Abstract
A rotary filling machine comprises a distributor and an inner shaft with the bottom mounted on an anti-rotation device; the distributor comprises a central shaft with a through cavity along the axial direction, wherein the central shaft is sleeved outside the inner shaft, the inner wall of the upper end of the central shaft is connected with the outer wall of the upper end of the inner shaft through an elastic sealing piece, a detachable connecting sleeve for connecting the inner wall of the lower end of the central shaft and the outer wall of the inner shaft into a whole is arranged between the outer wall of the lower end of the central shaft and the outer wall of the inner shaft, a bearing seat capable of rotating relative to the central shaft is sleeved above the connecting sleeve and on the outer wall of the central shaft, a shell fixedly connected with the bearing seat into a whole is arranged above the bearing seat and outside the central shaft, and the shell is arranged on a rotatable rotating bracket; the upper part of the shell is connected with a feeding pipe rotating along with the shell, and a cleaning liquid input pipe communicated with the inner shaft is arranged in the feeding pipe. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a rotary filling machine.
Background
The liquid is introduced into an inner shaft in the rotary filling machine through external management and then enters the filling tank through the distributor. The stable operation of the distributor is beneficial to improving the working efficiency of the rotary filling machine and reducing the quality risk of products, and is a key part of the rotary filling machine.
As shown in fig. 1, an inner shaft 101 is fixed on an anti-rotation device 102, a housing 103 in the distributor is in backflow connection with each filling valve through a liquid return pipeline, and in a rotation state, the inner shaft 101 and the housing 103 are connected into a whole through a bearing and a guiding sealing piece, so that dynamic and static distribution of each liquid is realized without cross flow. However, the following problems still remain in the above structure: when the inner shaft 101 and the outer shell 103 of the dispenser are connected into a whole and then are installed in the rotary filling machine, when maintenance is needed, the inner shaft 101 and the dispenser are required to be detached from the rotary filling machine, and only vulnerable parts such as guide sealing parts between the inner shaft 101 and the dispenser can be maintained and replaced, however, because the inner shaft 101 is long, in order to detach the inner shaft 101 and the dispenser from the rotary filling machine, a plurality of blocking parts are required to be detached, so that the maintenance process is particularly complicated, and the working efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a rotary filling machine which can conveniently detach a dispenser from the rotary filling machine, and is convenient for maintenance of the dispenser outside the rotary filling machine.
The invention relates to a rotary filling machine, which comprises a distributor and an inner shaft, wherein the bottom of the inner shaft is arranged on an anti-rotation device; the distributor comprises a central shaft with a through cavity along the axial direction, wherein the central shaft is sleeved outside the inner shaft, the inner wall of the upper end of the central shaft is connected with the outer wall of the upper end of the inner shaft through an elastic sealing piece, a detachable connecting sleeve for connecting the inner wall of the lower end of the central shaft and the outer wall of the inner shaft into a whole is arranged between the outer wall of the lower end of the central shaft and the outer wall of the inner shaft, a bearing seat capable of rotating relative to the central shaft is sleeved above the connecting sleeve and on the outer wall of the central shaft, a shell fixedly connected with the bearing seat into a whole is arranged above the bearing seat and outside the central shaft, and the shell is arranged on a rotatable rotating bracket; the upper part of the shell is connected with a feeding pipe rotating along with the shell, and a cleaning liquid input pipe communicated with the inner shaft is arranged in the feeding pipe.
According to the rotary filling machine, when maintenance is required on the distributor, the joint on the shell, the feeding pipe and the cleaning liquid input pipe connected with the inner shaft can be detached, meanwhile, the shell is detached from the rotary support and the connecting sleeve is detached, and the upper end of the center shaft is only in sealing connection with the inner shaft through the elastic sealing piece, so that the whole distributor can be pulled out of the rotary filling machine after the components are detached, the inner shaft is not required to be detached, the difficulty in detaching the distributor is greatly reduced, the working efficiency is high, and the distributor is convenient to maintain outside the rotary filling machine.

Detailed Description
A rotary filling machine, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, comprises a dispenser and an inner shaft 2 with the bottom mounted on an anti-rotation device 1; the distributor comprises a central shaft 3 with a through cavity along the axial direction, wherein the central shaft 3 is sleeved outside the inner shaft 2, the inner wall of the upper end of the central shaft 3 is connected with the outer wall of the upper end of the inner shaft 2 through an elastic sealing element, a detachable connecting sleeve 4 for connecting the inner wall of the lower end of the central shaft 3 and the outer wall of the inner shaft 2 into a whole is arranged between the outer wall of the lower end of the central shaft 3 and the outer wall of the inner shaft 2, a bearing seat 5 capable of rotating relative to the connecting sleeve 4 is sleeved on the outer wall of the central shaft 3, a shell 6 fixedly connected with the bearing seat 5 into a whole is arranged above the bearing seat 5 and outside the central shaft 3, and the shell 6 is arranged on a rotatable rotating bracket 7; a feed pipe 8 is connected to the upper portion of the housing 6 and rotates with the housing 6, and a cleaning liquid feed pipe 9 is provided in the feed pipe 8 and communicates with the inner shaft 2. The anti-rotation device 1 is in the prior art.
As shown in fig. 4, at least one claw 10 is respectively disposed on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the connecting sleeve 4, the outer wall of the central shaft 3 and the outer wall of the inner shaft 2 are respectively provided with clamping grooves 11 with the same number as the number of the claws 10 on the same side as the connecting sleeve 4, the claws 10 on the connecting sleeve 4 are embedded into the corresponding clamping grooves 11 on the central shaft 3 or the inner shaft 2, and the connecting sleeve 4 and the central shaft 3 are connected into a whole through screws 23 at the contact part of the connecting sleeve 4 and the central shaft 3. By arranging the clamping groove 11 to be matched with the clamping jaw 10, a torque-transmitting structure is formed, and the middle shaft 3 and the inner shaft 2 are ensured to form a relatively static state.
Gaps 12 are respectively arranged between one surface of the connecting sleeve 4 facing the center shaft 3 and between one surface of the connecting sleeve 4 facing the center shaft 3 and the inner shaft 2, and the surface of the connecting sleeve 4 facing the center shaft 3 is respectively connected with the center shaft 3 and the inner shaft 2 in a sealing way through elastic sealing elements. Because the surface of the connecting sleeve 4 facing the center shaft 3 is respectively provided with the gap 12 with the center shaft 3 and the inner shaft 2, and the surface of the connecting sleeve 4 facing the center shaft 3 is respectively in sealing connection with the center shaft 3 and the inner shaft 2 through elastic sealing elements, radial force transmitted to the inner shaft 2 by the external pipeline 13 and the anti-rotation device 1 is not transmitted to the bearing seat 5 and the shell 6 of the distributor, the damage of the distributor is avoided, and the service life of the distributor is prolonged. In addition, the gap 12 can enable the connecting sleeve 4 and the middle shaft 3 and the connecting sleeve 4 and the inner shaft 2 to move relatively, so that the distributor is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the inner shaft 2 and the middle shaft 3 are not coaxial.
The bearing seat 5 is internally provided with two bearings 14 sleeved on the outer wall of the center shaft 3, a spacer 24 surrounding the center shaft 3 is arranged between the upper bearing 14 and the lower bearing 14, the spacer 24 pulls the upper bearing 14 and the lower bearing 14 apart, the guiding length of the center shaft 3 is increased, and the rotating stability of the center shaft 3 is facilitated.
A retainer ring 15 is respectively sleeved on the upper part of the bearing 14 and the lower part of the bearing seat 5 and on the outer wall of the middle shaft 3, an adjusting pad 16 is arranged between the upper retainer ring 15 and the upper bearing 14, and a pad sleeve 17 sleeved on the middle shaft 3 is arranged between the lower retainer ring 15 and the lower bearing 14. The adjusting pad 16 can enable the installation position of the retainer ring 15 to move upwards, avoid the shaft shoulder on the middle shaft 3 and facilitate the installation of the retainer ring 15; the pad 17 makes the installation position of the retainer ring 15 move downwards, avoids the step on the bearing seat 5, and is convenient for the installation of the retainer ring 15.
A guide ring 18 sleeved on the middle shaft 3 is arranged between the shell 6 and the middle shaft 3, so that the middle shaft 3 is prevented from being worn due to direct contact with the shell 6.
The inner shaft 2 comprises an inner tube 19, a middle tube 20, an outer tube 21 and a connecting shaft 22, the middle tube 20 is surrounded outside the inner tube 19, the outer tube 21 is surrounded outside the middle tube 20, the connecting shaft 22 is connected to the upper part of the outer tube 21, the lower part of the central shaft 3 is connected with the connecting shaft 22 in the inner shaft 2 into a whole through the connecting sleeve 4, the upper part of the central shaft 3 is connected with the outer wall of the middle tube 20 in a sealing way through an elastic sealing piece, and the top end of the inner tube 19 is communicated with the cleaning liquid input tube 9.
Claims (5)
1. A rotary filling machine, which comprises a distributor and an inner shaft (2) with the bottom mounted on an anti-rotation device (1); the method is characterized in that: the distributor comprises a central shaft (3) with a through cavity along the axial direction, the central shaft (3) is sleeved outside the inner shaft (2), the inner wall of the upper end of the central shaft (3) is connected with the outer wall of the upper end of the inner shaft (2) through an elastic sealing piece, a detachable connecting sleeve (4) which connects the inner shaft (3) and the outer wall of the inner shaft (2) into a whole is arranged between the outer wall of the lower end of the central shaft (3) and the outer wall of the inner shaft, a bearing seat (5) which can rotate relative to the central shaft (3) is sleeved above the connecting sleeve (4), a shell (6) which is fixedly connected with the bearing seat (5) into a whole is arranged above the bearing seat (5) and outside the central shaft (3), and the shell (6) is arranged on a rotatable rotating bracket (7); the upper part of the shell (6) is connected with a feeding pipe (8) which rotates along with the shell (6), and a cleaning liquid input pipe (9) which is communicated with the inner shaft (2) is arranged in the feeding pipe (8); the upper end face and the lower end face of the connecting sleeve (4) are respectively provided with at least one claw (10), clamping grooves (11) the number of which is consistent with that of the claws (10) on the same side of the connecting sleeve (4) are respectively arranged on the outer wall of the middle shaft (3) and the outer wall of the inner shaft (2), the claws (10) on the connecting sleeve (4) are embedded into the corresponding clamping grooves (11) on the middle shaft (3) or the inner shaft (2), and the connecting sleeve (4) and the middle shaft (3) are connected into a whole through screws (23) at the contact part of the connecting sleeve (4) and the middle shaft (3); two bearings (14) sleeved on the outer wall of the center shaft (3) are arranged in the bearing seat (5), and a spacer (24) surrounding the center shaft (3) is arranged between the upper bearing (14) and the lower bearing (14).

A rotary filling machine according to claim 1, wherein: a gap (12) is respectively arranged between one surface of the connecting sleeve (4) facing the center shaft (3) and the inner shaft (2), and one surface of the connecting sleeve (4) facing the center shaft (3) is respectively connected with the center shaft (3) and the inner shaft (2) in a sealing way through elastic sealing elements.

A rotary filling machine according to claim 1, wherein: a retainer ring (15) is respectively sleeved above the upper bearing (14) and below the bearing seat (5) and on the outer wall of the center shaft (3), an adjusting pad (16) is arranged between the upper retainer ring (15) and the upper bearing (14), and a pad sleeve (17) sleeved on the center shaft (3) is arranged between the lower retainer ring (15) and the lower bearing (14).
