Specifically, when the exempt offer message changes the amount to be paid corresponding to the target order into a first predetermined amount, a first predetermined amount may be set, and the first predetermined amount is a fixed amount, and the invention does not limit the specific amount of the first predetermined amount, and may be determined according to the attributes of the goods, for example, when the goods are low-cost goods such as electronic books, the first predetermined amount may be set to 0.1 yuan to encourage the user to pay.
In addition, when the discount offer message is a message for presenting an award amount, the award amount to be presented may be set to a fixed amount, or the award amount to be presented may be set to an amount that is determined for the event according to the commodity price. When the amount of the given reward is a fixed amount, the user can only reduce the fixed amount no matter how much amount of the commodity the user purchases, so that the cost is fixed.
When the bonus amount given is a movable amount, one way is to randomly determine the bonus amount, and the other way is to determine the amount of bonus based on the amount to be paid. Based on the second manner, before S105 (sending the exemption offer message to the client corresponding to the target order) shown in fig. 1, the following is further included: as shown in figure 2 of the drawings, in which,

When the amount of money required to be paid by the user is actually determined to be a fixed amount of money, such as 0.1 yuan, when the amount of money to be paid of the target order is 10 yuan, the corresponding reward amount is 9.9 yuan; when the amount to be paid of the target order is 25 yuan, the corresponding reward amount is 24.9 yuan, which seems to be different from the amount rewarded for the user, but only the user needs to pay 0.1 yuan actually.
Or the amount actually paid by the user is set within a range, such as 0.1 yuan to 1 yuan, the reward amount can be flexibly determined in a random manner or by the attribute of the commodity.
Or setting an upper limit to the reward amount, and when the reward amount corresponding to the target order determined by the amount to be paid of the target order and the user payment amount exceeds a certain amount, such as 50 yuan, the user needs to pay the upper limit amount obtained by subtracting the reward amount from the amount to be paid. For example, when the amount to be paid of the commodity is 60 yuan, and the amount to be paid by the user is originally set to 0.1 yuan, the award amount originally required to be given to the user is 59.9 yuan, but the upper limit amount of the award amount is 50 yuan, the user can only receive 50 yuan instead of 59.9 yuan.
The above determination problem for the reward amount is only the possible implementation manner of different embodiments, and the present invention is not limited by the enforcement, and is determined according to the actual cost situation.

It should be further noted that, in fig. 1, the user information mentioned in fig. 2 may further include a user payment record, and then the exemption offer condition in S104 includes a policy of giving a promissory offer mode when the user payment record is zero. Correspondingly, detecting whether the user information corresponding to the target order meets the exemption preferential conditions or not comprises the following steps: and detecting whether the user payment record corresponding to the target order is zero.
This way, it is determined whether the user bought the commodity for the first time, that is, the user group for which the exempt offer policy is directed is set as the user who bought the commodity for the first time. The exemption offer policy is to increase the number of users.
Further optionally, the user information may further include a user payment amount, and the exempt offer condition in S104 includes a policy of giving a promissory offer when the user payment amount is accumulated to exceed a second predetermined amount. The method is used for determining the paid amount of the commodity purchased by the user in the current interactive platform, namely, the user group for which the deduction and discount strategy is aimed is set as the user who uses the interactive platform to conduct transaction with larger amount. The exemption preferential strategy aims to enhance the shopping willingness of the user with stronger payment capability to continue using the interactive platform to purchase the online commodities.
Further optionally, the user information includes user registration time, and the exempt offer condition in S104 includes a policy of giving a promissory offer mode when the user registration time is within a second predetermined time interval and the user payment sum accumulation exceeds a third predetermined sum. Correspondingly, detecting whether the user information corresponding to the target order meets the exemption preferential conditions or not comprises the following steps: and detecting whether the user registration time corresponding to the target order is within a second preset time interval range or not and the user payment amount corresponding to the target order exceeds a third preset amount.
The method is to determine the paid amount of the commodity purchased by the user in the current interactive platform, namely, the group of users for whom the deduction and discount strategy is aimed is set as old users who transact larger amount by using the interactive platform.
The exemption offer strategy is to reward the old user who often uses the interactive platform with stronger payment capability.
However, after the exemption offer message is sent to the client corresponding to the target order, there is still a possibility that the user does not pay in time, one is forgotten due to other things after the user receives the exemption offer message, and the other is that the user has not yet made a decision to purchase the product, in order to achieve the purpose of reminding the user or enhancing the decision of the user to purchase the product, the present invention may further include, as shown in fig. 3, after S105 (sending the exemption offer message to the client corresponding to the target order):
s301, when the situation that the payment state of the target order is still unpaid when the deduction and exemption discount message is sent for the third preset time is monitored, the amount to be paid corresponding to the target order in the deduction and exemption discount message is changed into a fourth preset amount, and the fourth preset amount is smaller than the third preset amount.
After the third predetermined time has elapsed and the payment has not yet been made, the user may be motivated to pay as soon as possible by appropriately reducing the amount of the award, i.e., increasing the amount of the amount to be paid.
And S302, sending the updated exemption offer message to a client corresponding to the target order.
It should be noted that, in the step shown in fig. 3, the expansion is performed on the basis of fig. 1, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto, for example, a method for payment processing is further provided, which includes S101, S102, S103, S104, S201, S202, S203, S204, S301, and S302.
Further optionally, as shown in fig. 4, after S105 (sending the exemption offer message to the client corresponding to the target order), the method may further include:
s401, when the situation that the payment state of the target order is still unpaid when the deduction and exemption preferential message is sent to the fourth preset time is monitored, the donation reward amount included in the deduction and exemption preferential message is reduced according to the time proportion.
The fourth predetermined time in this step may be the same as or different from the third predetermined time, and the present invention is not limited.
Similarly, this step is also intended to allow the user to pay as soon as possible by reducing the amount of the prize money given in proportion to time.
S402, sending the updated exemption offer message to a client corresponding to the target order.
It should be noted that, in the step shown in fig. 4, the expansion is performed on the basis of fig. 1, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto, for example, a method for payment processing is further provided, which includes S101, S102, S103, S104, S201, S202, S203, S204, S401, and S402.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, there is no correlation between the first predetermined time, the second predetermined time, the third predetermined time, and the fourth predetermined time, and the correlation is only to distinguish different preset times. Similarly, the first predetermined amount, the second predetermined amount, the third predetermined amount and the fourth predetermined amount have no relationship with each other except that the third predetermined amount is larger than the fourth predetermined amount, and are only used for distinguishing different preset amount values.
Exemplary Medium
Having described the method of an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a medium of an exemplary embodiment of the present invention for implementing the steps described in the above method embodiment will be described next with reference to fig. 5.
The medium of fig. 5 is an optical disc 500, on which a computer program (i.e., a program product) is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps described in the above method embodiments, for example, monitoring the payment status of all current orders to be paid; when the order to be paid is monitored to exist, wherein the payment state is unpaid and the order placing time exceeds first preset time, the order to be paid is determined to be a target order; acquiring user information corresponding to the target order; detecting whether user information corresponding to the target order meets the exemption preferential condition or not; and when the user information corresponding to the target order meets the exemption preferential condition, sending an exemption preferential message to a client corresponding to the target order. The specific implementation of each step is not repeated here.
Exemplary devices
Having described the media of an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a computer-implemented payment processing-based apparatus of an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is next described with reference to FIG. 6.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for computer-implemented payment processing according to an embodiment of the present invention is schematically shown, where the apparatus is generally disposed in a device capable of running a computer program, for example, the apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention may be disposed in a desktop computer or a server, or may be disposed in a notebook computer or even a tablet computer.
The device of the embodiment of the invention mainly comprises: the system comprises a monitoring module 601, a determining module 602, an obtaining module 603, a detecting module 604 and a sending module 605. The modules and units included in the apparatus are described below.
The monitoring module 601 is configured to monitor the payment statuses in all current orders to be paid.
The determining module 602 is configured to determine that the order to be paid is the target order when it is monitored that there is an order to be paid whose payment status is unpaid and whose order placing time exceeds a first predetermined time.
The obtaining module 603 is configured to obtain user information corresponding to the target order.
The detecting module 604 is configured to detect whether the user information corresponding to the target order meets the exemption offer condition.
The sending module 605 is configured to send the exemption offer message to the client corresponding to the target order when the user information corresponding to the target order meets the exemption offer condition.
The specific operations performed by the modules may be referred to the descriptions of S1011 to S105 in the above method embodiments, and are not repeated here.
As an example, as shown in fig. 7, the apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention may further include an adding module 606. After the monitoring module 601 monitors the payment state of all current orders to be paid, the determining module 602 is further configured to determine that the payment order is an order to be marked when it is detected that the payment state is updated to a paid payment order and user information corresponding to the payment order does not include a non-exemption user tag, and the non-exemption user tag is a tag which does not need to perform an exemption offer condition; so that the adding module 606 adds the non-exempt user tag to the user information corresponding to the order to be marked.
As an example, the detecting module 604 in the apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention is further configured to detect whether the user information corresponding to the target order includes a non-exempt user tag; and when the user information corresponding to the target order does not comprise the non-exemption user label, executing the detection operation of the exemption preferential condition.
The above-mentioned way of reducing the discount message can be in various forms as long as the effect of buying the favorite items at a better price by the user can be achieved finally. For example, the exempt offer message may be a message that changes an amount to be paid corresponding to the target order to a first predetermined amount; alternatively, the discount message is a message giving a bonus amount. For detailed description, please refer to the description of the method side above, which is not repeated herein.
However, when the discount message is a message giving an award amount, the obtaining module 603 in the apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention is further configured to obtain an amount to be paid for the target order; and acquiring the payment amount of the user, wherein the payment amount of the user is the amount to be paid by the user.
The determining module 602 is further configured to determine an award amount corresponding to the target order according to the amount to be paid of the target order and the user payment amount.
The sending module 605 is further configured to send a comp message of the award amount corresponding to the target order to the client corresponding to the target order.
In addition, the user information mentioned above may also include a user payment record, and the exemption offer condition includes a policy of giving an agreed offer mode when the user payment record is zero; correspondingly, the detecting module 604 is further configured to detect whether the user payment record corresponding to the target order is zero.
Optionally, the user information may further include a user payment amount, and the exemption offer condition includes a policy of giving a promissory offer mode when the user payment amount is accumulated to exceed a second predetermined amount; correspondingly, the detecting module 604 is further configured to detect whether the user payment amount corresponding to the target order exceeds a second predetermined amount.
Optionally, the user information may further include user registration time, and the exemption offer condition includes a policy of giving a promissory offer mode when the user registration time is within a second predetermined time interval range and the user payment sum accumulated exceeds a third predetermined sum; correspondingly, the detecting module 604 is further configured to detect whether the user registration time corresponding to the target order is within the second predetermined time interval range, and the user payment amount corresponding to the target order exceeds the third predetermined amount.
As an example, as shown in fig. 8(a), the apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention may further include a first changing module 607.
The monitoring module 601 is further configured to monitor whether the exemption offer message is sent for a third predetermined time when the payment status of the target order is still unpaid.
The first changing module 607 is configured to, when the monitoring module 601 monitors that the sending of the exempt offer message reaches the third predetermined time and the payment state of the target order is still unpaid, change an amount to be paid corresponding to the target order in the exempt offer message into a fourth predetermined amount, where the fourth predetermined amount is smaller than the third predetermined amount.
The sending module 605 is further configured to send the updated exemption offer message to the client corresponding to the target order.
As an example, as shown in fig. 8(b), the apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention may further include a second changing module 608.
The monitoring module 601 is further configured to monitor whether the exemption offer message is sent for a fourth predetermined time when the payment status of the target order is still unpaid.
The second changing module 608 is configured to, when the monitoring module 601 monitors that the sending of the exemption offer message reaches the fourth predetermined time and the payment state of the target order is still unpaid, reduce the donation reward amount included in the exemption offer message according to a time ratio.
The sending module 605 is further configured to send the updated exemption offer message to the client corresponding to the target order.
In the above embodiment, each payment processing apparatus is a new function module added to the apparatus shown in fig. 6, but the apparatus in the present invention is not limited to the above-described type, for example, the present invention may further include a payment processing apparatus, which includes a monitoring module 601, a determining module 602, an obtaining module 603, a detecting module 604, a sending module 605, an adding module 606, a first changing module 607, and a second changing module 608.
The specific operations performed by the modules can be referred to the description of the method side, and the description is not repeated here.
Compared with the prior art that the exemption preferential action is uniformly executed to the user, the payment processing device selects the user for executing the exemption preferential operation according to the payment state and the user information of the order and the condition that the order placing time exceeds the appointed time, and can save certain operation cost and improve working efficiency while ensuring that the viscosity of the user is improved.
Exemplary computing device
Having described the method, medium, and apparatus of exemplary embodiments of the present invention, a computing device implementing the steps recited in the above-described method embodiments of the present invention is described next with reference to FIG. 9. The computer system/server 90 shown in FIG. 9 is only an example and should not be taken to limit the scope of use and functionality of embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, computer system/server 90 is in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of computer system/server 90 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 901, a system memory 902, and a bus 903 that couples the various system components including the system memory 902 and the processing unit 901.
Computer system/server 90 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media may be any available media that is accessible by computer system/server 90 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
The system memory 902 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM)9021 and/or cache memory 9022. The computer system/server 90 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, ROM 9023 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 9, and commonly referred to as a "hard drive"). Although not shown in FIG. 9, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to the bus 903 by one or more data media interfaces. At least one program product may be included in system memory 902 having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention.
A program/utility 9025 having a set (at least one) of program modules 9024 may be stored, for example, in system memory 902, and such program modules 9024 include, but are not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which, or some combination thereof, may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 9024 generally perform the functions and/or methods of the described embodiments of the invention.
The computer system/server 90 may also communicate with one or more external devices 904, such as a keyboard, pointing device, display, etc. Such communication may occur via input/output (I/O) interfaces 905. Also, computer system/server 90 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN) and/or a public network such as the Internet) via network adapter 909. As shown in FIG. 9, network adapter 909 communicates with other modules of computer system/server 90 (e.g., processing unit 901, etc.) via bus 903. It should be appreciated that although not shown in FIG. 9, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with computer system/server 90.
The processing unit 901 executes various functional applications and data processing, for example, instructions for implementing the steps in the above-described method embodiments, by executing a computer program stored in the system memory 902; in particular, the processing unit 901 may execute a computer program stored in the system memory 902, and when the computer program is executed, the following instructions are executed: monitoring the payment state of all current orders to be paid; when the order to be paid is monitored to exist, wherein the payment state is unpaid and the order placing time exceeds first preset time, the order to be paid is determined to be a target order; acquiring user information corresponding to a target order; detecting whether user information corresponding to the target order meets the exemption preferential condition or not; and when the user information corresponding to the target order conforms to the exemption preferential condition, sending the exemption preferential message to the client corresponding to the target order.
The computing device further comprises: the instructions include instructions for determining that the payment order is an order to be marked when it is detected that there is a payment order for which the payment status is updated to paid and user information corresponding to the payment order does not include a non-exemption user tag, and instructions for adding the non-exemption user tag to the user information corresponding to the order to be marked. Wherein the non-exemption user label is a label without exemption preferential conditions;
the computing device further comprises: instructions for detecting whether user information corresponding to the target order includes a non-exempt user tag; and when the user information corresponding to the target order does not comprise the non-exemption user tag, executing detection operation of the exemption preferential condition.
The exempt offer message may be a message that an amount to be paid corresponding to the target order is changed to a first predetermined amount. A message to gift the award amount may also be provided.
When the incentive offer message is a message that gifts an award amount, the computing device further comprises: instructions for obtaining an amount to be paid for the target order; the instruction is used for acquiring the payment amount of the user, wherein the payment amount of the user is the amount to be paid by the user; instructions for determining an award amount corresponding to the target order according to the amount to be paid of the target order and the user payment amount; and sending a comp message of the reward amount corresponding to the target order to the client corresponding to the target order.

As an example, the computing device further comprises: when the payment state of the target order is still unpaid when the deduction discount message is sent to the fourth preset time, an instruction for reducing the donation reward amount included in the deduction discount message according to the time proportion is monitored; and sending the updated exemption offer message to a client corresponding to the target order.
For the execution operation included in the instruction, reference may be made to the description in the above method-side embodiment, and a description thereof is not repeated here.
In some possible embodiments, aspects of the present invention may also be implemented in the form of a program product comprising program code means for causing a computing device to carry out the steps of the method for displaying a reminder information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention as described in the above section "exemplary methods" of the present description, when said program product is run on said computing device.
The program product may employ any combination of one or more readable media. The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. The readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination thereof. Claims (28)

1. A method of payment processing, comprising:
when the order placing information generates orders to be paid, the payment states of the orders to be paid are used as monitoring objects, and the payment states of all the orders to be paid are monitored;
when it is detected that a payment state is updated to a paid payment order and user information corresponding to the payment order does not include a non-exemption user tag, determining that the payment order is an order to be marked, wherein the non-exemption user tag is a tag which does not need to carry out the exemption preferential condition;
adding the non-exemption user label to user information corresponding to the order to be marked;
when the payment state is monitored to be an unpaid state except for a payment state and the order to be paid is in the unpaid state after the order placing time exceeds a first preset time, determining that the order to be paid is a target order;
acquiring user information corresponding to the target order;
detecting whether user information corresponding to the target order meets the exemption preferential condition or not;
when the user information corresponding to the target order conforms to the exemption discount condition, sending an exemption discount message to a client corresponding to the target order;
wherein, the user information comprises one or the combination of a user payment record, a user payment amount and user registration time;
the detecting whether the user information corresponding to the target order meets the exemption offer condition includes:
and detecting whether the user payment record, the user payment amount and the user registration time meet the exemption preferential condition.
2. The payment processing method of claim 1, wherein after the obtaining of the user information corresponding to the target order, the method further comprises:
detecting whether user information corresponding to the target order comprises the non-exemption user label;
and when the user information corresponding to the target order does not comprise the non-exemption user label, executing the detection operation of the exemption preferential condition.
3. The payment processing method of claim 1, wherein the exemption offer message is a message that changes an amount to be paid corresponding to the target order to the first predetermined amount.
4. The method of payment processing of claim 1 wherein the incentive message is a message giving a reward amount;
before the sending of the exemption offer message to the client corresponding to the target order, the method further includes:
acquiring the amount to be paid of the target order;
acquiring user payment amount, wherein the user payment amount is the amount to be paid by a user;
determining an award amount corresponding to the target order according to the amount to be paid of the target order and the user payment amount;
and sending a donation message of the reward amount corresponding to the target order to the client corresponding to the target order.
5. The payment processing method of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the exemption offer condition comprises a policy of giving a promissory offer when the user payment record is zero;
the detecting whether the user information corresponding to the target order meets the exemption offer condition includes:
and detecting whether the user payment record corresponding to the target order is zero.

The method of payment processing as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the user information comprises a user payment amount, and the exemption offer condition comprises a policy of giving a promissory offer when the user payment amounts cumulatively exceed a second predetermined amount;

The payment processing method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the user information comprises the user registration time, and the exemption offer condition comprises a policy of giving a promissory offer when the user registration time is within a second predetermined time interval and the user payment sum accumulated exceeds a third predetermined amount;
the detecting whether the user information corresponding to the target order meets the exemption offer condition includes:
and detecting whether the user registration time corresponding to the target order is within the second preset time interval range or not, and the user payment amount corresponding to the target order exceeds the third preset amount.
8. The method of payment processing as claimed in claim 3 or 7, wherein after the sending of the exemption offer message to the client corresponding to the target order, the method further comprises:
when monitoring that the payment state of the target order is still unpaid when the deduction and exemption offer message is sent for a third preset time, changing the amount to be paid corresponding to the target order in the deduction and exemption offer message into a fourth preset amount, wherein the fourth preset amount is smaller than the third preset amount;
and sending the updated exemption offer message to a client corresponding to the target order.
9. The method of payment processing as claimed in claim 4 or 7, wherein after the sending of the exemption offer message to the client corresponding to the target order, the method further comprises:
when monitoring that the payment state of the target order is still unpaid when the deduction discount message is sent to reach fourth preset time, reducing the donated reward amount included in the deduction discount message according to a time proportion;
and sending the updated exemption offer message to a client corresponding to the target order.
10. A readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, carries out a method of payment processing according to any one of claims 1-9.
11. An apparatus for payment processing, comprising:
the monitoring module is used for taking the payment states of the orders to be paid as monitoring objects when the orders to be paid are generated by ordering information, and the monitoring module is used for monitoring the payment states of all the orders to be paid currently;
the payment processing device comprises a determining module, a payment processing module and a payment processing module, wherein the determining module is used for determining that an order to be paid is a target order when the order to be paid is monitored to exist in an unpaid state except a payment state and in an unpaid state exceeding first preset time after order placing time;
the determining module is further configured to determine that the payment order is an order to be marked when it is detected that a payment order whose payment status is updated to paid does not include a non-exemption user tag, where the non-exemption user tag is a tag that does not need to perform the exemption offer condition;
the adding module is used for adding the non-deductive user label to the user information corresponding to the order to be marked;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring user information corresponding to the target order;
the detection module is used for detecting whether the user information corresponding to the target order meets the exemption preferential condition or not;
the sending module is used for sending the exemption discount message to the client corresponding to the target order when the user information corresponding to the target order meets the exemption discount condition;
wherein, the user information comprises one or the combination of a user payment record, a user payment amount and user registration time;
the detection module is also used for detecting whether the user payment record, the user payment amount and the user registration time meet the exemption preferential condition or not.
12. The payment processing apparatus of claim 11,
the detection module is further configured to detect whether user information corresponding to the target order includes the non-exempt user tag; and when the user information corresponding to the target order does not comprise the non-exemption user label, executing the detection operation of the exemption preferential condition.
13. The payment processing apparatus as claimed in claim 11, wherein the exemption offer message is a message to change an amount to be paid corresponding to the target order to the first predetermined amount.
14. The payment processing apparatus of claim 11, wherein the incentive message is a message giving a reward amount;
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring the amount to be paid of the target order; acquiring the payment amount of the user, wherein the payment amount of the user is the amount to be paid by the user;
the determining module is further configured to determine an award amount corresponding to the target order according to the amount to be paid of the target order and the user payment amount;
the sending module is further configured to send a donation message of the award amount corresponding to the target order to the client corresponding to the target order.
15. The payment processing apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 11 to 14, wherein the exemption offer condition comprises a policy to give a promised offer when the user payment record is zero;
the detection module is further configured to detect whether a user payment record corresponding to the target order is zero.

The payment processing apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 11 to 14, wherein the user information comprises a user payment amount, and the exemption offer condition comprises a policy for giving a promissory offer when the user payment amounts cumulatively exceed a second predetermined amount;
the detection module is further configured to detect whether a user payment amount corresponding to the target order exceeds the second predetermined amount.

The payment processing apparatus as claimed in claim 16, wherein the user information comprises the user registration time, and the exemption offer condition comprises a policy for giving a promissory offer when the user registration time is within a second predetermined time interval and the user payment sum accumulated exceeds a third predetermined amount;
the detection module is further configured to detect whether the user registration time corresponding to the target order is within the second predetermined time interval range, and the user payment amount corresponding to the target order exceeds the third predetermined amount.
18. The payment processing apparatus as claimed in claim 13 or 17, wherein the apparatus further comprises: a first change module for changing the first mode of operation,
the monitoring module is further configured to monitor whether the exemption discount message is sent for a third predetermined time when the payment state of the target order is still unpaid;
the first changing module is configured to change an amount to be paid corresponding to the target order in the exemption offer message into a fourth predetermined amount when it is monitored that the payment status of the target order is still unpaid when the exemption offer message is sent for a third predetermined time, where the fourth predetermined amount is smaller than the third predetermined amount;
the sending module is further configured to send the updated exemption offer message to a client corresponding to the target order.
19. The payment processing apparatus as claimed in claim 14 or 17, wherein the apparatus further comprises: a second change module;
the monitoring module is further configured to monitor whether the exemption discount message is sent for a fourth predetermined time when the payment state of the target order is still unpaid;
the second changing module is used for reducing the donation reward amount included in the exemption discount message according to a time proportion when the situation that the payment state of the target order is still unpaid when the situation that the sending of the exemption discount message reaches a fourth preset time is monitored;
the sending module is further configured to send the updated exemption offer message to a client corresponding to the target order.
20. A computing device, comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for executing a computer program stored in the memory, and when the computer program is executed, the following instructions are executed:
when the order placing information generates orders to be paid, the payment states of the orders to be paid are used as monitoring objects, and the payment states of all the orders to be paid are monitored;

acquiring user information corresponding to the target order;
detecting whether user information corresponding to the target order meets the exemption preferential condition or not;
when the user information corresponding to the target order conforms to the exemption discount condition, sending an exemption discount message to a client corresponding to the target order;
wherein, the user information comprises one or the combination of a user payment record, a user payment amount and user registration time;
the instruction for detecting whether the user information corresponding to the target order meets the exemption offer condition includes: and detecting whether the user payment record, the user payment amount and the user registration time meet the exemption preferential condition.
21. The computing device of claim 20, wherein the computing device further comprises:
instructions for detecting whether user information corresponding to the target order includes the non-exempt user tag; and the number of the first and second groups,
and instructions for executing the detection operation of the exemption offer condition when the user information corresponding to the target order does not include the non-exemption user tag.
22. The computing device of claim 20, wherein the exempt offer message is a message to change an amount to be paid corresponding to the target order to the first predetermined amount.

before the sending of the exemption offer message to the client corresponding to the target order, the computing device further includes:

The computing device of claim 25, wherein the user information includes the user registration time, wherein the exemption offer conditions include a policy to give a promissory offer when the user registration time is within a second predetermined time interval, and when the user payment sum exceeds a third predetermined amount;
