6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的止回阀,其特征在于,所述弹性的密封环(26)为O型圈密封件。
7.一种电磁阀,具有磁部件、阀芯(1)和阀下部部件,其中,在流体入口和流体出口之间有第一流体通道(12)和第二流体通道(14),所述第一流体通道的流动横截面能通过主阀调节,所述第二流体通道的流动横截面能通过定向取向的止回阀(20)调节,其特征在于,所述止回阀(20)根据权利要求1至6中任一项来实施。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述止回阀阀座(21)构造在所述阀下部部件(10)中。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述贴靠底座(28A、28B)在所述止回阀(20)的打开状态中贴靠在贴靠部(16.1)处。
10.根据权利要求9所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述阀下部部件(10)和/或引入所述阀下部部件(10)中的扁平过滤器(16)形成所述贴靠部(16.1)。
