Abstract
本发明公开了一种油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,用于油田油井服务泵撬以及车载撬的远程自动控制,是由Siemens S7-315系列PLC为核心组成现场控制系统,以Siemens MP370为远程控制人机界面,通过以太网为传输媒介,组成的远程控制系统;系统可完成发动机的启动、停止、急停,变速箱的换挡、刹车、回空挡、回怠速等远程控制功能,并可远程修改现场运行参数,从而实现泵撬与HMI人机界面的双向传输;采用以太网作为通讯,可以100MB/S的速度由泵撬现场将数据传输到远程控制器或服务器上;采用工业交换机作为PLC与HMI等设备的连接,实现更多的集团控制;通过交换机可以将现场数据转换成标准的*.CSV等数据格式,直接将数据传送到服务器上,进行数据处理。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及发动机、变速箱和信号控制领域,具体地讲是一种油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,主要用于油田钻井平台服务的泵撬和车载泵撬的远程自动控制。
背景技术:
目前现有的油田压裂泵撬控制系统,一方面传输速度慢,传输距离近,传输的数据少,不能及时地观察监控到现场工作情况;另一方面由于检测、控制的部件较多,尽管每台压裂泵撬上都有相应的状态及故障指示仪表,但由于压裂撬的工作压力高,人不能在设备附近操作,所以必须在远处控制,这样一来本地的仪表就不能起到给操作人员指示和参考的作用。这样既不能保证作业现场人员的安全,又不能保证生产工作的顺利进行,一但出现问题会给石油作业带来不可估量的损失。而且由于检测控制参量多,所以连接的电缆线也比较的粗,几十米的电缆,即不方便作业,又会由于线缆过多,过重产生断线,联结不牢等故障,由此影响了作业的正常进行,给安全带来严重的安全隐患。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服上述已有技术的不足,而提供一种油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,主要解决现有的油田压裂泵撬控制系统传输速度慢、传输距离近、传输数据少、不能及时观察监控到现场工作情况、工作压力高、本地仪表不能起到给操作人员指示和参考的作用、影响正常作业、安全性不高等问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是这样实现的:油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,其特殊之处在于:系统采用触摸屏1、可编程序控制器(PLC)4、以太网交换机3组合的网络控制系统,德国Siemens S7-315的可编程控制器4是油田泵撬远程控制系统的电器控制核心,可完成数字量以及模拟量输入、输出和数据运算处理的并带有以太网接口,与作为具有人机对话界面和显示泵撬工作状态,并带有Ethernet接口的德国Siemens公司的MP370触摸屏(HMI)1,通过工业Ethernet网线5、8和交换机3连接,完成可编程控制器4与触摸屏1之间的数据双向传输,与交换机3相连的服务器2将压裂泵撬油田服务设备的现场数据与图象信息进行数据采集整理成*.CSV格式的文本文件,供服务器2上的VC++6.0系统数据查询系统使用,将数据进行输出打印,服务器2通过远程网络基站的以太网线6与无线发射站7连接,网上的其它计算机系统可远程访问该服务器2上的数据库,进行数据远程处理;服务器2也可为工业PC机,无线发射站7也可为地球卫星发射站。
本发明的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,所述的远程自动控制系统,以触摸屏1和可编程序控制器4的程序控制的综合图象以及数据处理为基本的控制系统,其控制部分包括:完成油田压裂泵撬的现场可编程序控制器4控制程序;还有作为人机界面对话和远程控制的触摸屏1的触摸画面的编辑程序。
本发明的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,所述的可编程序控制器4控制程序包括:
(1)在油田泵撬和车载泵撬的调试过程中,充分考虑到油田行业控制的特点,加入联锁控制,双手同时操作完成一个动作的要求;
(2)按照石油压裂行业的工艺与流程要求,在进行一个动作之时,必需是无报警,调度允许的条件下,才能进行,油田行业必须是高度可靠,同时动作又是无序的,每个动作之间是独立的,都要服从整体调度的要求。
本发明的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,所述的触摸屏1的触摸画面的编辑程序,可以与可编程序控制器4通过对太网交换机3对任何一台压裂泵撬的控制参数、运行参数进行设置和显示;可以手动远程调整控制发动机的启动、停止、急停、油门增减以及变速箱的远程换挡、刹车、解锁,设计的手动调整、参数预置的数幅触摸屏画面,描述了控制过程,其控制满足了石油行业油田压裂泵撬的工艺要求,能够进行压裂泵撬的远程控制。
本发明的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,所述的触摸画面,通过其参数整定画面,可以对所有采集量进行的标量整定,可以对控制参数的上下限进行设置,对执行机构的动作幅度进行设置,对大泵压力进行实时设置;对产生的报警进行相应的动作(或停机、或回怠速、或回空挡)等,并进行报警记录,输出打印。
本发明的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,所述的远程自动控制系统的控制流程:
(1)根据油田压裂泵撬的特点要求编制可编程序控制器控制程序;
(2)根据压裂泵撬的控制工艺的要求,用触摸屏编辑软件设计触摸屏画面;所设计的画面由控制画面、运行监视及参数预置,状态显示、累积参量显示、多台泵撬联动画面组成;
(3)通过以太网网线和交换机,利用服务器监控程序,对现场的运行参数、数据、状态信息进行采集,经数据库的处理软件,进行画面显示,报表输出、打印;将工业数据转换成文本文件*.CSV,供互联网上的远端用户进行访问,收集、处理;
(4)服务器通过软件将整个控制现场的数据,转换成*.CSV格式,保存在指定的硬盘目录中;
(5)服务器能显示屏幕画面及实时数据,供远程有关人员监控、分析、控制;同时供其它远端的互联网用户进行查询;
(6)技术人员可以用任何一台远程(≤105M)触摸屏对任何一台压裂泵撬进行操作、数据处理和参数修改;
(7)将正确的大泵运行参数回送给每台触摸屏MP370和S7-315PLC上,完成远程服务控制功能。
本发明的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,通过泵撬上的S7-315PLC控制程序、画面显示和参数设置的HMI的控制软件,利用计算机网络技术,以100MB/S的传输速度,将画面、现场参数、控制信号等传送到远端(≦105米)的触摸屏上,远端的作业人员可以实时地监测和控制压裂泵撬的运行;可以设定运行参数,使泵撬有序稳定地运行在最佳状态;同时,本发明的网络组成是随时任意方式组合成网络控制系统,同时网络系统之间,只需一根八芯超五类(SFTP)以太网线互联。
本发明所述的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统与已有技术相比具有突出的实质性特点和显著进步,1、交换机是搭建在此套远程自动控制系统之间的一座桥梁,借助于触摸屏,PC机或服务器完成数据采集,远程控制等功能;同时触摸屏设置的参数传递给PLC完成控制任务;2、对于油田压裂以太网远程控制系统的整个控制过程都可实时地反映在远端的数据采集服务器上以及触摸屏上,作业人员可以及时、准确地操作监控压裂泵撬进行作业,有效协调油田各作业设备之间相互运作,提高作业效率;3、有效地减少了控制电缆的数量,节约了成本,减少故障率,提高了设备生产率;4、此远程自动控制系统是一种实时性很强的重要油田服务用控制系统,具有作业压力高,控制设备分散,网络组合形式变动大,控制距离远的特点。

具体实施方式:
为了更好地理解与实施,下面结合附图给出具体实施例详细说明本发明油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统。
实施例1,参见图1、2,采用德国Siemens S7-315系列的可编程序控制器4,可完成数字量以及模拟量输入、输出和数据运算处理的并带有以太网接口,与作为具有人机对话界面和显示泵撬工作状态,并带有Ethernet接口的德国Siemens公司的MP370触摸屏1,通过工业超五类Ethernet网线5、8和交换机3连接,完成可编程控制器4与触摸屏1之间的数据双向传输;将工业PC或服务器2与交换机3连接,工业PC或服务器2将压裂泵撬油田服务设备的现场数据与图象信息进行数据采集整理成*.CSV格式的文本文件,供服务器2上的VC++6.0系统数据查询系统使用,将数据进行输出打印,将服务器2通过远程网络基站的以太网线6与无线发射站7或地球卫星发射站连接,网上的其它计算机系统可远程访问该服务器2上的数据库,进行数据远程处理。
本发明的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,服务器或工业PC机简称IPC,通过以太网和工业交换机与现场可编程序控制器进行通讯,服务器上装有WINCC6.0上位机监控软件,其直接获取PLC的现场数据,显示在服务器的屏幕上,同时还可将数据信号转换成*.CSV格式的文本文件,供更远端的互联网用户共享和查询。
本发明的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,其可编程序控制器的控制软件由可远程显示、控制油田压裂泵撬的、具有人机对话功能的、可被远程服务器监控的软件组成;可编程序控制器(PLC)通过不断扫描采集压裂泵撬的输入、输出信号,通过其内部控制程序的处理,产生相应的输出控制信号,控制压裂泵撬的启动、增减油门、换挡、发动机停止、发动机急停、变速箱刹车、回怠速、回空挡等动作。
本发明的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,其PLC控制程序中设有就地手动控制功能,让作业人员能够在未作业之前,及时、安全、正确地启动发动机运转;待到一切正常后,方可进入远程控制方式,这是油田行业的要求。
本发明的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,根据油田作业的工作流程和工艺要求,在依次进行的动作之间,采用顺序步进连锁的控制方式,只有这个动作要求的条件必备时,即必须是双手同时操控才能进行控制,以确保泵撬的安全正常运行。
本发明的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,,采用的是德国Siemens的MP370触摸屏,可显示压裂泵撬的人机对话界面,满足运行参数的设置、运行状态的显示、及各个排量的显示累计及报表输出功能。在满足以上要求的基础上,还设计了手动调整、远程控制、参数预置等数幅触摸画面。同时,利用通过工业交换机,使PLC与触摸屏、PLC与远程IPC工控机或服务器进行通讯,将现场数据传送到更远程的互联网用户,互联网用户通过专用的应用软件实现监控、浏览、输出数据到数据库、打印现场数据等功能。
本发明的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统的触摸屏上设置参数的过程是:在触摸屏上触摸所要预置参数的对话框,此时屏上会出现此参数的预置对话框和预置参数范围,若输入的数值满足要求,则可接受此参数的修改,否则会提示重新输入。
本发明的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,所述的MP370触摸屏可对控制的每一个对象进行状态显示,实时跟踪,在作业中,操作者可利用这些状态和信息进行相应的、及时的、准确的控制动作。
本发明的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,WINCC6.0是系统的数据采集软件。工作过程是:首先设定此服务器的IP地址以及相连接的多个PLC的IP地址;然后运行WINCC6.0的应用软件,就可将现场的数据和信息采集到服务器上,实时显示出来;用户端的PLC以及触摸屏无需加装任何相关软件;远端的互联网用户,通过此服务器上转换的*.CSV格式的文件,可以实时地浏览、查阅、监视现场压裂泵撬的运行情况;可将现场搬到了办公桌上。
本发明所述的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,工作时,在发动机变速箱各个条件满足的情况下,远控程序可以进行多个触摸屏控制多台现场压裂泵撬的方式进行网络集团控制,参见图3。具体过程如下:a根据压裂泵撬现场情况设定工作压力、闭锁压力、采样时间等参数;b现场启动发动机,运转变速箱工作显示正常的情况下,可以进行远程触摸屏控制;c开启现场IPC或服务器进行数据采集,等待作业开始;d在得到调度的统一指挥下,由MP370远控发动机、变速箱工作,同时现场服务器或IPC采集实时现场数据进行转换,并进行图文显示,数据记录,供现场作业人员或管理者进行浏览、监控;对于现场出现的异常压力、流量、排量变化都会在现场服务器或IPC上以曲线的形式记录下来;同时将这些数据实时地转换成*.CSV格式的数据文件供互联网上其它相关用户随时浏览、监控。
另外,服务器利用WinCC6.0软件对系统控制对象----压裂泵撬完成如下功能,参见图4:a运行参数、提示信息、数字和模拟输入输出量、累计排量等进行采样,运算处理;b将收集采样的数据进行显示、汇总,并输出大泵压力与大泵排量等的趋势图,打印报表和报警表;c将收集的数据信息转换成实时的*.CSV文本文件保存在指定的硬盘目录下,供远端的有关用户上网查询、浏览、监控,并将此文件转换成数据库格式的数据流存入油田数据库网络中心的服务器上,备份存档。
Claims (8)
1、油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,其特征在于:系统采用触摸屏(1)、可编程序控制器(4)、以太网交换机(3)组合的网络控制系统,可编程控制器(4)是油田泵撬远程控制系统的电器控制核心,可完成数字量以及模拟量输入、输出和数据运算处理的并带有以太网接口,与作为具有人机对话界面和显示泵撬工作状态,并带有Ethernet接口的触摸屏(1),通过工业Ethernet网线(5,8)和交换机(3)连接,完成可编程控制器(4)与触摸屏(1)之间的数据双向传输,与交换机(3)相连的服务器(2)将压裂泵撬油田服务设备的现场数据与图象信息进行数据采集整理成*.CSV格式的文本文件,供服务器(2)上的数据查询系统使用,将数据进行输出打印,服务器(2)通过以太网线(6)与无线发射站(7)连接,网上的其它计算机系统可远程访问该服务器(2)上的数据库,进行数据远程处理。
2、根据权利要求1所述的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,其特征在于所述的远程自动控制系统,以触摸屏(1)和可编程序控制器(4)的程序控制的综合图象以及数据处理为基本的控制系统,其控制部分包括:完成油田压裂泵撬的现场可编程序控制器(4)控制程序;还有作为人机界面对话和远程控制的触摸屏(1)的触摸画面的编辑程序。
3、根据权利要求2所述的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,其特征在于所述的可编程序控制器(4)控制程序包括:

5、根据权利要求2或4所述的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,其特征在于所述的触摸画面,通过其参数整定画面,可以对所有采集量进行的标量整定,可以对控制参数的上下限进行设置,对执行机构的动作幅度进行设置,对大泵压力进行实时设置;对产生的报警进行相应的动作,并进行报警记录,输出打印。
6、根据权利要求1或2所述的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,其特征在于所述的远程自动控制系统的控制流程:
(1)根据油田压裂泵撬的特点要求编制可编程序控制器控制程序;
(2)根据压裂泵撬的控制工艺的要求,用触摸屏编辑软件设计触摸屏画面;所设计的画面由控制画面、运行监视及参数预置,状态显示、累积参量显示、多台泵撬联动画面组成;
(3)通过以太网网线和交换机,利用服务器监控程序,对现场的运行参数、数据、状态信息进行采集,经数据库的处理软件,进行画面显示,报表输出、打印;将工业数据转换成文本文件*.CSV,供互联网上的远端用户进行访问,收集、处理;
(4)服务器通过软件将整个控制现场的数据,转换成*.CSV格式,保存在指定的硬盘目录中;
(5)服务器能显示屏幕画面及实时数据,供远程有关人员监控、分析、控制;同时供其它远端的互联网用户进行查询;
(6)技术人员可以用任何一台触摸屏远程对任何一台压裂泵撬进行操作、数据处理和参数修改;
(7)将正确的大泵运行参数回送给每台触摸屏上,完成远程服务控制功能。
7、根据权利要求1所述的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,其特征在于所述的服务器(2)为工业PC。
8、根据权利要求1所述的油田压裂泵撬远程自动控制系统,其特征在于所述的无线发射站(7)为地球卫星发射站。
