Because the third nut 3121 and the third screw 3122 are further included, the third nut 3121 is installed on the front side of the connecting rod 11 by welding, the third screw 3122 is screwed into the third nut 3121, the third screw 3122 cooperates with the third nut 3121, when the user rotates the cover 13 to make the cover 13 cover the filter frame 10, the user can rotate the third screw 3122, the third screw 3122 is screwed in to the left by cooperating with the third nut 3121, so that the third screw 3122 blocks the cover 13 from rotating.
