The invention discloses an automatic alarm device for trapped people of an elevator, which comprises a main controller, a door closing detection device, a human body induction device and an alarm unit, wherein the main controller is connected with the door closing detection device; the main controller is provided with a first detection end, a second detection end and an output end, and is used for detecting whether the elevator has a fault or not; the door closing detection device is connected to the first detection end and is used for detecting whether the elevator is closed in place and outputting a door closing in place signal; the human body sensing device is arranged in the elevator car and connected to the second detection end and is used for detecting whether a person exists in the elevator car and outputting a human body sensing signal; the alarm unit is connected with the output end and used for outputting an alarm signal; after the main controller detects the elevator fault and receives the door closing in-place signal and the human body induction signal, the alarm unit is controlled to act so as to output an alarm signal, so that the elevator fault can be known in time, timely rescue is facilitated, long-time people trapping is avoided, and the use safety of the elevator is improved. Preferably, the alarm unit comprises an alarm bell and a warning lamp which are connected in parallel, wherein one end of the alarm bell and one end of the warning lamp which are connected in parallel are connected to the output end, and the other end of the alarm bell and the other end of the warning lamp which are connected in parallel are connected to the negative electrode of the power supply.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings, wherein like reference numerals represent like elements throughout.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the automatic alarm device 100 for elevator trapping provided by the invention comprises a main controller 110, a door closing detection device 120, a human body sensing device 130, an alarm unit 140 and a relay K. The main controller 110 is used for controlling the operation of the elevator and detecting whether the elevator has a fault, and the main controller 110 has a first detection end X1, a second detection end X2, an output end Y0 and a common end M0, and meanwhile, the main controller 110 also has a 0V voltage connection end and a 24V voltage connection end for connecting with a power supply. The door closing detection device 120 is connected to the first detection end X1, and is configured to detect whether the elevator is in place or not and output a door closing signal. The human body sensing device 130 is disposed in the elevator car 200 and connected to the second detecting end X2, and is configured to detect whether a person is in the elevator car 200 and output a human body sensing signal. The alarm unit 140 is connected between the output terminal Y0 and the negative electrode N of the 24V dc power supply, one end of the relay K is connected to the output terminal Y0, the other end is connected to the common terminal M0, and the common terminal M0 is further connected to the positive electrode L of the 24V dc power supply. When the main controller 110 detects an elevator fault and receives the door closing in-place signal and the human body sensing signal, it controls the relay K to be closed so as to conduct the loop where the alarm unit 140 is located, and further, the alarm unit 140 is operated to output the alarm signal.
In the present invention, the main controller 110 detects whether the elevator has a fault or not can be implemented through the design of software and hardware, and is a conventional design in the art, so that a detailed description thereof is omitted.
Preferably, the alarm unit 140 is provided at a place where a person is present for a long time, such as a security room, a monitoring center, a house of a rental house, etc., so as to allow a person to see and hear the alarm prompt in time. Of course, the alarm unit 140 is not limited to the above-described location, and may be installed in other public places.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the alarm unit 140 includes an alarm bell 141 and a warning lamp 142 connected in parallel, one end of the alarm bell 141 and the warning lamp 142 connected in parallel is connected to the output end Y0, and the other end of the alarm bell 141 and the warning lamp 142 connected in parallel is connected to the negative electrode N of the power supply. When the main controller 110 controls the relay K to be closed, a loop formed by the positive electrode L of the power supply, the public end M0, the relay K, the output end Y0 and the negative electrode N of the power supply is conducted, so that the alarm bell 141 rings to alarm, and the alarm lamp 142 flashes to send an alarm signal.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, the door closing detection device 120 is a normally open contact switch, the normally open contact switch 120 is disposed at a door head of the elevator car door 210, one end of the normally open contact switch 120 is connected to the first detection end X1, and the other end of the normally open contact switch 120 is connected to a voltage signal. When the elevator doors 210 are closed, the two doors 210 are closed to close the normally open contact switch 120, so that the first detection end X1 of the main controller 110 detects a voltage signal, which is the door closing in-place signal, and the main controller 110 determines that the elevator is in-place according to the voltage signal.
Of course, the door closing detection device 120 is not limited to a normally open contact switch, but may detect the door closing state of the elevator by other means. In another preferred embodiment of the invention the door closing state of the elevator is detected by means of an elevator door motor control. Specifically, the door closing detection device 120 includes a door operator controller, and a door operator motor connected to and controlled by the door operator controller, wherein the door operator motor has an encoder, and a preset pulse signal recorded during the door operator self-learning is stored in the door operator controller. The door machine controller controls the door machine motor to act so as to drive the elevator car door 210 to open and close, when the elevator car door 210 is closed, the encoder feeds back a door closing pulse signal to the door machine controller, and when the door machine controller judges that the door closing pulse signal is consistent with a preset pulse signal, the door machine controller judges that the elevator is closed in place, so that a door closing in place signal is output to the main controller 110.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present invention, the human body sensing device 130 is an infrared sensing switch or a photoelectric sensing switch, the human body sensing device 130 is disposed at the top of the elevator car 200, and the sensing range of the human body sensing device 130 can cover the floor area of the elevator car 200 to sense the personnel in the elevator car 200.
The operation of the automatic alarm device 100 for elevator occupant protection according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
Under normal conditions, the main controller 110 controls the elevator to run, in the elevator running process, when the elevator car door 210 is closed in place each time, the door closing detection device 120 outputs a door closing in place signal, and transmits the door closing in place signal to the first detection end X1 of the main controller 110, meanwhile, the human body induction device 130 detects the personnel in the elevator car 200, and when the elevator car 200 is occupied, the human body induction device 130 outputs human body induction signals and transmits the human body induction signals to the second detection end X2 of the main controller 110.
In the elevator operation process, if the main controller 110 detects that the elevator fails, meanwhile, the first detection end X1 of the main controller 110 receives a door closing in-place signal, the second detection end X2 receives a human body induction signal, that is, three conditions of the elevator in a door closing state, someone in the elevator car 200 and the elevator failure are met simultaneously, the main controller 110 automatically judges that the elevator fails to catch the person and timely controls the relay K to be closed, so that a loop formed by the power anode L, the public end M0, the relay K, the output end Y0 and the power cathode N is conducted, and therefore the alarm bell 141 rings to alarm, and the alarm lamp 142 flashes to send an alarm signal.
In summary, since the automatic alarm device 100 for elevator trapped people of the present invention is provided with the door closing detection device 120 for detecting whether the elevator is closed in place or not and the human body sensing device 130 for detecting whether a person is in the elevator car 200, when the main controller 110 detects an elevator fault and simultaneously receives the door closing signal output by the door closing detection device 120 and the human body sensing signal output by the human body sensing device 130, the main controller 110 controls the alarm unit 140 to act so as to output an alarm signal, so that a monitoring person or a rescue person can timely learn that the elevator is trapped, the timely rescue is facilitated, and even if a person who does not know how to call for help is trapped, the trapped person can be avoided for a long time, thereby improving the use safety of the elevator.
As shown in fig. 4, the invention further provides an automatic alarm method for elevator trapping, which comprises the following steps:
step S01: receiving a door closing in-place signal of an elevator and a human body induction signal of a person in an elevator car;
step S02: judging whether the elevator has a fault, if so, performing step S03, and if not, controlling the elevator to operate;
step S03: the alarm unit is controlled to act so as to output an alarm signal.
Preferably, in the automatic alarming method for elevator trapped people, a door closing detection device detects whether an elevator is closed in place or not and outputs a door closing signal; and detecting whether a person exists in the car or not through a human body sensing device arranged in the car and outputting the human body sensing signal.
According to the automatic alarm method for the trapped elevator, when the elevator fault is detected, the door closing in-place signal of the elevator and the human body induction signal of a person in the elevator car are received, the alarm unit is controlled to act so as to output the alarm signal, so that monitoring personnel or rescue personnel can know the trapped elevator fault in time, the elevator is beneficial to timely rescue, and the trapped elevator can be prevented from being trapped for a long time even if people who are not aware of how to call for help are trapped, so that the use safety of the elevator is improved.

the door closing detection device is connected to the first detection end and is used for detecting whether the elevator is closed in place or not and outputting a door closing in place signal;
the human body sensing device is arranged in the elevator car and connected to the second detection end and is used for detecting whether a person exists in the elevator car and outputting a human body sensing signal;
the alarm unit is connected to the output end and used for outputting an alarm signal;
one end of the relay is connected with the output end, and the other end of the relay is connected with the positive electrode of the power supply through the public end;
after detecting elevator faults and receiving the door closing in-place signal and the human body induction signal, the main controller controls the relay to be closed so as to conduct a loop where the alarm unit is located, and the alarm unit acts to output the alarm signal.
