Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于汽车的悬挂系统。更具体地,本发明的领域涉及用于汽车的空气支柱。
背景技术
许多前轮驱动的高级汽车在其前角上具有空气支柱悬挂。空气支柱基本上是具有平行地安装的空气弹簧的液压减震器。减震器的液压缸具有底端,该底端被构造用于与车轮的悬挂部件连接。活塞杆竖直向上延伸到减震器的液压缸的顶端外。液压减震器的活塞杆的顶端与弹性衬套连接。

参照图1至图7,根据本发明的气动弹簧车辆支柱7被提供。这种支柱在前轮驱动应用中的高级乘用车辆中是特别有用的。支柱7具有液压缸10。液压缸10具有下端部12,下端部12适于与车辆的悬挂系统(未示出)连接。活塞14(示意性地示出)可滑动地安装在液压缸10内。活塞杆16与活塞14连接。气动弹簧座20与液压缸10固定连接。
气动弹簧支柱7设置有弹簧气囊22。弹簧气囊22具有下端部24,下端部24通过保持器环26而被捕获至弹簧座20。弹簧气囊22的下弯折部28在其内侧上通过气动活塞30而被保持,并且在其外侧上通过弹簧罩32而被保持。气动活塞30的底部部分33与扩张套35连接,扩张套35进而与弹簧罩32的下端部34连接。限定在弹簧座20中的一组孔洞37允许空气在弹簧气囊22的内侧和气动活塞30的内部之间流通。密封件39使气动活塞30的内部空间的下端部密封。

顶帽50具有多直径内孔60。该顶帽孔具有略微倾斜部分61以便提供工具拔模斜度(tool draft)。内孔60具有径向向内突出的凸缘62。顶帽50的内孔60具有密封直径部分64。紧接着密封直径部分64的是环形沟槽66。顶帽50的内孔60具有带花键的开口68,带花键的开口68具有径向向内突出的花键齿70。花键齿70被悬置在环形沟槽66上并且在其尖端上具有加工渐细部69。顶帽50向内突出的凸缘62具有开口72,开口72允许活塞杆16的延伸部延伸通过该开口。灰尘套在顶帽50和弹簧罩32之间防止灰尘的进入。中间保持器环73使弹簧气囊22的中间部分保持到弹簧罩32。在顶帽50下面连接的是橡胶缓冲器100,橡胶缓冲器100用作托梁缓冲器(joist bumper)以便限制车辆框架(未示出)在朝向液压缸下端部12的方向上的运动。
钢垫片80通过螺母81固定到活塞杆的端部。垫片80为可压缩的橡胶阻尼器衬套82提供支座。衬套82的底端与顶帽的径向向内突出的凸缘62邻接。
聚合物(优选尼龙纤维增强材料)扭转锁定封盖90被提供。封盖90具有环形沟槽110以便容纳环状密封构件83从而抵靠顶帽的密封部分64密封。封盖90具有带凸缘99的中心锥形中空拱顶98,凸缘99由水平的径向向外延伸的基部100形成,该基部具有大体上轴向延伸的边沿部分102。轴向延伸的边沿部分102与齿轮状齿92连接。齿轮状齿92允许封盖90被插入顶帽50的带花键的开口68中以便装配在顶帽50的环形沟槽66内。优选地存在至少四个齿轮状齿92。封盖90具有径向肋部97。齿轮状齿92与径向肋部97对准。

气动弹簧座体,所述气动弹簧座体与所述液压缸连接;
气动弹簧气囊,所述气动弹簧气囊具有与所述气动弹簧座体连接的下端部;
顶帽,所述顶帽围绕所述活塞杆并且与所述弹簧气囊的顶端连接,所述顶帽具有用于与所述车辆的主体连接的外凸缘,并且所述顶帽具有孔和上开口,所述孔具有径向向内突出的下凸缘,所述上开口具有径向向内突出的花键齿;
衬套,所述衬套与所述活塞杆连接,所述衬套定位在所述顶帽下凸缘上方并且抵靠所述顶帽下凸缘;以及
封盖,所述封盖具有主体,所述主体允许所述封盖插入所述顶帽孔上开口内并且与所述顶帽孔上开口扭转锁定。
2.如权利要求1所述的气动弹簧支柱,其中,所述封盖主体包括具有齿轮状齿的外凸缘。
3.如权利要求1所述的气动弹簧支柱,其中,所述封盖由聚合物材料制造。

5.如权利要求1所述的气动弹簧支柱,其中,所述封盖通过设置在所述封盖的环形沟槽中的密封构件而与所述顶帽密封。

7.如权利要求1所述的气动弹簧支柱,其中,所述顶帽由包括下述内容的一组材料制造:钢、铝、塑料及其组合。
8.如权利要求2所述的气动弹簧支柱,其中,所述封盖的外凸缘齿轮状齿具有用于容纳顶帽花键齿的凹部。
9.如权利要求1所述的气动弹簧支柱,其中,所述封盖具有与水平基部连接的中空锥形中心拱顶,所述水平基部与轴向边沿连接,并且所述盖具有连接所述拱顶、所述基部和所述轴向边沿的肋部。

提供围绕所述活塞杆的顶帽,并且将所述顶帽与所述弹簧气囊的上端部连接,所述顶帽具有用于与所述车辆的主体连接的外凸缘,并且所述顶帽具有孔和上开口,所述孔具有径向向内突出的下凸缘,所述上开口具有径向向内突出的花键齿;
将衬套与所述活塞杆连接,所述衬套定位在所述顶帽下凸缘上方并且抵靠所述顶帽下凸缘;
提供具有主体的封盖,所述主体包括具有齿轮状齿的外凸缘;
将所述封盖插入所述顶帽的上开口内;
