For example, the smart device is a smart mirror including a reflecting mirror surface, and at least one of the user information and the merchandise information may be displayed on the reflecting mirror surface of the smart mirror. For another example, the smart device is a terminal device including a display screen, at least one of user information and merchandise information may be displayed on the display screen of the terminal device. The method and the system can ensure that the user can intuitively see the commodity information on the intelligent device without manually searching or consulting the commodity information when buying the commodity on line, and greatly improve the shopping experience of the user.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of an information processing method according to another embodiment of the present specification, and as shown in fig. 2, the method is applied to a smart device, and includes:
step S202, identifying target users located in a preset range of the intelligent equipment to obtain user information of the target users, and identifying commodities selected by the target users to obtain commodity information of the commodities.
Step S204, at least one of user information and commodity information is displayed through the intelligent device.
In one embodiment, the smart device sends merchandise information to an online account corresponding to the user information.
In one embodiment, the intelligent device obtains a specified event executed by a target user for the commodity, wherein the specified event comprises at least one of a purchase event and a trial event; and synchronizing the information of the appointed event to the online account corresponding to the user information.
In one embodiment, the intelligent device determines an online commodity corresponding to the commodity according to commodity information; and adding the online commodity to a designated position of an online account, wherein the designated position comprises at least one of a favorites and a shopping cart.
In one embodiment, if a trigger event for shooting is detected, shooting operation is performed; wherein the triggering event comprises at least one of: the target user executes the action conforming to the preset rule and sends out a specific voice instruction; the captured image is added to a preset image set of the online account.
The information processing method shown in fig. 1 and 2 is described below by way of two specific embodiments. The following two embodiments are applicable to intelligent devices in off-line stores. Here, the intelligent device is taken as an intelligent mirror for illustration, a camera and a radio frequency device are installed on the intelligent mirror, and a two-dimensional code for acquiring user information is arranged at an entrance guard of an off-line store. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a smart mirror used in the following two embodiments, in which a camera 310 and a radio frequency device 320 are mounted on the smart mirror 300. In practical applications, the camera 310 and the rf device 320 may be hidden, and the camera 310 and the rf device 320 may be displayed only after the above-mentioned functions of the smart mirror are activated.
Example 1
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of an information processing method according to a first embodiment of the present specification, as shown in fig. 4, including:
step S401, receiving scanning operation of each approach user on the two-dimensional code, and acquiring account information of each approach user according to the scanning operation.
Step S402, when the fact that the target user is located in the preset range of the intelligent mirror is detected, face information of the target user is collected, and face information of each approach user is obtained based on account information of each approach user.
The predetermined range of the smart mirror may be within a reflective range of a reflective mirror surface of the smart mirror, or may also be within a shooting range of a camera.
Step S403, matching the face information of the target user with the face information of each approach user, and determining the account information of the matched approach user as the account information of the target user.
Step S404, identifying the electronic tag on the off-line commodity currently taken by the target user through the radio frequency device, and acquiring commodity information of the off-line commodity.
Step S405, determining an online commodity corresponding to the offline commodity according to the commodity information, and acquiring a link of the online commodity.
Step S406, adding the online commodity to the favorites of the online account according to the link of the online commodity.
In step S407, when a trigger event for shooting is detected, shooting is performed, and the shot image is added to a preset image set of an online account and is associated with a link of an online commodity.
The preset image set can be used for storing the shot image of any event executed by the user on the under-line commodity.
Taking account information as treasured washing account information as an example, assume that a user purchases clothes in a store on line, and after the intelligent mirror acquires the treasured washing account information of a target user and the clothes information currently taken, the intelligent mirror determines corresponding online clothes according to the clothes information and links the corresponding online clothes to links of the online clothes. The online clothing is then added to the target user's favorites of the panned account. And after trying on the off-line clothes, triggering shooting operation of the try-on effect of the off-line clothes by the target user, shooting the try-on effect, adding the shot image into a preset image set in the Taobao account, and associating the image with a link of the off-line clothes.
In this embodiment, the execution order of steps S401 to S403 and step S404 is not limited. Namely, account information of a target user can be acquired first, and then commodity information of an off-line commodity can be acquired; the commodity information of the off-line commodity can be acquired firstly, and then the account information of the target user can be acquired; the account information of the target user and the commodity information of the off-line commodity can be acquired simultaneously. In addition, the execution order of step S406 and step S407 is not limited in this embodiment.
In the first embodiment, the off-line commodity carried by the target user can be identified, commodity information of the off-line commodity is obtained, and then commodity information is sent to an on-line account corresponding to the account information of the target user. Therefore, the technical scheme can send commodity information of the off-line commodity to the on-line account, so that the off-line commodity and the on-line commodity are associated together, off-line resources and on-line resources are integrated, and consumption experience of a user is improved.
Example two
Fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of an information processing method according to a second embodiment of the present specification, as shown in fig. 5, including:
step S501, receiving scanning operation of each approach user on the two-dimensional code, and acquiring account information of each approach user according to the scanning operation.
Step S502, when the fact that the target user is located in the preset range of the intelligent mirror is monitored, face information of the target user is collected, and face information of each approach user is obtained based on account information of each approach user.
The predetermined range of the smart mirror may be within a reflective range of a reflective mirror surface of the smart mirror, or may also be within a shooting range of a camera.
Step S503, matching the face information of the target user with the face information of each approach user, and determining the account information of the matched approach user as the account information of the target user.
Step S504, the account information of the target user is displayed on the reflecting mirror surface of the intelligent mirror.
In this step, the account information may include information of an account name, a nickname, a real name, etc. of the online account. When the account information is displayed, one or more items of account information can be selected for display. As shown in fig. 6, the target user is located at the front end of the smart mirror, a virtual reflection image of the target user is provided in the mirror, and a nickname "jersey" of the target user is displayed on the smart mirror. And the camera and the radio frequency device on the intelligent mirror are hidden for display.
In step S505, the radio frequency device identifies the electronic tag on the offline commodity currently taken by the target user, and obtains the commodity information of the offline commodity.
And step S506, displaying commodity information on the reflecting mirror surface of the intelligent mirror.
In this step, the commodity information may include information about the off-line commodity, such as information about brands, prices, materials, thumbnails, etc. of the commodity; related information of the online commodity corresponding to the offline commodity, such as a link of the online commodity, a price, and the like, may also be included. When the commodity information is displayed, one or more items of commodity information can be selected for display. As shown in fig. 7, the target user is located at the front end of the smart mirror, and there is a reflected virtual image of the target user in the mirror. The smart mirror displays a thumbnail of clothes currently tried on by the target user, a brand "commodity A" and a price "260". And the camera and the radio frequency device on the intelligent mirror are hidden for display.
Note that, in this embodiment, the execution order of steps S501 to S504 and steps S505 to S506 is not limited. That is, account information of the target user can be acquired and displayed first, and then commodity information of the off-line commodity can be acquired and displayed; the commodity information of the off-line commodity can be acquired and displayed firstly, and then the account information of the target user can be acquired and displayed; the account information of the target user and the commodity information of the off-line commodity can be acquired and displayed simultaneously.
In the embodiment, the account information of the target user and the commodity information of the commodity under line can be displayed on the intelligent mirror, so that the user does not need to manually search or consult the commodity information when buying the commodity under line, and the commodity information can be intuitively seen on the intelligent mirror, and the shopping experience of the user is greatly improved.
In summary, particular embodiments of the present subject matter have been described. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions recited in the claims can be performed in a different order and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may be advantageous.
The information processing method applied to the intelligent device provided by the one or more embodiments of the present disclosure is based on the same idea.
Fig. 8 is a schematic block diagram of a smart device according to an embodiment of the present description. As shown in fig. 8, the smart device includes: a user identification module 810, a commodity identification module 820, and an information transmission module 830; wherein:

The intelligent device can display at least one of the user information and the commodity information on the first display module, the second display module or the reflecting mirror surface, can shoot an image of the target user by utilizing the shooting module, and can display the shot image on the first display module or the second display module.
In one embodiment, the user identification module 810 is located on the first display module at a first specified height; the commodity identification module 820 is located on the first display module at a position having a second designated height.
In practical applications, to facilitate the acquisition of the face image, the first specified height may be similar to or equal to the face height of the target user. To facilitate identification of off-line merchandise, the second designated height should be as low as possible below the target user.
In one embodiment, the smart device further comprises:

The application programs stored in memory 1102 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of computer-executable instructions for use in the smart device. Still further, the processor 1101 may be arranged to communicate with the memory 1102, executing a series of computer executable instructions in the memory 1102 on the smart device. The smart device may also include one or more power supplies 1103, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 1104, one or more input output interfaces 1105, one or more keyboards 1106.

Claims (31)

1. An information processing method applied to an intelligent mirror comprises the following steps:
identifying a target user positioned in a preset range of the intelligent mirror to acquire account information of online application of the target user, and identifying commodities selected by the target user based on RFID to acquire commodity information of the commodities;
Sending the commodity information to an online account corresponding to the account information; the method comprises the steps of,
acquiring a designated event executed by the target user for the commodity, wherein the designated event comprises at least one of a purchase event and a trial event; when the appointed event is the trial event, reflecting the trial effect of the trial event;
synchronizing information of the specified event to the online account.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining an online commodity corresponding to the commodity according to the commodity information; the online merchandise is added to a designated location of the online account, the designated location including at least one of a favorites, a shopping cart.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if a triggering event for shooting is monitored, shooting operation is executed; wherein the triggering event comprises at least one of: the target user executes actions conforming to a preset rule, and sends out a specific voice instruction; the specific voice instruction is any instruction in a plurality of preset voice instructions;
and adding the shot image to a preset image set of the online account.
4. The method of claim 1, identifying the merchandise selected by the target user to obtain merchandise information for the merchandise, comprising:
identifying the commodity under the line selected by the target user to acquire commodity information of the commodity; and/or identifying a representative item of the commodity selected by the target user to obtain commodity information of the commodity; and/or acquiring commodity information of the commodity according to the virtual image of the commodity selected by the target user.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and displaying at least one of the account information and the commodity information through the smart mirror.
6. The method of claim 1, obtaining account information for the online application of the target user, comprising:
acquiring face information of the target user;
and identifying the face information, and acquiring corresponding online application account information according to the identification result.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

synchronizing information of the specified event to the online account.

determining an online commodity corresponding to the commodity according to the commodity information; the online merchandise is added to a designated location of the online account, the designated location including at least one of a favorites, a shopping cart.
13. The method of claim 11, further comprising:
if a triggering event for shooting is monitored, shooting operation is executed; wherein the triggering event comprises at least one of: the target user executes actions conforming to a preset rule, and sends out a specific voice instruction; the specific voice instruction is any instruction in a plurality of preset voice instructions;

the projection module is used for generating and displaying the virtual image of the commodity for the target user to select;
and the second display module is also used for synthesizing and displaying the image of the target user and the virtual image of the commodity selected by the target user.
19. The smart mirror of claim 16, the user identification module being located on the mirror surface at a first specified height;
the commodity identification module is positioned on the reflecting mirror surface and has a height which is a second designated height.

the information sending module is used for sending the commodity information to an online account corresponding to the account information; and acquiring a specified event executed by the target user for the commodity, wherein the specified event comprises at least one of a purchase event and a trial event; when the appointed event is the trial event, reflecting the trial effect of the trial event; synchronizing information of the specified event to the online account.
22. The smart mirror of claim 21, further comprising: a reflecting mirror surface.
23. The smart mirror of claim 21, further comprising: the camera module and the second display module;

the second display module is used for displaying the image shot by the shooting module.

the projection module is used for generating and displaying the virtual image of the commodity for the target user to select;
and the second display module is also used for synthesizing and displaying the image of the target user and the virtual image of the commodity selected by the target user.
