技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸收产品，包括液体可渗透的顶片、液体不可渗透的背片和在液体可渗透顶片和液体不可渗透的背片之间封闭的吸收芯。所述吸收产品在其纵向上具有裆部区域和两个端部区域，其中至少裆部区域包括具有多个开口的入口材料。
背景技术
对例如失禁防护件的吸收产品而言，存在着产品穿上隐蔽、柔软和舒适，同时具有可靠的防泄漏安全性的较高要求。
失禁防护件必须在尺寸上做成和配置成适应内衣裤裆部分的有限可用空间，所以产品必须设计成具有相对较小的宽度。因此，此类产品的一个特殊问题是，在产品的整个吸收能力被利用之前，它们可能在侧边缘处泄漏。
侧漏可能发生的原因是由于被吸收的流体从流体流入产品的点向四面八方迅速均匀地散开，这将导致流体在分布到末端部分之前从产品侧边缘逸出。侧漏的另一个原因可能是，产品的吸入量不足以让所有流出到产品上的流体直接进入产品内部，而是，流体将流向顶片和流出可能漏出的侧边缘，并弄脏穿戴者的衣服。
尿液通常不会在一个稳定的流量下流出，而是在高压下并在很短的时间内突然涌出相对大的体积。
因此，如果失禁防护件能够接收并容纳以相应速度排出的流体，则是令人满意的。
虽然现有技术液体入口材料在一定程度上可以缓解侧漏问题，但是对于那种穿戴在内裤的裤裆部分的吸收性物品，侧漏的安全性仍然需要进一步改善。
发明内容
根据本发明，提供了一种具有改进泄漏安全性和适配性的吸收产品。
吸收产品包括液体可渗透的顶片、液体不可渗透的背片、和在液体可渗透顶片和液体不可渗透的背片之间封闭的吸收芯。吸收产品在其纵向上具有裆部和两个端部，其中吸收产品至少在其裆部包括具有多个开口的入口材料。所述入口材料中的所述多个开口由在吸收产品的横向上延伸且已沿吸收产品纵向膨胀的狭缝形成。液体入口材料在吸收产品的横向上具有中心区域和两个边缘区域。开口位于中心区域，使得具有所述多个开口的材料的中心区域具有比边缘区域更小程度的弹性。
在材料已经延伸以致已由狭缝形成开口之后，有狭缝的材料的中心区域和没有狭缝的材料的边缘区域的效果将引起材料在不同区域弹性不同。在入口材料的中心区域的开口将使该区域的材料比没有开口的边缘区域具有更低程度的弹性。边缘区域比裆部的中心区域的更大程度的弹性是有利的，因为入口材料的边缘区域将用作腿部弹性件且具有比入口材料的中心部分更大的弹性。由于与入口材料的中心区域相比具有更大弹性的入口材料的边缘区域的弹性收缩，吸收产品还可以在裆部区域获得碗状。
边缘区域不具有开口的另一个优点是边缘也可以充当边缘液体阻挡件，减少侧漏的风险。
入口材料的中心区域中具有开口的优点是改善了进入产品的液体入口。冲孔或穿孔将是在材料中创建开口的可选择方法。但是，切缝方法优于冲孔/穿孔，因为没有材料从料幅中剪下来。这样由于材料浪费少而节约了资金，并且还通过避免从材料中切出否则可能污染生产设备和成品的很多小碎片而改进了生产过程操作。
入口材料必须能够在非常短的时间吸收突然涌出的相对大体积的液体，采用本发明，可以提供由相同的连续材料片构成的具有多个开口的入口材料和腿部弹性件材料。
由于在吸收产品的纵向上延伸的边缘区域将兼任腿部弹性件和在裆部区域中形成碗状时的支撑件的作用，不需要单独的材料片/元件来产生腿部弹性件。入口材料和腿部弹性件材料是相同的连续材料片。
入口材料可位于顶片和吸收芯之间，或入口材料可以是液体可渗透的顶片或是其一部分。
入口材料的宽度可以比吸收芯更宽。如果所述吸收芯包括一个以上的层，则入口材料的宽度可大于所述吸收芯内的层中的至少一个层的宽度。
入口材料的中心区域可以至少在吸收产品的裆部区域具有大于吸收芯的宽度。具有比吸收芯更宽的入口材料中心区域的优势在于，所述多个开口在吸收芯之上且还在产品横向上吸收芯外面的一部分之上延伸，因而会有吸收产品的在横向上位于吸收芯和作为边缘区域的腿部弹性件区域之间的一部分不用那么多的材料(没有吸收芯和具有多个开口的入口材料)，且由于铰链效应，此部分将使具有更大弹性的边缘区域更容易将吸收产品收缩成碗状产品。
入口材料在吸收产品的横向上具有两个边缘区域和位于边缘区域之间的中心区域，且边缘区域可以沿着产品的整个侧边缘为至少5毫米。否则，边缘区域很难用作腿部弹性件和将吸收产品在裆部收缩成碗状。
开口沿吸收产品纵向上的宽度可以是开口沿横向上的长度的0.2-3.0或0.5-1.0。
入口材料可能已经从未展开的入口材料的原始长度延长了30％-200％。
入口材料可以是疏水性的。疏水性材料的优点是没有开口的疏水边缘区起到液体阻挡件的作用，且将减少边缘泄漏的危险。而且，从护肤角度优选疏水性入口材料，因为紧贴使用者皮肤的干燥面可以降低细菌繁殖和皮肤刺激的风险。
液体入口材料可以是泡沫材料。具有泡沫材料作为液体入口材料的优点是这样的产品感觉是柔软的，对许多用户来说也是美观的。泡沫材料在暴露于外部载荷后回弹以基本上恢复到其原来形状的能力也是一个重要特性。由于泡沫材料具有连续结构，其表现出良好的柔韧性和跟随外部载荷的回弹能力。
泡沫材料可以具有开孔结构或闭孔结构。吸收产品中用作液体接收泡沫层的泡沫通常是开孔泡沫，从而液体容易进入泡沫及下面的吸收芯。然而，采用狭缝开口时，也可以使用闭孔泡沫。包括闭孔的泡沫的优点是液体不容易进入泡沫本身，因此泡沫材料比具有相互连接的开孔的泡沫保持更干燥的状态。
入口材料也可以是一种纤维材料，例如无纺布或其层合件。
液体入口材料中开口之间的距离可以是1.5-5.0毫米或1.5-2.5毫米。开口之间的距离这么短的优点是总开口面积会很大，进入速率会快。
中心区域中入口材料的水平面上开口的总开口面积是中心区域中入口材料的水平面上总面积的40-70％。
狭缝可以具有5.0-20.0毫米、7.0-20毫米、10.0-20.0的狭缝长度。通过具有至少5毫米，或至少7毫米，或至少10.0毫米的狭缝长度，尿液会更容易到达入口材料下面的吸收芯。
吸收产品可在裆部具有较窄宽度，在末端部分可以更宽。原因在于使产品成形为在使用中最佳地适配人体。然而，出于工艺原因来说有利的是，使入口材料的中心区域基本上平行于吸收产品的纵向上的纵向中心线而不遵循吸收产品的外轮廓。
狭缝可以以沿吸收产品横向延伸的交错行提供，并且具有在交错行中两个相互跟随的狭缝的末端之间的狭缝距离B、狭缝长度A以及两个相邻行之间的行距离C。
入口材料和直接在入口材料下面的层可以具有不同的颜色。这是有利的，因为多个开口将更直观地显示出来。例如，入口材料可以着色，或者入口材料和吸收芯之间的层可以着色。例如在入口材料和吸收芯之间的层可以是无纺布。如果吸收芯/或吸收芯的一部分具有比入口材料更少延伸范围的形状，若直接在入口材料下面的材料层被着色则可以是有利的，因为在有色层下面的吸收芯的延伸范围更小，因此将不容易被用户看出来。
吸收产品可以是失禁防护件。中心区域的狭缝开口和无狭缝的边缘区域改善了尿液进入速率以及碗形状，这对这种吸收产品特别有利。
入口材料在吸收产品的纵向上的长度可以是吸收产品在纵向上长度的20％-80％。
吸收产品具有前端部和后端部以及位于前端部和后端部之间的裆部。
前端部在吸收产品的其纵向上的长度可以比后端部在吸收产品的纵向上的长度短。
后端部在吸收产品的其纵向上的长度可以比前端部在吸收产品的纵向上的长度短。
失禁防护件的总长度可以是15-50厘米。失禁防护件的总长度可以小于50厘米或小于30厘米。
入口材料在失禁防护件的纵向上的长度可以是失禁防护件在纵向的总长度的20-80％。

具体实施方式
本发明现在将参考图1A-B和图2-4以示例的方式进行描述。图1A显示根据本发明实施例的狭缝入口材料在膨胀之前的俯视图。图1A显示了在提供横向狭缝2之后入口材料1的俯视图。图1A中的狭缝2是直的，但可以具有任何合适的形状，例如波浪形。狭缝2以沿入口材料1的横向延伸的交错行提供，具有狭缝长度A和在交错行中两个相互跟随的狭缝的端部之间的狭缝距离B，以及两个相邻行之间的行距离C。入口材料1在其横向上具有带有狭缝的中心区域4和没有狭缝的两个边缘区域5、6。
图1B显示根据图1A的入口材料1在其已沿与狭缝2的方向相横的方向扩展以后，即在狭缝2已敞开以形成开口3之后，的俯视图。
图2表明了根据本发明实施例的失禁防护件中的不同层的横截面图。失禁防护件100包括液体可渗透的顶片7、液体不可渗透的背片8、和在顶片7和背片8之间封闭的吸收芯9、以及布置于顶片7和吸收芯9之间的入口材料1。失禁防护件100在其纵向上具有前端部分15、后端部分17以及位于前端部分15和后端部分17中间的裆部16。入口材料1位于产品的裆部16中，并且前端部分15在失禁防护件100的其纵向上的长度比后端部分17在失禁防护件100的纵向上的长度短。裆部16是在该产品使用过程中旨在抵靠穿戴者胯部放置和旨在构成用于到达失禁防护件100的体液的主要采集区域的部分。
失禁防护件100的顶片7和背片8一起沿吸收芯9的整个外周在吸收芯9外面侧向延伸。顶片7由适于此目的的任何材料构成，例如柔软和可渗透液体的材料。常见的顶片7的材料的例子是无纺布材料、穿孔塑料薄膜、塑料或纺织网，以及流体可渗透的泡沫层。由两种或两种以上的顶片材料组成的层合件也是常常采用的，正如顶片在流体可渗透的面向穿戴者的表面的不同部分内由不同材料组成。
背片8是流体不可渗透的。但是，在期望吸收相对较小尿液量的情况下可特别使用仅防流体的背片材料。背片8通常由薄的、柔性的、流体不可渗透的塑料薄膜组成，但流体不可渗透的无纺布材料、流体不可渗透的泡沫和流体不可渗透的层合件也包含在本发明的范围内。背片8可以是透气的，这意味着空气和/或蒸汽可穿过背片8。同时，背片8可以具有由纺织材料例如无防布构成的面对衣物的外表面。
吸收芯9可由本领域已知的任何合适的吸收性材料或流体吸收材料构成，如一层或多层纤维素绒毛浆、泡沫、纤维填料等。吸收芯9中可能含有高吸收性聚合物材料的纤维或颗粒，通常称为超吸收性材料，它是具有在形成水凝胶时能吸收和保留大量流体的能力的材料。超吸收性材料可与纤维素绒毛浆混合，和/或可布置在吸收芯9的口袋或层中。纤维可以是纸浆纤维，超吸收性材料可以是聚丙烯酸酯基颗粒。吸收芯9可以进一步纳入改善吸收芯9的性能的成分。这些成分的一些示例是如本领域所知的粘合纤维、流体分散材料、湿度指示器等。失禁防护件100在沿所有方向完全伸展时具有细长的、大体上为矩形的形状。任何合适的形状可用于吸收产品，如沙漏形、梯形等形状。失禁防护件具有在吸收性物品使用过程中旨在向后定向的后端边缘14和意在朝向穿戴者的腹部面朝前的前端边缘13。失禁防护件100还包括用于将吸收产品紧固在支撑用的裤子(例如内裤)内侧的紧固装置。紧固装置可以是布置在背片8的面对衣服的表面上的两条纵向延伸的压敏粘合剂带的形式。紧固装置可以由可释放的保护层覆盖，如用硅酮处理的纸、无纺布或如本领域所知的任何其他可释放的物质。在将吸收产品放在支撑裤子中之前，将保护层从紧固装置中移除，以露出粘合剂并使其可用于紧固到裤子上。
紧固装置是本发明可选的，如果需要，也可以省略。当采用粘合剂紧固装置时，可以用任何合适的粘合剂图案，如底片全涂层、一条或多条纵向粘合剂带、横向带、点、圆圈、曲线、星星等。
图2中，入口材料1位于吸收芯9的上方且在顶片7的下方且直接接触顶片7。失禁防护件100的吸收芯9包括一个吸收层，但吸收芯9也可以包括两个或更多的吸收层。吸收芯9可以是均等结构或自身可能是分层结构，如相同或不同材料的吸收性层合件。吸收层可具有均匀的厚度或者可以在吸收层的不同部分中厚度变化。同样，基重和成分可以在吸收层内变化。例如，吸收层可包括吸收性纤维和/或非吸收性纤维以及超吸收性材料的混合物，其中超吸收性材料与纤维的比率可以在层中变化。吸收芯9可以具有任何合适的形状，例如具有加宽的端部和裆部中的窄部的沙漏形或矩形。图2-4所示的失禁防护件中的入口材料1具有矩形形状。
图3显示了从穿戴时将面对使用者的一侧看的图2的失禁防护件。图3中，入口材料1的边缘区域5、6形成腿部弹性件18、19。边缘区域5、6具有比入口材料1的中心区域4更大的弹性且用作腿部弹性件18、19。腿部弹性件18、19是入口材料1的边缘区域5、6。图4还显示了从穿戴时将面对使用者的一侧看的图2中失禁防护件100。在图4中，示出了通过入口材料1的边缘区域5、6的弹性收缩来形成失禁防护件100的碗状。图2-4中描述的失禁防护件100仅是适合本发明的吸收产品的一个例示。

Claims (22)

1.一种吸收产品，包括液体可渗透的顶片(7)、液体不可渗透的背片(8)和在液体可渗透的顶片(7)和液体不可渗透的背片(8)之间封闭的吸收芯(9)，所述吸收产品在其纵向上具有裆部(16)和两个端部(15、17)，其中吸收产品至少在其裆部(16)包括具有多个开口(3)的入口材料(1)，
其特征在于，所述入口材料(1)的所述多个开口(3)由在吸收产品的横向上延伸的多个狭缝(2)形成，所述开口(3)已通过在吸收产品(100)的纵向上扩展连续的入口材料(1)而由狭缝(2)形成，液体入口材料(1)在吸收产品(100)的横向上具有中心区域(4)和两个边缘区域(5、6)，所述多个开口(3)位于所述中心区域(4)中，从而具有多个开口(3)的入口材料(1)的中心区域(4)比边缘区域(5、6)具有更小程度的弹性。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸收产品(100)，其中所述入口材料(1)的边缘区域(5、6)比入口材料(1)的中心区域(4)具有更大的弹性。
3.如权利要求2所述的吸收产品，其中所述裆部(16)具有碗状。
