本发明属于石油装备领域,具体涉及一种全自动智能远控固井设备,用于对固井设备所使用的一种远程自动排量与密度自动控制系统,其特征是:至少包括动力单元与控制单元,动力单元包括:发动机、变速箱、柱塞泵,控制单元包括:设备端操作屏、设备端PLC处理器、远控操作屏、远控PLC处理器、Anybus模块,操作人员通过在远控操作屏或设备操作屏写入设定排量设定值或设定密度值,设备端PLC处理器读取到设定排量信息后,通过程序内部计算,计算出当前设定排量所需要的设定档位以及油门位置,从而控制发动机转速及变速箱档位,最终用于控制柱塞泵的输入转速,达到控制柱塞泵排出排量的目的。

一种远程自动排量与密度自动控制系统
技术领域
本发明属于石油装备领域,具体涉及一种全自动智能远控固井设备,用于对固井设备所使用的一种远程自动排量与密度自动控制系统。
背景技术
随着固井设备在国内外井场作业中应用越来越广泛,固井作业的工况复杂性与恶劣性使固井设备在作业过程中,对作业的智能化、集中控制要求越来越高。现在固井作业整个井场的设备之间的配合比较差、自动化程度低。传统的固井作业操作手一直站在设备上,离柱塞泵及高压管汇只有一步之遥。在进行一些深层高压固井作业时,几十兆帕的高压一直威胁着操作人员的人身及生命安全。
该设备属于国际首次针对固井作业工艺的创新,对固井车进行远程控制,这在国际上尚属首次,这让固井作业在安全领域迈进了一大步,远程自动控制系统可使操作人员远离嘈杂的作业环境,可在远处操作固井设备,远离噪音及高压区,可在远处通过摄像头观察固井设备上的作业情况,使操作人员身临其境,达到所见即所得的操作体验。远控固井的实现,可让操作人员在固井仪表车中,安全、舒适的完成固井作业。能够实现通过一个现场控制中心实现固井设备远控、潜水泵远控、供灰远控以及井场数据的实时远传。整个固井的工艺自动化水平会大大提高。
发明内容
一种远程自动排量与密度自动控制系统,其特征是:至少包括动力单元与控制单元,动力单元包括:发动机、变速箱、柱塞泵,控制单元包括:设备端操作屏、设备端PLC处理器、远控操作屏、远控PLC处理器、Anybus模块。
一种远程自动排量与密度自动控制系统,其特征是:设备端操作屏、设备端PLC处理器、远控操作屏、远控PLC处理器通过网线进行连接。Anybus模块与设备端PLC处理器通过PROFIBUS总线相连,与发动机的ECU、变速箱的TCM通过CAN通讯与相连,并通过Anybus模块进行PROFIBUS与CAN通讯之间协议进行转换,通过Anybus模块进行三者之间的通讯,从而读取和控制发动机油门及变速箱档位。操作人员通过在远控操作屏或设备操作屏写入设定排量设定值或设定密度值,设备端PLC处理器读取到设定排量信息后,通过程序内部计算,计算出当前设定排量所需要的设定档位以及油门位置,从而控制发动机转速及变速箱档位,最终用于控制柱塞泵的输入转速,达到控制柱塞泵排出排量的目的。设备端PLC处理器读取质量流量计检测到的柱塞泵排出前的泥浆密度,设备端PLC处理器通过远程控制箱的远控操作屏或设备端操作屏的设定密度与实际质量流量计采集的实际密度进行归一化、定时中断处理,将当前下灰阀阀位作为PID积分前项,针对实际密度和设定密度的归一化结果进行PID计算、将PID输出值与下灰阀阀位的差作为阀位偏差、阀位偏差与死区比较,输出开关量控制下灰阀油缸电磁阀动作,从而精确的控制水泥浆密度;操作简单、能进行动态密度的自动控制。
本发明的目的是实现固井设备的远程全自动集中控制,在固井作业时,能够通过设备的远程控制箱或远控固井仪表车,实现对固井设备的全流程集中控制。由于固井设备本身的操作比较复杂。需要考虑发动机、变速箱等动力系统,能够实现将固井设备做成一台自动化、智能化很高的设备,还要考虑实现对固井设备的混浆罐、计量罐、柱塞泵等关键部位进行视频监控并远传。
固井远控仪表箱上面板配置一个超薄笔记本,通过设备上装配的网络云台摄像机,实现对设备计量罐、混浆罐、井场周围作业环境等视频数据进行监视,并通过硬盘录像机进行记录,可进行视频导出,供日后查看现场作业情况及混浆效果。
下面板配置触摸屏及PLC。触摸屏通过以太网和固井车本身的控制系统通讯。下面板上的油门、档位、水阀、灰阀等控制的信号通过远程控制箱内的PLC发给仪表箱本地的PLC,通过两个PLC之间的通讯,实现对设备的水阀、灰阀、油门、档位的远程控制,并通过设备的控制系统,实现远程自动预混功能、远程自动排量功能、远程密度自动控制、远程液位自动控制功能,实现固井设备的远程全自动集中控制。
本发明的优点和积极效果
本发明是实现固井设备的远程全自动集中控制,在固井作业时,能够通过设备的远程控制箱或远控固井仪表设备,实现对固井设备的全流程集中控制。能够实现将固井设备做成一台自动化、智能化很高的设备,现场监控视频和施工数据,可以通过3G/4G或卫星通信,实时传输到信息中心,供远程监控中心人员进行现场的数据分析及数据共享。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1对远程自动排量与密度自动控制系统做详细说明:
如图1所示是远程自动排量与密度自动控制的示意图。远控操作屏1与远控PLC处理器2安装在远程控制箱中,两种之间通过网线连接。远程控制箱内的远控PLC处理器2与设备端PLC处理器4之间通过网线进行通讯连接,从而使远程控制箱可以通过远控操作屏1对设备端PLC处理器4进行操作与控制。设备端PLC处理器4与设备端操作屏3通过网线进行连接进行数据显示及设备操作。设备端PLC处理器4与发动机6的ECU、变速箱7的TCM之间通过Anybus模块5进行PROFIBUS与CAN通讯之间协议进行转换,通过Anybus模块5进行三者之间的通讯,从而读取和控制发动机油门及变速箱档位。操作人员通过在远控操作屏1或设备操作屏3写入设定排量设定值,设备端PLC处理器读取到设定排量信息后,通过程序内部计算,计算出当前设定排量所需要的设定档位以及油门位置,从而控制发动机转速及变速箱档位,最终用于控制柱塞泵的输入转速,达到控制柱塞泵排出排量的目的。质量流量计9通过检测柱塞泵排出前的泥浆密度,将密度信号反馈给设备端PLC处理器4,设备端PLC处理器4通过远程控制箱的远控操作屏1或设备端操作屏3的设定密度与实际质量流量计9采集的实际密度进行归一化、定时中断处理,将当前下灰阀阀位作为PID积分前项,针对实际密度和设定密度的归一化结果进行PID计算、将PID输出值与下灰阀阀位的差作为阀位偏差、阀位偏差与死区比较,输出开关量控制下灰阀油缸电磁阀动作,从而精确的控制水泥浆密度;操作简单、能进行动态密度的自动控制。
综上所述,本发明可以实现远程自动供灰控制、远程自动密度控制、远程自动液位控制、远程自动排量控制、远程自动预混控制、视频监控。现场监控视频和施工数据,可以通过3G/4G或卫星通信,实时传输到信息中心。供远程监控中心人员进行现场的数据分析及数据共享。

Claims (3)

1.一种远程自动排量与密度自动控制系统,其特征是:至少包括动力单元与控制单元,动力单元包括:发动机、变速箱、柱塞泵,控制单元包括:设备端操作屏、设备端PLC处理器、远控操作屏、远控PLC处理器、Anybus模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种远程自动排量与密度自动控制系统,其特征是:设备端操作屏、设备端PLC处理器、远控操作屏、远控PLC处理器通过网线进行连接,Anybus模块与设备端PLC处理器通过PROFIBUS总线相连,与发动机的ECU、变速箱的TCM通过CAN通讯与相连,并通过Anybus模块进行PROFIBUS与CAN通讯之间协议进行转换,通过Anybus模块进行三者之间的通讯,从而读取和控制发动机油门及变速箱档位,操作人员通过在远控操作屏或设备操作屏写入设定排量设定值或设定密度值,设备端PLC处理器读取到设定排量信息后,通过程序内部计算,计算出当前设定排量所需要的设定档位以及油门位置,从而控制发动机转速及变速箱档位,最终用于控制柱塞泵的输入转速,达到控制柱塞泵排出排量的目的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种远程自动排量与密度自动控制系统,其特征是:设备端PLC处理器读取质量流量计检测到的柱塞泵排出前的泥浆密度,设备端PLC处理器通过远程控制箱的远控操作屏或设备端操作屏的设定密度与实际质量流量计采集的实际密度进行归一化、定时中断处理,将当前下灰阀阀位作为PID积分前项,针对实际密度和设定密度的归一化结果进行PID计算、将PID输出值与下灰阀阀位的差作为阀位偏差、阀位偏差与死区比较,输出开关量控制下灰阀油缸电磁阀动作,从而精确的控制水泥浆密度;操作简单、能进行动态密度的自动控制。
