products is eliminated.

an inner shaft for introducing liquid, one end of the inner shaft being fixed to the rotation preventing means;
the shell is sleeved at one end of the inner shaft far away from the anti-rotation device, the shell can rotate around the inner shaft, and an air interface is formed in the side wall of the shell;
a guide seal between an outer wall of the inner shaft and an inner wall of the outer housing;
the bearing is sleeved on the inner shaft and is positioned between the outer wall of the inner shaft and the inner wall of the shell;
the mounting seat is sleeved on the inner shaft and can rotate around the inner shaft; and
The shaft sleeve is sleeved at one end of the inner shaft, which is close to the anti-rotation device, and is fixed on the mounting seat, and the shaft sleeve is positioned between the inner wall of the mounting seat and the outer wall of the inner shaft.
2. The dispenser of claim 1, wherein the sleeve is disposed coaxially with the bearing.

5. The dispenser of claim 4, wherein the stop member comprises a stop block and a fastener, the stop block being secured to the housing by the fastener, the stop block being located below and against the bearing.
6. The dispenser of claim 1, wherein the inner shaft comprises an inner tube for delivering the cleaning fluid, an intermediate tube for delivering the liquid material, and an outer tube for flowing the return gas.
7. The dispenser of claim 1, wherein the mounting base comprises a first mounting portion and a second mounting portion, the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion being respectively sleeved on the outer wall of the inner shaft to enclose the mounting base on the inner shaft.
8. The dispenser of claim 7, wherein the sleeve comprises a first sleeve portion and a second sleeve portion, the first sleeve portion being secured to the first mounting portion, the second sleeve portion being secured to the second mounting portion, the first sleeve portion and the second sleeve portion being respectively sleeved on an outer wall of the inner shaft to enclose a sleeve disposed on the inner shaft.
9. A rotary liquid filling machine, comprising:
a dispenser according to any one of claims 1 to 8; and
And one end of the inner shaft is fixed on the anti-rotation device.
10. The rotary liquid filling machine according to claim 9, further comprising a gear and a rotary seat, wherein the gear is sleeved on the inner shaft and rotatable relative to the inner shaft, the rotary seat is sleeved on the inner shaft and positioned between the gear and the housing, one end of the rotary seat is fixed with the housing, and the other end of the rotary seat is fixed with the gear.
