其中,该预设配置信息可以包括该主用户设备的相关能力信息以及当前的资源部署情况,当前的资源部署情况可以包括软件资源、硬件资源以及射频天线资源的部署情况等等,本发明实施例对此不做限定。该主用户设备可以根据该预设配置信息,获取当前该主用户设备的能力信息。该主用户设备的能力信息可以包括多个指标的能力信息,如接入能力等级等,本发明实施例对此不做限定。

当该主用户设备需要借助从用户设备的能力时,可以与从用户设备连接,与该从用户设备共同协作,此时,该主用户设备可以获取该从用户设备的能力信息。

本发明实施例以该主用户设备发送携带指定特征标识的能力信息组合请求为例进行说明,而在实际应用过程中,该主用户设备还可以获取用户设置的密码,根据该密码生成加密信息,发送该加密信息,则接收到该加密信息的从用户设备可以根据用户输入的密码,对该加密信息进行解密,解密成功的从用户设备可以向该主用户设备发送该能力信息响应消息。或者,该主用户设备可以根据该网络设备规定上报的能力信息以及该主用户设备的能力信息,确定需要的能力信息,该主用户设备发送需要的能力信息,具备该能力信息的从用户设备可以向该主用户设备发送该能力信息响应消息,本发明实施例对此不做限定。
该主用户设备可以与多个从用户设备共同协作,则该主用户设备获取该多个从用户设备的能力信息,后续可以对该主用户设备的能力信息和该多个从用户设备的能力信息进行筛选。

该主用户设备根据当前的实际情况,获取该主用户设备的能力信息以及该从用户设备的能力信息,以便后续向该网络设备上报能力信息,实现了动态化的上报,自适应性强。
405、该主用户设备接收到该从用户设备的能力信息时,对该主用户设备的能力信息和该从用户设备的能力信息进行筛选,得到第一能力信息集合。

其中,该主用户设备需要的能力可以是该主用户设备本身不具备的能力, 如该主用户设备仅具备连接3G网络的能力而不具备连接4G网络的能力时,需要借助从用户设备连接4G网络的能力。该主用户设备需要的能力还可以是该主用户设备虽然具备但当前未使用的能力,如该主用户设备具备150Mbit/s(兆比特/秒)的数据传输速率,但在省电模式下关闭了数据传输功能时,需要借助该从用户设备的数据传输速率。该主用户设备需要的能力也可以是该主用户设备不足以支持当前通信业务的能力,如该主用户设备配置有4根天线,但需要8根天线来进行通信时,需要借助从用户设备的4根天线。
本发明实施例中,对于不同类型的通信系统,网络设备所规定上报的能力信息也不同,该网络设备规定用户设备上报的能力信息可以根据相应的无线通信技术标准确定,例如LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进))系统规定用户设备上报的能力信息可以根据3GPP TS 36.331标准确定,而UMTS(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System,通用移动通信系统)规定用户设备上报的能力信息可以根据TS 25.331标准确定,本发明实施例对此不做限定。
在上述步骤中,该主用户设备可以先与从用户设备进行交互,确定可用的从用户设备,再获取可用从用户设备的能力信息,也可以在与从用户设备进行交互的同时,获取该从用户设备的能力信息,根据多个从用户设备的能力信息,从中选取可用的能力信息,本发明实施例对此不做限定。
该主用户设备获取到多个从用户设备的能力信息时,可以根据每个从用户设备重复或者类似的能力信息,以及每个从用户设备的配置参数、信令长度的约束、网络情况以及每个从用户设备的权重等条件,进行适当地选择和折算,以最终确定可用的能力信息集合。在此过程中,该主用户设备可以会对多项能力信息进行汇总、叠加、选择、去重、丢弃等多种类型的处理,本发明实施例对此不做限定。
406、该主用户设备向该网络设备发送该第一能力信息集合。
当该主用户设备确定该第一能力信息集合后,向该网络设备发送该第一能力信息集合。

在本发明实施例中,该网络设备可以包括多个网络节点,多个网络节点之间可以进行能力信息集合的上报、传输和同步过程,例如,接入网和核心网之间的相关网络节点会进行能力信息的上报和同步,从而使得该多个网络节点相互协作,为该主用户设备配置资源。配置的资源可以包括无线资源、传输资源等,本发明实施例对此不做限定。

该网络设备接收到该主用户设备上报的该第一能力信息集合时,即可将该第一能力信息集合作为该主用户设备所具备的能力信息,根据该第一能力信息集合,为该主用户设备配置资源,并根据配置的资源,向该主用户设备发送资源配置信息。

本发明实施例在手机、电脑等设备以及智能手环等可穿戴设备共同协作的技术背景下,有效地根据通信技术的相关流程,设计了在用户设备能力变化的场景下的能力信息上报方式,使得网络设备在用户设备能力动态化的情况下仍然能够准确及时地进行相关的决策和处理。
本发明实施例提供的方法,通过该主用户设备借助从用户设备的能力时,对主用户设备的能力信息和该从用户设备的能力信息进行筛选,得到第一能力信息集合,将第一能力信息集合发送给网络设备,使得网络设备能够准确获知当前用户设备所具备的能力,根据该第一能力集合,为该主用户设备配置资源时,提高了资源配置的准确性。
上述实施例中,该主用户设备对该主用户设备的能力信息和该从用户设备的能力信息进行筛选,得到第一能力信息集合,向该网络设备发送该第一能力信息集合,且该主用户设备可以根据该第一能力信息集合,预留相应的资源,以便后续该网络设备为该主用户设备配置资源时,该主用户设备可以基于预留的资源,与该网络设备进行交互。如果该网络设备为该主用户设备配置的资源所需的能力小于该第一能力信息集合所包括的能力时,该主用户设备若仍根据该第一能力信息集合预留资源,会造成资源不必要的浪费,影响该主用户设备的吞吐量。

在实际应用时,该网络设备可以在接收到该第二能力信息集合时,可以存储该第二能力信息集合,并删除之前存储的第一能力信息集合,从而更新存储的能力信息集合,也即是该网络设备每次仅为该主用户设备存储一份能力信息集合。或者,该网络设备也可以存储该第一能力信息集合和该第二能力信息集合,将该第二能力信息集合作为该主用户设备当前使用的能力信息集合,而将该第一能力信息集合作为该主用户设备的备用能力信息集合,根据该第二能力信息集合来处理当前小区的业务。后续过程中,如果该网络设备再次接收到了该主用户设备的能力信息集合,则更新该第二能力信息集合即可。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的第二能力信息集合并不仅是指该主用户设备第二次上报的能力信息集合,而是指该主用户设备当前所使用的能力信息集合。由于该网络设备可能会存储该主用户设备的多份能力信息集合,或者存储多种条件下的不同能力信息集合,该主用户设备当前所使用的能力信息集合可能为其中的任一份,本发明实施例对此不做限定。
另外还需要说明的是,上述实施例可以应用于该主用户设备接入该网络设备的场景下,该主用户设备开机后,在该主用户设备接入该网络设备的过程中,该主用户设备向该网络设备发送第一能力信息集合,该网络设备根据该主用户设备发送的第一能力信息集合,进行相关配置的下发,并向该主用户设备发送资源配置信息。该主用户设备再向该网络设备发送当前所使用的第二能力信息集合,由该网络设备存储该第二能力信息集合。
举例来说,该主用户设备在接入该网络设备的过程中,向该网络设备发送第一能力信息集合时,该第一能力信息集合表示该主用户设备具有支持下行传输模式TM9(最大能够支持8流的传输)的能力,将接入能力等级设置为8级,且该主用户设备还会为该接入过程预留相关的资源,此时,该主用户设备 和从用户设备所有的射频通道和天线资源均被使用,这就意味着在支持TM9的情况下,该主用户设备无法支持其他制式的并发与分流。但在接入过程完成后,如果该网络设备为该主用户设备配置的下行传输模式为TM7(用户设备只需支持1-2个流),则如果该主用户设备继续保持8级的接入能力等级,并预留相关资源,会造成资源不必要的浪费,影响该主用户设备的吞吐量。为此,该主用户设备将当前所配置的下行传输模式TM7的能力信息发送给该网络设备,则除支持TM7所需资源以外的资源是可以用来进行其他制式的并发与分流,提高了该主用户设备的吞吐量。
本发明实施例中,该网络设备为该主用户设备存储的备用能力信息集合还可以用于切换小区的场景下,具体过程详见下一实施例。
图6是本发明实施例提供的一种能力信息上报方法的流程图,参见图6,本发明实施例的交互主体为网络设备和目标网络设备,该方法包括:
601、当该网络设备要将该主用户设备切换至目标网络设备时,获取该主用户设备的备用能力信息集合。
602、该网络设备向该目标网络设备发送切换请求消息,该切换请求消息携带该备用能力信息集合。
在现有技术中,源网络设备在向目标网络设备发送切换请求消息时,该切换请求消息一般会携带用户设备当前正在使用的能力信息集合。而在本发明实施例中,该主用户设备所使用的能力信息具有动态化、组合化的特点,如果该网络设备发送的切换请求消息仍然携带该主用户设备当前所使用的能力信息集合,那么,由于该网络设备与该目标网络设备的配置不同,可能会造成错误配置等问题。为此,该网络设备所发送的切换请求消息携带该备用能力信息集合,该备用能力信息集合区别于该主用户设备当前正在使用的能力信息集合。
举例来说,该主用户设备第一次上报了支持TM9的能力,而在当前小区仅支持TM7的情况下,又上报了支持TM7的能力,该网络设备会根据该主用户设备支持TM7的能力,进行相关配置和处理。在切换小区时,虽然该网络设备仅支持TM7,但该目标网络设备可能支持TM9,如果该网络设备向该目标网络设备发送的切换请求消息中携带该主用户设备支持TM7的能力,则该目标网络设备会认为该主用户设备仅能够支持TM7,很容易做出错误的决策和配置,无法将该主用户设备的下行传输模式配置为TM9。如果该网络设备向该 目标网络设备发送的切换请求消息中携带该主用户设备支持TM9的能力,则该目标网络设备可以准确获知该主用户设备具备的能力,从而做出正确的决策和配置。
需要说明的是,该备用能力信息集合可以包括多种条件下的能力信息集合,则该目标网络设备可以获知该主用户设备在不同条件下所具备的能力。
603、当该目标网络设备接收到该切换请求消息时,根据该备用能力信息集合,为该主用户设备配置资源。
该目标网络设备接收到该切换请求消息时,根据该主用户设备的备用能力信息集合,对该主用户设备进行相关处理,如进行接纳控制过程或者相关资源的配置过程,本发明实施例在此不再赘述。
该主用户设备接入该目标网络设备之后,所使用的能力信息可能并不是该备用能力信息集合中的能力,此时,该主用户设备可以获取当前所使用的能力信息集合,发送给该目标网络设备,该目标网络设备存储该备用能力集合以及该主用户设备当前所使用的能力信息集合。
本发明实施例提供的方法,通过该主用户设备借助从用户设备的能力时,对主用户设备的能力信息和该从用户设备的能力信息进行筛选,得到第一能力信息集合,将第一能力信息集合发送给网络设备,使得网络设备能够准确获知当前用户设备所具备的能力,根据该第一能力集合,为该主用户设备配置资源时,提高了资源配置的准确性。网络设备可以存储该主用户设备的多份能力信息集合,并确定备用能力信息集合,在切换场景下,该网络设备可以向该目标网络设备发送备用能力信息集合,从而使得该目标网络设备准确获知该主用户设备所具备的能力。

本发明实施例提供的装置,通过在借助从用户设备的能力时,对主用户设备的能力信息和该从用户设备的能力信息进行筛选,得到第一能力信息集合,将第一能力信息集合发送给网络设备,使得网络设备能够准确获知当前用户设备所具备的能力,根据该第一能力集合,为该主用户设备配置资源时,提高了资源配置的准确性。
可选地,该处理模块702包括:
第一处理单元,用于从该从用户设备的能力信息中,提取该主用户设备需要的能力信息,将提取出的能力信息与该主用户设备的能力信息进行组合,得到该第一能力信息集合;或者,
第二处理单元,用于根据该网络设备规定上报的能力信息,从该从用户设备的能力信息中,提取该网络设备规定上报而该主用户设备需要的能力信息,将提取出的能力信息与该主用户设备的能力信息进行组合,得到该第一能力信息集合。
可选地,该能力信息获取模块701用于当接收到该网络设备的能力信息查询消息时,获取该主用户设备的能力信息以及该从用户设备的能力信息,该能力信息查询消息用于指示查询能力信息;或者,当接收到该网络设备的配置变更消息时,获取该主用户设备的能力信息以及该从用户设备的能力信息,该配置变更消息用于表示该网络设备的资源配置发生变化;或者,周期性地获取该主用户设备的能力信息以及该从用户设备的能力信息;或者,当检测到该从用户设备发生预设事件时,获取该主用户设备的能力信息以及该从用户设备的能力信息。
可选地,该能力信息获取模块701用于根据预设配置信息,获取该主用户设备的能力信息;发送能力信息组合请求,该能力信息组合请求携带指定特征标识;接收基于该指定特征标识的从用户设备所返回的能力信息响应消息,该能力信息响应消息携带该从用户设备的能力信息。
可选地,该装置还包括:
判断模块,用于判断该第一能力信息集合与上一次向该网络设备发送的能力信息集合是否相同;
该发送模块703,还用于当该第一能力信息集合与上一次向该网络设备发送的能力信息集合不同时,向该网络设备发送该第一能力信息集合;
或者,该处理模块702还用于当该第一能力信息集合与上一次向该网络设备发送的能力信息集合不同时,获取该第一能力信息集合与上一次向该网络设备发送的能力信息集合之间的差异能力信息集合,则该发送模块还用于向该网络设备发送该差异能力信息集合。
可选地,该装置还包括:
接收模块,用于接收该网络设备下发的资源配置信息;
能力信息确定模块,用于根据该资源配置信息和该第一能力信息集合,确定当前使用的第二能力信息集合;
该发送模块703,还用于向该网络设备发送该第二能力信息集合,该网络设备用于存储该第二能力信息集合。

图8是本发明实施例提供的一种能力信息上报装置的结构示意图,参见图8,该装置包括:
接收模块801,用于接收主用户设备发送的第一能力信息集合,该第一能力信息集合由该主用户设备对该主用户设备的能力信息和从用户设备的能力信息进行筛选得到;
配置模块802,用于根据该第一能力信息集合,为该主用户设备配置资源;
发送模块803,用于根据配置的资源,向该主用户设备发送资源配置信息。
本发明实施例提供的装置,通过主用户设备在借助从用户设备的能力时,对主用户设备的能力信息和该从用户设备的能力信息进行筛选得到第一能力信息集合,则网络设备能够准确获知当前用户设备所具备的能力,根据该第一能力集合,为该主用户设备配置资源时,提高了资源配置的准确性。
可选地,该装置还包括:
该接收模块801,还用于接收该主用户设备当前使用的第二能力信息集合,该第二能力信息集合由该主用户设备根据该资源配置信息和该第一能力信息集合确定;
存储模块,用于存储该第二能力信息集合;
备用模块,用于将该第一能力信息集合作为备用能力信息集合。
可选地,该发送模块803还用于向目标网络设备发送切换请求消息,该切 换请求消息携带该备用能力信息集合,该目标网络设备用于根据该备用能力信息集合,为该主用户设备配置资源。
上述所有可选技术方案,可以采用任意结合形成本发明的可选实施例,在此不再一一赘述。
需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的能力信息上报装置在上报能力信息时,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将用户设备和网络设备的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。另外,上述实施例提供的能力信息上报装置与能力信息上报方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详见方法实施例,这里不再赘述。
图9是本发明实施例提供的一种用户设备的结构示意图,参见图9,包括:接收器901、发射器902、存储器903和处理器904,该接收器901、该发射器902和该存储器903分别与该处理器904连接,该存储器903存储有程序代码,该处理器904用于调用该程序代码,执行以下操作:
获取主用户设备的能力信息以及从用户设备的能力信息;
对该主用户设备的能力信息和该从用户设备的能力信息进行筛选,得到第一能力信息集合;
向网络设备发送该第一能力信息集合。
可选地,该处理器904还用于调用该程序代码,执行以下操作:
从该从用户设备的能力信息中,提取该主用户设备需要的能力信息,将提取出的能力信息与该主用户设备的能力信息进行组合,得到该第一能力信息集合;或者,
根据该网络设备规定上报的能力信息,从该从用户设备的能力信息中,提取该网络设备规定上报而该主用户设备需要的能力信息,将提取出的能力信息与该主用户设备的能力信息进行组合,得到该第一能力信息集合。
可选地,该处理器904还用于调用该程序代码,执行以下操作:
当接收到该网络设备的能力信息查询消息时,获取该主用户设备的能力信息以及该从用户设备的能力信息,该能力信息查询消息用于指示查询能力信息;或者,
当接收到该网络设备的配置变更消息时,获取该主用户设备的能力信息以及该从用户设备的能力信息,该配置变更消息用于表示该网络设备的资源配置发生变化;或者,
周期性地获取该主用户设备的能力信息以及该从用户设备的能力信息;或者,
当检测到该从用户设备发生预设事件时,获取该主用户设备的能力信息以及该从用户设备的能力信息。
可选地,该处理器904还用于调用该程序代码,执行以下操作:
根据预设配置信息,获取该主用户设备的能力信息;
发送能力信息组合请求,该能力信息组合请求携带指定特征标识;
接收基于该指定特征标识的从用户设备所返回的能力信息响应消息,该能力信息响应消息携带该从用户设备的能力信息。
可选地,该处理器904还用于调用该程序代码,执行以下操作:
判断该第一能力信息集合与上一次向该网络设备发送的能力信息集合是否相同;
当该第一能力信息集合与上一次向该网络设备发送的能力信息集合不同时,向该网络设备发送该第一能力信息集合;或者,
当该第一能力信息集合与上一次向该网络设备发送的能力信息集合不同时,获取该第一能力信息集合与上一次向该网络设备发送的能力信息集合之间的差异能力信息集合,向该网络设备发送该差异能力信息集合。
可选地,该处理器904还用于调用该程序代码,执行以下操作:
接收该网络设备下发的资源配置信息;
根据该资源配置信息和该第一能力信息集合,确定当前使用的第二能力信息集合;
向该网络设备发送该第二能力信息集合,该网络设备用于存储该第二能力信息集合。
图10是本发明实施例提供的一种用户设备的结构示意图,参见图10,包括:接收器1001、发射器1002、存储器1003和处理器1004,该接收器1001、该发射器1002和该存储器1003分别与该处理器1004连接,该存储器1003存储有程序代码,该处理器1004用于调用该程序代码,执行以下操作:
接收主用户设备发送的第一能力信息集合,该第一能力信息集合由该主用户设备对该主用户设备的能力信息和从用户设备的能力信息进行筛选得到;
根据该第一能力信息集合,为该主用户设备配置资源;
根据配置的资源,向该主用户设备发送资源配置信息。
可选地,该处理器904还用于调用该程序代码,执行以下操作:
接收该主用户设备当前使用的第二能力信息集合,该第二能力信息集合由该主用户设备根据该资源配置信息和该第一能力信息集合确定;
存储该第二能力信息集合;
将该第一能力信息集合作为备用能力信息集合。
可选地,该处理器904还用于调用该程序代码,执行以下操作:
向目标网络设备发送切换请求消息,该切换请求消息携带该备用能力信息集合,该目标网络设备用于根据该备用能力信息集合,为该主用户设备配置资源。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种能力信息上报方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取主用户设备的能力信息以及从用户设备的能力信息;
    对所述主用户设备的能力信息和所述从用户设备的能力信息进行筛选,得到第一能力信息集合;
    向网络设备发送所述第一能力信息集合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述主用户设备的能力信息和所述从用户设备的能力信息进行筛选,得到第一能力信息集合包括:
    从所述从用户设备的能力信息中,提取所述主用户设备需要的能力信息,将提取出的能力信息与所述主用户设备的能力信息进行组合,得到所述第一能力信息集合;或者,
    根据所述网络设备规定上报的能力信息,从所述从用户设备的能力信息中,提取所述网络设备规定上报而所述主用户设备需要的能力信息,将提取出的能力信息与所述主用户设备的能力信息进行组合,得到所述第一能力信息集合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取主用户设备的能力信息以及从用户设备的能力信息包括:
    当接收到所述网络设备的能力信息查询消息时,获取所述主用户设备的能力信息以及所述从用户设备的能力信息,所述能力信息查询消息用于指示查询能力信息;或者,
    当接收到所述网络设备的配置变更消息时,获取所述主用户设备的能力信息以及所述从用户设备的能力信息,所述配置变更消息用于表示所述网络设备的资源配置发生变化;或者,
    周期性地获取所述主用户设备的能力信息以及所述从用户设备的能力信息;或者,
    当检测到所述从用户设备发生预设事件时,获取所述主用户设备的能力信息以及所述从用户设备的能力信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取主用户设备的能力 信息以及从用户设备的能力信息包括:
    根据预设配置信息,获取所述主用户设备的能力信息;
    发送能力信息组合请求,所述能力信息组合请求携带指定特征标识;
    接收基于所述指定特征标识的从用户设备所返回的能力信息响应消息,所述能力信息响应消息携带所述从用户设备的能力信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述主用户设备的能力信息和所述从用户设备的能力信息进行筛选,得到第一能力信息集合之后,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述第一能力信息集合与上一次向所述网络设备发送的能力信息集合是否相同;
    当所述第一能力信息集合与上一次向所述网络设备发送的能力信息集合不同时,向所述网络设备发送所述第一能力信息集合;或者,
    当所述第一能力信息集合与上一次向所述网络设备发送的能力信息集合不同时,获取所述第一能力信息集合与上一次向所述网络设备发送的能力信息集合之间的差异能力信息集合,向所述网络设备发送所述差异能力信息集合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向网络设备发送所述能力信息集合之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述网络设备下发的资源配置信息;
    根据所述资源配置信息和所述第一能力信息集合,确定当前使用的第二能力信息集合;
    向所述网络设备发送所述第二能力信息集合,所述网络设备用于存储所述第二能力信息集合。
  7. 一种能力信息上报方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收主用户设备发送的第一能力信息集合,所述第一能力信息集合由所述主用户设备对所述主用户设备的能力信息和从用户设备的能力信息进行筛选得到;
    根据所述第一能力信息集合,为所述主用户设备配置资源;
    根据配置的资源,向所述主用户设备发送资源配置信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据配置的资源,向所述主用户设备发送资源配置信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述主用户设备当前使用的第二能力信息集合,所述第二能力信息集合由所述主用户设备根据所述资源配置信息和所述第一能力信息集合确定;
    存储所述第二能力信息集合;
    将所述第一能力信息集合作为备用能力信息集合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    向目标网络设备发送切换请求消息,所述切换请求消息携带所述备用能力信息集合,所述目标网络设备用于根据所述备用能力信息集合,为所述主用户设备配置资源。
  10. 一种能力上报装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    能力信息获取模块,用于获取主用户设备的能力信息以及从用户设备的能力信息;
    处理模块,用于对所述主用户设备的能力信息和所述从用户设备的能力信息进行筛选,得到第一能力信息集合;
    发送模块,用于向网络设备发送所述第一能力信息集合。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块包括:
    第一处理单元,用于从所述从用户设备的能力信息中,提取所述主用户设备需要的能力信息,将提取出的能力信息与所述主用户设备的能力信息进行组合,得到所述第一能力信息集合;或者,
    第二处理单元,用于根据所述网络设备规定上报的能力信息,从所述从用户设备的能力信息中,提取所述网络设备规定上报而所述主用户设备需要的能力信息,将提取出的能力信息与所述主用户设备的能力信息进行组合,得到所述第一能力信息集合。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述能力信息获取模块用于当接收到所述网络设备的能力信息查询消息时,获取所述主用户设备的能力 信息以及所述从用户设备的能力信息,所述能力信息查询消息用于指示查询能力信息;或者,当接收到所述网络设备的配置变更消息时,获取所述主用户设备的能力信息以及所述从用户设备的能力信息,所述配置变更消息用于表示所述网络设备的资源配置发生变化;或者,周期性地获取所述主用户设备的能力信息以及所述从用户设备的能力信息;或者,当检测到所述从用户设备发生预设事件时,获取所述主用户设备的能力信息以及所述从用户设备的能力信息。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述能力信息获取模块用于根据预设配置信息,获取所述主用户设备的能力信息;发送能力信息组合请求,所述能力信息组合请求携带指定特征标识;接收基于所述指定特征标识的从用户设备所返回的能力信息响应消息,所述能力信息响应消息携带所述从用户设备的能力信息。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    判断模块,用于判断所述第一能力信息集合与上一次向所述网络设备发送的能力信息集合是否相同;
    所述发送模块,还用于当所述第一能力信息集合与上一次向所述网络设备发送的能力信息集合不同时,向所述网络设备发送所述第一能力信息集合;
    或者,所述处理模块还用于当所述第一能力信息集合与上一次向所述网络设备发送的能力信息集合不同时,获取所述第一能力信息集合与上一次向所述网络设备发送的能力信息集合之间的差异能力信息集合,则所述发送模块还用于向所述网络设备发送所述差异能力信息集合。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    接收模块,用于接收所述网络设备下发的资源配置信息;
    能力信息确定模块,用于根据所述资源配置信息和所述第一能力信息集合,确定当前使用的第二能力信息集合;
    所述发送模块,还用于向所述网络设备发送所述第二能力信息集合,所述网络设备用于存储所述第二能力信息集合。
  16. 一种能力信息上报装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收主用户设备发送的第一能力信息集合,所述第一能力信息集合由所述主用户设备对所述主用户设备的能力信息和从用户设备的能力信息进行筛选得到;
    配置模块,用于根据所述第一能力信息集合,为所述主用户设备配置资源;
    发送模块,用于根据配置的资源,向所述主用户设备发送资源配置信息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述主用户设备当前使用的第二能力信息集合,所述第二能力信息集合由所述主用户设备根据所述资源配置信息和所述第一能力信息集合确定;
    存储模块,用于存储所述第二能力信息集合;
    备用模块,用于将所述第一能力信息集合作为备用能力信息集合。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块还用于向目标网络设备发送切换请求消息,所述切换请求消息携带所述备用能力信息集合,所述目标网络设备用于根据所述备用能力信息集合,为所述主用户设备配置资源。
  19. 一种用户设备,其特征在于,所述用户设备包括:接收器、发射器、存储器和处理器,所述接收器、所述发射器和所述存储器分别与所述处理器连接,所述存储器存储有程序代码,所述处理器用于调用所述程序代码,执行以下操作:
    获取所述用户设备的能力信息以及所述用户设备的从用户设备的能力信息;
    对所述用户设备的能力信息和所述从用户设备的能力信息进行筛选,得到第一能力信息集合;
    向网络设备发送所述第一能力信息集合。
  20. 一种网络设备,其特征在于,所述网络设备包括:接收器、发射器、存储器和处理器,所述接收器、所述发射器和所述存储器分别与所述处理器连接,所述存储器存储有程序代码,所述处理器用于调用所述程序代码,执行以 下操作:
    接收主用户设备发送的第一能力信息集合,所述第一能力信息集合由所述主用户设备对所述主用户设备的能力信息和从用户设备的能力信息进行筛选得到;
    根据所述第一能力信息集合,为所述主用户设备配置资源;
    根据配置的资源,向所述主用户设备发送资源配置信息。
