Background
The tilting gear is in the rear end that is used for wire rod or rod production line, will cut into the steel of setting up the specification and turn over into the steel collecting vat of side, and the technical scheme of full-automatic tilting gear is published to the patent of application number 201110114856.8, can be better use on present wire rod production line, but present tilting gear in use has following problem: in the existing straight bar steel bar production technology, unqualified steel bars generated during the starting of a production line also fall into a collecting tank directly under the action of a tilting mill, because the production speed of the production line is very high, the unqualified steel bars need to be quickly removed, the existing mode is to manually pull out from one side of the collecting tank or lift out from the top, the labor intensity of workers is increased, the worker configuration quantity of the production line is increased, the sheared steel bars are heated just, the temperature is high, and the high-temperature steel bars are easy to injure personnel.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the technical problems in the prior steel tilting machine and provides a steel tilting machine with a scrap steel removing device.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the following technical scheme is adopted: the steel reversing machine with the steel scrap removing device comprises a material conveying slideway groove, a steel reversing shaft and two or more steel reversing forks arranged on the steel reversing shaft, wherein the steel reversing shaft is in driving connection with a steel reversing driving device, steel reversing gaps for the steel reversing forks to work in and out are arranged on the material conveying slideway groove, a plurality of steel bar collecting grooves are longitudinally arranged in front of and behind two sides of the material conveying slideway groove, the steel bar collecting grooves are U-shaped, the steel reversing machine further comprises the steel scrap removing device, the steel scrap removing device comprises at least two sets of steel scrap removing mechanisms arranged on the same side of the material conveying slideway groove, each steel scrap removing mechanism comprises a mounting frame arranged on one side of the material conveying slideway groove, the cylinder body of each cylinder is hinged to the lower part of the mounting frame, a sector gear is rotatably connected to the upper part of the mounting frame, the tail part of each sector gear is hinged to a cylinder rod of each cylinder, round gear meshed with the sector gear is fixedly connected to the round gear or is integrated with the round gear, the cylinder driving gear rotates, the sector gear drives the round gear to rotate, and the round gear drives the round gear to rotate to enable the round gear to rotate, so that the round gear is located at the U-shaped collecting grooves and the U-shaped collecting ports of the supporting plates are located on the corresponding U-shaped collecting grooves when the U-shaped collecting grooves are located on the different vertical sides of the supporting plates; further, the mounting frame is fixedly connected to the U-shaped edge of the steel bar collecting groove far away from the material conveying slideway groove, at least two sets of scrap steel removing mechanisms are arranged on different longitudinal steel bar collecting grooves, and when the cylinder levers are in different states, the corresponding supporting plates are respectively positioned right above the U-shaped opening of the steel bar collecting groove and right above the U-shaped opening of the steel bar collecting groove in the vertical direction; further, when the supporting plate is positioned above the U-shaped opening of the steel bar collecting groove, the shape of the supporting plate is as follows: the supporting plate comprises a bottom edge and an inclined upward side edge which are connected with each other, one end of the bottom edge is close to the material conveying slideway groove, the other end of the bottom edge is connected with the lower end of the side edge, the upper end of the side edge is fixedly connected with a round gear, the bottom edge is tilted upwards from the side edge end to the end close to the material conveying slideway groove, and an arc-shaped groove is formed in a connecting corner part of the bottom edge and the side edge, which is smaller than 180 degrees; further, the scrap steel removing device consists of 2-3 scrap steel removing mechanisms arranged on the same side of the material conveying slideway groove; further, the scrap steel removing device is arranged at one side or two sides of the material conveying slideway groove.
The invention has the positive and beneficial technical effects that: when the production line is started for the first time, the steel bars in the heating furnace are heated unevenly, and the quality of the steel bars is not in accordance with the requirements; when the production is started for the first time, the steel turning direction is set to face to one side provided with the scrap steel removing device, and meanwhile, the cylinder of the scrap steel removing device acts to enable the supporting plate to keep an extending state; when the tilting gear acts, unqualified wires are turned over onto the supporting plate, and the cylinder acts to drive the supporting plate to turn over so as to turn over the scrap steel materials outside the steel bar collecting tank. The steel tilting machine can effectively save labor cost and the configuration quantity of workers, and increase the safety coefficient in production.

the unique design ensures that the waste steel does not fall off when being collected, the waste steel firstly enters the arc-shaped groove on the supporting plate in the overturning process of the supporting plate, and slides from the arc-shaped groove wall to a specified position in the overturning process, so that the track is controllable when the waste steel is removed, and the safety and standardization of operation are ensured. The scrap steel removing device consists of 2-5 scrap steel removing mechanisms arranged on the same side of the material conveying slideway groove; the scrap steel removing device is arranged on one side or two sides of the material conveying slideway groove, and in actual operation, the scrap steel removing device is arranged on one side so as to realize the function of the tilting gear.
