Abstract
本发明公开了一种信息通知方法、用户终端、第一基站及第二基站,UE接收第一基站通过管辖的第一小区发送的通知消息,其中所述通知消息用于指示UE获取第二基站管辖的第二小区的系统信息;所述UE按照接收到的所述通知消息获取第二基站管辖的第二小区的系统信息,第二小区的D2D资源配置发生了变化但是UE没有及时读取,则会造成UE使用已经过期的D2D资源配置的问题。
