Abstract
The invention relates to a novel grouting anchor rod with a steel loop bar, which comprises a rod body, an anchoring end, an anchor head and a loop bar device, wherein the anchoring end and the anchor head are respectively positioned at two ends of the rod body, and the loop bar device is arranged outside the rod body and is characterized in that: guide rails are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the rod body; the loop bar device is a multi-section cage-shaped structure and is sleeved outside the rod body, the loop bar device comprises a joint and a cage body, the joint part is connected with a guide rail of the rod body in a sliding fit mode, the cage body is hinged to the joint, each section of cage body adopts a two-section hinged structure, and when the novel grouting anchor rod is installed into a drill hole and tightly pressed by an anchor head, the cage body is axially compressed, radially expanded and contacted with and supports the wall of the drill hole. The hollow threaded steel anchor rod is modified by adding the steel loop bar, the steel loop bar is tightly pressed by means of the nut, the steel bar is propped open to be in direct contact with the supported rock body, a certain friction force is generated, the stability of the anchor rod in the grouting process is guaranteed, meanwhile, after grouting, the grouting material and the whole tensile shearing capacity of the anchor rod are increased, and the strength of the anchor rod support is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention discloses a novel grouting anchor rod, in particular relates to a novel grouting anchor rod with a steel loop bar, and is suitable for the fields of mining engineering and geotechnical engineering support such as coal mine roadway support, metal mine roadway support and tunnel engineering support.
Background
At present, grouting anchor rods used in mining engineering and geotechnical engineering mainly adopt hollow anchor rods, anchor heads, backing plates, nuts and the like to realize anchoring of rock mass in an excavation space in a roadway or a tunnel. However, the hollow bolt of the existing grouting bolt has the following problems: 1) The strength of the hollow rod body is low; 2) The hollow grouting anchor rod mainly generates binding force with grouting materials through the screw threads on the surface of the rod body, so that supporting force is generated with the supported rock body, the binding force is small, and the anchoring strength is low.
The primary cause of failure of grouting anchor bolts is the tensile failure of the grouting material. The hollow anchor body of the grouting anchor rod is not directly contacted with the supported rock body like a mechanical anchor rod, so that a friction supporting effect is generated. The tensile strength of the cement mortar grouting material is smaller than the compressive strength of the cement mortar grouting material and is far smaller than that of the hollow screw-thread steel anchor rod; the compression strength of the deformed steel bar is smaller than the self tensile strength and smaller than the compression strength of the grouting material. Because the hollow screw-thread steel anchor rod can be subjected to compressive stress perpendicular to the axial direction of the anchor rod body in the supported rock body, the shearing action on the anchor rod body is formed, and the grouting material has the effect of protecting the grouting anchor rod from being damaged by the shearing of the rock body.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a novel grouting anchor rod with a steel loop rod, which aims to overcome the defects that a hollow anchor rod body of the grouting anchor rod is not in direct contact with a supported rock body and grouting materials of the grouting anchor rod are easy to be pulled to damage so as to cause anchor rod failure.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is that the novel grouting anchor rod with the steel loop bar comprises a rod body, an anchor section, an anchor head and a loop bar device, wherein the anchor section and the anchor head are respectively positioned at two ends of the rod body, and the loop bar device is arranged outside the rod body, and is characterized in that: guide rails are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the rod body; the loop bar device is of a multi-section cage-shaped structure and sleeved outside the rod body, the loop bar device comprises a node and a cage body, the node part is connected with a guide rail of the rod body in a sliding fit mode, the cage body is hinged to the node, each section of cage body adopts a two-section hinge structure, and when the novel grouting anchor rod is installed into a drilled hole and tightly pressed by an anchor head, the cage body is axially compressed, radially expanded and contacted with and supports the wall of the drilled hole.
The two ends of the rod body are provided with threads for fixing the anchor head and reinforcing the anchor section.
The anchoring section comprises a nut, a grouting stop, a backing plate gasket and a grouting plug.
And ferrules are arranged at two ends of the loop bar device and are welded with the anchor head and the anchor section respectively.
The inner diameter of the ferrule is larger than the outer diameter of the rod body and smaller than the outer diameters of the anchor head and the nut.
The ferrule is provided with a mounting hole, and the steel rod is connected with the mounting hole.
The node is of a chain sheet structure, and the chain sheet is clamped in the track and can move along the track.
The cage body comprises four steel rods which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, and the steel rods are connected with each other through rivets and then connected with the chain sheet.
Slurry outlets are uniformly distributed at the interphase part of the guide rail along the normal direction of the rod body.
The anchor head is matched with the upper port of the rod body through threads to seal the upper port of the rod body, and the anchor head is provided with a slurry outlet.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the hollow threaded steel anchor rod is modified by adding the steel loop bar, the steel loop bar is tightly pressed by means of the nut, the steel bar is propped open to be in direct contact with the supported rock body, a certain friction force is generated, the stability of the anchor rod in the grouting process is guaranteed, meanwhile, after grouting, the grouting material and the whole tensile shearing capacity of the anchor rod are increased, and the strength of the anchor rod support is improved.

Description of the embodiments
As shown in fig. 1-3, a novel grouting anchor rod with a steel loop bar comprises a rod body 1, an anchor section 2 and an anchor head 3 respectively positioned at two ends of the rod body, and a loop bar device 4 outside the rod body, and is characterized in that: guide rails 6 are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the rod body 1; the loop bar device 4 is of a multi-section cage-shaped structure and sleeved outside the rod body, the loop bar device comprises a node and a cage body, the node part is connected with a guide rail of the rod body in a sliding fit manner, the cage body is hinged with the node, each section of cage body adopts a two-section hinge structure, and when the novel grouting anchor rod is installed into a drill hole and tightly pressed by an anchor head, the cage body is axially compressed, radially expanded and contacted with and supports the wall of the drill hole. The two ends of the rod body 1 are provided with threads for fixing the anchor head 3 and reinforcing the anchoring section 2. The anchoring section 2 comprises a nut 7, a grout stop 8, a backing plate 9, a spacer 10 and a grouting plug 15. The two ends of the loop bar device 4 are provided with ferrules 11, and the ferrules 11 are respectively welded with the anchor head 3 and the anchor section 2. The inner diameter of the ferrule 11 is larger than the outer diameter of the rod body 1 and smaller than the outer diameters of the anchor head 3 and the nut 7. The ferrule 11 is provided with a mounting hole, and the steel shank 12 is connected to the mounting hole.
As shown in fig. 4-8, the node is in a structure of a chain piece 14, and the chain piece 14 is clamped in the track 6 and can move along the track 6. The cage body consists of four steel rods 12 which are uniformly distributed circumferentially, and the steel rods 12 are connected by rivets 13 and then connected with a chain sheet 14. Slurry outlets 5 are uniformly distributed at the interphase parts of the guide rails 6 along the normal direction of the rod body. The anchor head 3 is matched with the upper port of the rod body 1 through threads, and the anchor head 3 is provided with a grout outlet 5.
The number of steel rods of the loop bar device is adjusted according to the length of the grouting anchor rod. Firstly, fixing the anchor head 3 and the upper end of the rod body 1, sleeving the sleeve rod device 4 on the rod body through a track 6 of the rod body 1, fixing a ferrule 11 and the anchor head 3, inserting the anchor rod into a grouting hole after the hole is punched and the grouting hole is cleaned, screwing a nut 7 by using a prepared screwing sleeve pipe 15 until the sleeve rod device 4 is spread and is contacted with a supported rock body, and generating enough friction force to ensure that the anchor rod is stably placed in the grouting hole; and the grouting plug 8 is inserted to start grouting, and after grouting is finished, the backing plate 9 and the gasket 10 are fixed through the nut 7 in sequence. After the grouting pipe is pulled out, the grouting plug 16 is used for plugging the lower port of the anchor rod.

2. A novel grouting anchor as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rod body is threaded at both ends for fixing the anchor head and reinforcing the anchor section.
3. The novel grouting bolt with a steel loop bar according to claim 1, wherein the anchoring section comprises a nut, a grout stop plug, a backing plate gasket and a grouting plug.
4. The novel grouting anchor rod with the steel loop bar according to claim 1, wherein ferrules are arranged at two ends of the loop bar device, and the ferrules are welded with the anchor head and the anchor section respectively.
5. The novel grouting anchor rod with a steel loop rod according to claim 4, wherein the inner diameter of the ferrule is larger than the outer diameter of the rod body and smaller than the outer diameter of the anchor head and the nut.
6. The novel grouting anchor rod with the steel loop bar according to claim 4, wherein the ferrule is provided with a mounting hole, and the steel loop bar is connected with the mounting hole.
7. The novel grouting anchor rod with the steel loop bar according to claim 1, wherein slurry outlets are uniformly distributed at the inter-phase parts of the guide rail along the normal direction of the rod body.
