The straddle type monorail is an important component in rail transit, only one train straddles on the rail, is supported, stabilized and guided by a single rail, has the advantages of climbing steep slopes, turning sharp bends, low noise, riding comfort and the like in cities with dense population, narrow roads, multiple slopes and crowded traffic, has the engineering cost of only about 1/3 of that of subways, has the running speed equivalent to that of subways, and has the traffic capacity similar to that of a B type subway train, so that the straddle type monorail is particularly suitable for cities with medium traffic capacity, complex topography and geology and hopeful control of urban rail construction cost and landscapes, can well solve the problem of traffic congestion, and can well adapt to the traffic conditions of modern cities.
The straddle type monorail track structure comprises a track beam, a strut and a turnout, wherein the turnout is a connecting device for enabling rolling stock to be transferred from one track to another track, and the turnout is an important component in track traffic and is important for safety, comfort and high efficiency of track traffic operation. (3) The switch combination of the shared running line of the invention, at least one shared running line is connected by two adjacent pivot switches. The effective length of the common running line is larger than the total length of the vehicle, and a certain safety distance is reserved, so that the requirement of vehicle round trip operation is ensured.

The train can be turned to any line through the turnout combination. For example, when a train needs to be switched from line (1) to line (7), the switching can be accomplished through the paths of switch I-shared travel line (5) -switch II-line (2) -switch II-line (7); when the train needs to be transferred from the line (6) to the line (3), the track from the switch II-line (2) to the switch II-shared running line (5) to the switch I-line (1) to the switch I-line (3) can be completed. According to the switch combination with shared running lines, the trigger triggers the pivot type switch to move along the track of the running trolley, and the trigger type car stopper stops the pivot type switch from moving, so that more than two groups of pivot type switches (two switches, three switches and four switches can be connected in parallel with different lines) are realized, the vehicle dispatching operation space and running path in a vehicle base are greatly saved, and the vehicle dispatching operation efficiency is improved.
Fig. 2 is a logic diagram of a switch combination control system with a common running line according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, by judging whether the shared running line is occupied or not and whether the occupied turnout is in a working state or not, the action of turnout combination is controlled, so that two groups of pivot turnouts cannot move to the shared running line at the same time, and collision is caused.
When the vehicle needs to carry out shunting operation, a shunting application is provided for a control center, a turnout combination control system firstly carries out path judgment, and a turnout and a shared running line on a shunting path carry out state confirmation:
(1) When the shared running line is occupied, confirming whether the turnout at the working position is in the working state or not:
1) When the turnout is in a working state, the system waits for 1min and then confirms again until the turnout is in a non-working state;
2) When the turnout is in a non-working state, the system sends a turnout avoidance signal, and the turnout performs avoidance action and moves to an avoidance position.
(2) When the common running line is not occupied, the system sends a turnout working signal, the turnout performs working action and moves to a working position, and meanwhile, the common running line state is set to be occupied, and the turnout state is set to be working state.
The turnout combination of the shared running line adopts a logic control and mechanical protection double-linkage mechanism, so that two adjacent groups of pivot turnouts can not move to the shared running line at the same time, and collision is caused.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a switch combination interlocking device with a common running line according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the ends of the pivot type turnout 2 are respectively connected with the track beam 1 through the inter-beam connecting device 4, the bottom of the pivot type turnout 2 is provided with a running trolley track 3, the running trolley track 3 is in an arc-shaped structure, and is fixed on a foundation through bolts or other connecting mechanisms, and the pivot type turnout 2 can move along the running trolley track 3. In addition, a trigger 6 is arranged on the travelling trolley track 3, and a trigger type car stop 5 is arranged at a position, close to the common travelling line, of the travelling trolley track 3.
When one turnout beam moves to a position to share the running line, the trolley contacts with the trigger 6 to control the triggering type car stopper 5 on the trolley track of the running trolley of the other turnout beam to bounce, so as to prevent the movement of the other turnout beam and prevent the collision of the two turnout beams.
The switch combination of the shared running line of the invention, at least one shared running line is connected by two adjacent pivot switches. The effective length of the common running line is larger than the total length of the vehicle, and a certain safety distance is reserved, so that the requirement of vehicle round trip operation is ensured.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a switch combined triggering type car stopper with a common running line according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the trigger type car stopper 5 mainly includes a stopper groove 501, a stopper 502, and a stopper rotation shaft 503 reserved in the traveling carriage rail 3. When not in operation, the car stopper 502 is received in the car stopper groove 501, and the outer surface of the car stopper is used as the upper surface of the trolley track 3 for trolley running; when the trigger is triggered, the car stopper 502 pops up along the car stopper rotating shaft 503 and is locked by the locking device, and when the non-working turnout is in false action, the car stopper can effectively prevent the trolley from continuing to move and prevent the turnout beam from collision.
The turnout combination sharing the running line has smaller occupied area requirement, can effectively reduce the scale of the throat area of the vehicle base, and ensures that the layout of the field section is more compact, thereby reducing the land requirement.
