一种坐姿矫正座椅、系统及方法。该坐姿矫正座椅(100)包括靠背(101)和底座(102)，所述靠背(101)用于支撑用户的正面设有柔性传感器(103)及距离传感器(104)，所述柔性传感器(103)用于采集用户身体的接触信息并将所述接触信息传送至控制器，所述距离传感器(104)用于采集所述用户背部和/或头部与所述靠背之间的距离信息并将所述距离信息传送至所述控制器，所述控制器用于根据所述接触信息和所述距离信息确定所述用户当前的坐姿，并在判断出所述用户当前的坐姿不正确时发送控制信号至提示器，以对所述用户进行提醒。该坐姿矫正座椅可以实时提醒人们注意坐姿。
