背景技术
脊柱牵引的基本原理已经被脊椎按摩师、整骨师和其他受过适当培训的保健专业人士提出很多年。牵引和减压疗法均用于为椎间盘膨出、椎间盘退变或椎间盘突出症缓解疼痛并促进形成最佳治疗环境。在椎间盘内产生负压以促使突出或膨出的椎间盘组织回缩或复位,和/或在椎间盘中产生较低的压力使治疗营养物质和其他物质大量涌入椎间盘,以实现缓解疼痛的目的。此外,脊柱减压用于减轻脊髓或穿过脊柱的一个或多个受压神经根上的压力。脊神经减压是治疗诸如神经根病、脊髓病、跛行病等脊柱疾病的关键。
脊柱减压疗法包括使用牵引或机动装置伸展脊柱,以实现减轻背部疼痛的目的。将牵引力施加到人体,以促进椎间盘减压并缓解人背部疼痛的装置,在本领域是已知的。然而,目前的减压装置体积庞大,难以操作,并且要求使用者在一个位置上保持一个姿势,例如趴在台子上。而且,目前的装置仅限于特定的体型使用,因此,不可用于那些可能遭受极大痛苦的人。因此,需要一种便携式减压装置,其在为使用者提供治疗性缓解的同时,允许使用者从事正常的日常活动。
发明内容
本发明一般涉及一种便携式减压装置,其实现牵引和减压疗法,为椎间盘膨出、缓解椎间盘退变或椎间盘突出病症缓解疼痛并促进形成最佳治疗环境。该装置包括顶部(胸部)可调节带和底部(腰部)可调节带,其中多个牵引装置连接在设定固定点,向人体施加牵引力,以促进椎间盘减压。

本装置解决了现有技术中存在的问题,向使用者提供了一个在完成正常日常活动的同时可进行操作的便携式解决方案。现有的减压装置要求使用者在接受另一个人对其进行治疗时,在一个位置上保持不动,与其不同的是,本发明的便携式装置可以由使用者在开车、走路、使用计算机工作、坐着、烹饪等的同时进行操作和穿戴。此外,本发明为许多不同体型和身材的人缓解疼痛。例如,该装置可以供遭受极大椎间盘疼痛之苦的儿童、运动员和/或肥胖人员穿戴。
参考附图,如图1所示,装置9由可调节带10、20和牵引拉紧器组件30组成,其中在设定固定点处设有多个牵引装置,使该装置穿在使用者身上时齿杆32能够伸长和进行减压。
在该装置的优选实施例中,胸带10设计成环绕躯干,并且作为顶部垂直固定点13的主体以实现伸长或减压。下部的腰带20设计成环绕腰部区域,并且作为下部垂直固定点23的主体以实现伸长或减压。顶部垂直固定点13和下部垂直固定点23分别与顶部胸带10和下部腰带20连接或分别置于顶部胸带10和下部腰带20中。
这两个带,即胸带10和腰带20都是可调节的,以适应胸围和腰围较大的人群。在优选实施例中,所述带通过魔术贴连接,其中,魔术贴使减压杆32的位置可沿所述带向前或向后调节,以适应各种不同的使用者身材和体型,并提高该装置作为某些脊柱疾病(如脊柱侧凸)的治疗工具的利用率。
带10、20可由任何具有可拉伸并固定的纤维的材料制成,使得带10、20可以定型、吻合轮廓或缠绕在胸腔或胸部和腰部区域。优选地,该材料是透气性材料,例如尼龙。

该减压装置通过延长两个带之间的距离来进行操作。在本发明的其他实施例中,可以使用用于伸长杆32或在顶部和底部固定点13、23之间施加压力的机构,如液压、气动、电动或机械机构。

为了组装该装置的优选实施例,包含至少两个顶部固定点13的胸带10插设有两个牵引拉紧器组件的上端31,每个固定点插入一个组件形成90度角。同样地,包含至少两个下部固定点23的腰带20插设有相同两个牵引拉紧器组件34的下部,从而将两个牵引拉紧器组件30固定在可调节带10、20的每一侧并且互相平行。
使用者首先将上部的胸带10系在胸部一周,在靠近腋窝(腋下)区域定位,并使用胸部内缠绕带11的弹性环形魔术贴来调节所述带10以达到贴身。外部拉力调节器12可以进一步系紧,以确保舒适合身。连接在所述带10相对两侧上的两个顶部固定点13舒适地定位在腋窝的凹处。
然后,将底部的腰带20放在腰部一周,并使用腰部内缠绕带21的弹性环形魔术贴进行调节以达到贴身。使用者将注意到,每一侧的牵引拉紧器组件30从腋窝向臀部延伸且与身体平行。如图1和图2所示,一旦使用者系好装置9,它在中间或初始位置折叠。

该装置还可用于缓解身体不同部位的疼痛。例如,该装置可以用于给使用者的颈部提供颈椎牵引。

Claims (9)
1.一种便携式脊柱减压装置,包括:
a.胸带;
b.腰带;
c.杆;以及
d.能够使所述杆伸长的牵引组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述用于使所述杆伸长的牵引机构选自液压、气动、电动或机械机构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述用于使所述杆伸长的牵引机构包括致动器。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其中,所述致动器包括快速释放机构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述杆为可伸缩的支杆。
6.一种脊柱减压方法,包括:
a.提供便携式装置,所述便携式装置包括胸带、腰带以及牵引拉紧器组件,所述牵引拉紧器组件设置为绑在使用者身上;以及
b.通过利用可施加作用力且使所述杆伸长及返回中间位置的机构,改变所述带之间的距离。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述用于使所述杆伸长的机构选自液压、气动、电动或机械机构。
8.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述用于使所述杆伸长的机构包括致动器。
9.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述致动器包括快速释放机构。
