The blasting chambers comprise an upper blasting chamber 4 and a lower blasting chamber 5; the lower end of the upper sand blasting chamber 4 is connected with the upper end of the lower sand blasting chamber 5; the lower end of the lower sand blasting chamber 5 is provided with a brush; the lance is arranged in the upper blasting chamber 4.

The brush comprises an elastic connecting sleeve 8, a framework and brush bristles 9 fixed on the framework; the elastic connecting sleeve 8 is connected with the outer side surface of the lower sand blasting chamber 5; the framework is nested on the elastic connecting sleeve 8.
The lower end of the lower sand blasting chamber is connected with an annular brush 8.
The elastic connecting sleeve 8 is provided with a folding part which is positioned between the lower sand blasting chamber 5 and the brush. The elastic connecting sleeve 8 and the end part connected with the brush are in a horn mouth shape, the framework is nested on the elastic connecting sleeve, and the bristles extend out of the elastic connecting sleeve along the horn mouth.
