Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent.
As shown in fig. 1, the hydraulic support coal scraping device comprises a connecting part 1, a fixing plate 2, a hydraulic cylinder 3 and a coal scraping part 4 connected with the connecting part 1, wherein the coal scraping part 4 is suspended on the connecting part 1.
Referring to fig. 2, the fixing portion 2 is a flat plate with a fixing hole 21 formed on a surface thereof, and the fixing portion 2 is fixedly connected with an anchor cable anchored on the roof of the roadway through the fixing hole 21, thereby fixing the fixing portion 2 on the roof of the roadway. The fixing part 2 is in hinged fit with the connecting part 1.
The coal scraping device is at least provided with one hydraulic cylinder 3, two ends of the hydraulic cylinder 3 are respectively hinged with the fixing part 2 and the connecting part 1, and the fixing part 2, the shift-connecting part 1 and the hydraulic cylinder 3 form a triangular structure. The connecting part 1 is relatively provided with a first clamping part 12 of the hinged fixed hydraulic cylinder 3 formed by two clamping plates, and the fixed part 2 is correspondingly provided with a second clamping part 22 for hinging the other end of the fixed hydraulic cylinder 3. In a preferred embodiment, two hydraulic cylinders 3 are provided, and two first clamping portions 12 and two second clamping portions 22 are respectively provided on the connecting portion 1 and the fixing portion 2.
The bottom of the connecting part 1 is also provided with a row of through holes 11, the coal scraping part 4 is fixed on the connecting part 1 through the through holes 11, and the coal scraping part 4 is made of flexible materials, such as a belt conveyor conduction band, a blanket and the like.
When the hydraulic support coal scraping device is used, the hydraulic support is arranged on the old pond side of the fully mechanized mining face, the top beam of the hydraulic support extends to the coal wall side to abut against the roadway top plate to temporarily support the roadway, the coal scraping device is arranged on the top plate right above the coal scraping device and is basically vertical to the coal wall. After the hydraulic support of the working face is withdrawn and straightened to be parallel to the coal wall, the hydraulic support is pulled and moved and the coal scraping device is used for scraping the coal, and the upper surface of the top beam of the hydraulic support is swept by the coal scraping part 4 in the moving process of the hydraulic support, so that floating cargoes on the top beam are removed, and abnormal conditions that the floating cargoes fall off in the subsequent transferring process of the hydraulic support are prevented.
In the actual use process, because the installation position of the coal scraping device is not fixed, the lower surface of the coal scraping part 4 may not contact with the roof beam surface, at this time, the angle between the connecting part 1 and the fixing part 2 can be changed by adjusting the telescopic beam of the hydraulic cylinder 3, so that the height of the coal scraping part 4 is changed to adapt to different installation conditions.
Referring to fig. 3, the coal scraping part 4 may also be configured as a hard plate, and the coal scraping part 4 is hinged and fixed with the connecting part 1, so as to achieve the purpose of removing the floating cargo on the top beam. The coal scraping part 4 can also use other structures such as a brush to realize the function.
Referring to fig. 4, in another embodiment of the coal scraping device provided by the present invention, the connecting portion 1 is disposed below the fixing portion 2 through a connecting member 5, and the height of the connecting portion 1 can be changed by adjusting the connecting member 5. In this embodiment, the connecting piece 5 is implemented by adopting a pair of hydraulic cylinders which are regularly arranged, and the height of the connecting part 1 can be conveniently changed by adjusting the expansion and contraction of the hydraulic cylinders, so that the height of the coal scraping part 4 can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different use conditions.
Referring to fig. 5, the connection member 5 may be provided as two cables uniformly arranged so as to suspend the connection portion 1 below the fixing portion 2, and the connection member 5 may be provided with a chain or the like as a traction member other than the cables.
In addition, the connecting piece 5 may be a rod sleeved in the connecting portion 1, and the height of the connecting portion 1 along the rod may be changed by a screw or a gear.
