Abstract

本发明提供一种上行数据传输的方法、基站和终端。该方法包括:终端获取基站发送的资源参数门限;其中,所述资源参数门限包括用于表征所述终端进行一次无调度传输允许使用的最大资源的第一参数;所述终端获取用于表征所述终端进行一次无调度传输所占用的实际资源的第二参数;所述终端根据所述第一参数的值和所述第二参数的值确定适于所述终端的传输方式,并采用所述传输方式向所述基站发送上行数据;所述传输方式包括:无调度传输或调度传输。本发明提供的方法,可以兼顾终端的耗电量和资源碰撞概率,提高了终端的传输效率,也节省了终端的耗电量。
