Liquid crystal displays are important components of electronic products such as mobile phones, notebooks, computers, televisions, and the like. The production and transportation process of the liquid crystal display comprises the following steps: the liquid crystal glass panel, the control circuit board and the like are assembled and stored in the liquid crystal panel packaging box, and then the liquid crystal glass panel, the control circuit board and the like are transported to a subsequent assembly unit to be assembled into the whole display. The existing liquid crystal panel packaging box comprises a box body and gaskets, wherein the liquid crystal panels are separated by the gaskets, and the gaskets are generally made of foaming materials such as Polyethylene (PE) or pearl wool. Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problem of providing the spacer and the packing box for packing the display panel, which can prevent the spacer from shifting in the transportation process, thereby reducing the damage of the display panel caused in the packing and transportation links.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the following description of embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a structure of a spacer for packaging a display panel according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the spacer 10 of the present embodiment includes: a gasket 11 and a connecting portion 12. Wherein, the number of the spacers 11 is plural, and each spacer 11 is used for being arranged between two adjacent display panels to separate the two adjacent display panels; the connecting portion 12 is used to connect a plurality of the pads 11 together.
In the present embodiment, the connection portions 12 are provided on one side of the gasket 11, and as shown in fig. 1, the connection portions 12 are provided on the B side of the gasket 11, and the connection portions 12 may be provided on the a side of the gasket 11.
The spacers 11 and the connecting portion 12 of the spacer 10 are integrally formed, and the spacer 10 is made of a flexible material. In one application, the spacer 10 may be made of Expandable Polyethylene (EPE), which is a commonly used packaging material, pearl wool.
Specifically, the vertical distance between adjacent spacers 11 may be equal to the thickness of the display panel. Of course, the vertical distance between the spacers 11 may also be slightly larger than the thickness of the display panel.
Also, the thickness of the gasket 11 may be greater than or equal to 0.5 mm and less than or equal to 2 mm. In one particular application, the thickness of the shim 11 may be 1 mm.
In this embodiment mode, the display panel may be, but is not limited to, a liquid crystal display panel.
The spacer for packaging the display panels in the embodiment comprises a plurality of gaskets and a connecting part, wherein each gasket is used for being arranged between two adjacent display panels to separate the two adjacent display panels, the connecting part is used for connecting the gaskets together, and further the gaskets can be prevented from shifting in the transportation process, so that the damage of the display panels caused by the display panels in the packaging transportation link is reduced, for example, the risk of breakage of chip components or PCB components caused by the display panels in the packaging transportation link is reduced.
In other embodiments, the connecting portion of the spacer is a plurality of segments, wherein a segment is connected to one side of a portion of the spacer and a remaining segment is connected to the other side of another portion of the spacer, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4. In fig. 2, 3, and 4, the connection portion is connected to the side a of one partial gasket and connected to the side B of the other partial gasket.
Each adjacent n gaskets in the plurality of gaskets are used as a gasket group, the last gasket of one of the two adjacent gasket groups is the first gasket of the other gasket group, the side edges of each two adjacent gasket groups connected with the connecting part are different, and n is at least 2.
In one specific embodiment, when n is 2, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a second embodiment of the spacer for packaging a display panel according to the present invention, in the spacer 20 of the present embodiment, the side B of the pad 1 and the side B of the pad 2 are connected by a connection portion ①, the side a of the pad 2 and the side a of the pad 3 are connected by a connection portion ②, the side B of the pad 3 and the side B of the pad 4 are connected by a connection portion ③, and the rest of the pads are also connected by this connection manner.

The spacer of the present embodiment may be connected to the spacer of any of the above embodiments. In this embodiment, the spacer is provided with a spacing hole. Correspondingly, a limiting member is inserted into the limiting hole of fig. 5, as shown in fig. 6. The spacer 60 in the present embodiment includes a spacer 61 and a stopper 62, wherein each of the spacers 61 has a stopper hole, and the stopper 62 is inserted into the stopper hole. The spacer 61 of the spacer 60 in the present embodiment may be the spacer 10 in the above embodiment.
Specifically, each spacer of the spacer 61 is provided with a limiting hole, and each limiting hole is disposed on the side a of the spacer 61, and the vertical distance from each limiting hole to the side a of the spacer 61 is equal. The limiting member 62 is a long strip, and the shape of the cross section of the limiting member 62 is the same as the shape of the limiting hole.
In addition, in order to enable the limiting member 62 to be smoothly inserted into the limiting hole, the rigidity of the material of the limiting member 62 needs to be greater than that of the material of the gasket, but the rigidity of the material of the limiting member 62 cannot be too great, otherwise the display panel is damaged.

In addition, two stoppers are inserted into the stopper holes of the C-side and D-side of the spacer 81.
In the above embodiment, the spacing holes are formed in the areas, close to the connecting portions, of the spacing pads, the limiting parts are inserted into the spacing holes, the display panel can be further fixed, and the spacers are further prevented from shifting in the transportation process, so that the display panel is prevented from being damaged in the packaging and transportation link.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a packing box for packing a display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention. The packaging box of the present embodiment includes a spacer 91 and a box body 92. The box 92 is configured to accommodate the spacer 91 and the stacked display panels. The spacer 91 includes a plurality of spacers, and a display panel is disposed between each adjacent spacers of the spacer 91. Specifically, the spacer 91 may be the spacer 10, 20, 30, 40, 60 or 80 in the above embodiments.
The display panel in this embodiment may be a liquid crystal display panel.
The spacer for packaging the display panels in the above embodiment comprises a plurality of gaskets and a connecting part, wherein each gasket is used for being arranged between two adjacent display panels to separate the two adjacent display panels, and the connecting part is used for connecting the plurality of gaskets together, so that the gaskets can be prevented from shifting in the transportation process, and then the damage of the display panels caused by the display panels in the packaging transportation link is reduced, for example, the risk of breakage of chip components or PCB components caused by the display panels in the packaging transportation link is reduced.

1. A spacer for packaging a display panel, comprising:
a plurality of spacers, each spacer being configured to be interposed between two adjacent display panels to space the two adjacent display panels;
a connecting portion through which the plurality of spacers are connected together;
one side of the gasket, which is connected with the connecting part, is a first side, and a second side of the gasket, which is opposite to the first side, is provided with a first limiting hole; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
a second limiting hole is arranged on at least one side of a third side and a fourth side which are perpendicular to the first side of the gasket and positioned between the first side of the gasket and the second side of the gasket;
the spacer further comprises a limiting piece, and the limiting piece is used for penetrating through the first limiting hole and/or the second limiting hole to limit the spacer;
the connecting part is connected to the same side of the plurality of gaskets, or the connecting part is connected to one side of one part of the gaskets and is connected to the other side of the other part of the gaskets;
every adjacent n gaskets in the plurality of gaskets are used as a gasket group, the last gasket in one of two adjacent gasket groups is the first gasket in the other gasket group, the side edges of every two adjacent gasket groups connected with the connecting part are different, and n is at least 2;
the limiting piece is in a long strip shape, and the shape of the cross section of the long strip shape is consistent with that of the limiting hole; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the rigidity of the material of the limiting piece is greater than that of the material of the gasket.
2. A spacer as claimed in claim 1 wherein the plurality of spacers are integrally formed with the connecting portion; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the spacer is made of flexible materials.
3. A spacer as claimed in claim 1 wherein the perpendicular distance between the spacers is equal to the thickness of the display panel.
4. The spacer of claim 1 wherein the thickness of the spacer is greater than or equal to 0.5 mm and less than or equal to 2 mm.
5. The packing box of the display panel is characterized by comprising a box body and a spacing pad;
wherein the case is used for accommodating a spacer and a plurality of display panels stacked;
the spacer as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein each adjacent two spacers of the spacer are used for disposing a display panel therebetween.
