本发明公开了一种徐长卿药材与其混伪品白前和白薇的快速鉴定方法，其包括如下步骤：1)提取待测样品DNA；2)以待测样品DNA为模板，PCR扩增含有核糖体DNA的ITS2序列的片段；3)对扩增产物进行拼接，获得完整ITS2基因间隔区；4)徐长卿与其混伪品白前和白薇的种间变异位点分析，如果第50位为碱基C，则鉴定为徐长卿，如果第50位为碱基缺失，则鉴定为其混伪品。本发明方法适用性强，操作简单，能够实现徐长卿与其混伪品药材的快速准确鉴定，在短时间内鉴定大量样本。
