Background
At present, sorting equipment is used for sorting goods according to destination information of the goods in an address library, general sorting warehouses are located at remote positions, and once system connection is in a problem, sorting procedures are affected and manual sorting procedures need to be restarted.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and deficiencies of the prior art, it is desirable to provide an express mail sorting method, comprising: acquiring the code of the express; sending the code to a server to acquire the receiving information of the express; selecting to enter a first sorting process or enter a second sorting process to finish sorting the express items, wherein the first sorting process is to sort the express items according to the receiving information; and the second sorting process comprises the steps of acquiring emergency code information of the express, and sorting the express according to the emergency code information.

Based on the content, the method can select two sorting modes as required when the sorting machine obtains express delivery receiving information, can use the first sorting process during general sorting, can use the second sorting process during communication faults and adopts emergency code information to sort express deliveries, effectively improves sorting efficiency and avoids the problem that only manual sorting can be used when faults occur. Moreover, the two sorting processes can be switched at any time, even if no communication fault occurs, the second sorting process is started to be used, and the effect of reducing the processing pressure of the server can be achieved.

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
It should be noted that while the operations of the method of the present invention are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the operations must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the illustrated operations must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Rather, the steps depicted in the flowcharts may change the order of execution. A method for sorting express items, see figure 1, includes steps 100, obtaining express item codes; step 200, sending the code to a server to acquire the receiving information of the express mail; step 300, selecting to enter a first sorting process 401 or enter a second sorting process 402, wherein the first sorting process is to sort express items according to the receiving information; and the second sorting process comprises the steps of acquiring emergency code information of the express, and sorting the express according to the emergency code information.
In an alternative embodiment, step 300 is specifically a determining step, which is shown as step 301 in the figure, and the determining step is: judging whether the goods receiving information is acquired or not, if so, entering a first sorting process 401, otherwise, entering a second sorting process 402;
in step 100, the sorting equipment can obtain the code of the express mail by using a camera, a scanner and the like, the code of the express mail can be a digital code, a bar code or a two-dimensional code and the like, the code contains unique information of the express mail and can play a role in distinguishing the express mail, in step 200, the code can be sent to a server through communication equipment, the server obtains receiving information from a database according to the code and sends the receiving information back to the sorting equipment, the receiving information at least comprises information of a receiving address, and the sorting equipment can sort different express mails to different positions according to the receiving address. Specific affiliations are assigned based on address, as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art of logistics.
In the sorting process, step 301 is used to determine whether the sorting equipment has acquired the receiving information, and if the receiving information is not acquired, the sorting cannot be performed. The judgment methods are many, the most direct method is that the sorting equipment cannot sort the express mails, and certainly, the judgment can be carried out through a network connection state and other manners.
After receiving the receipt information, the standard sorting procedure, i.e. the first sorting process 401, is entered, and the process sorts the express mail through the receipt information obtained from the server. If not, the emergency sorting procedure is entered, i.e. a second sorting procedure 402, in which an emergency code is additionally assigned to the express mail, for example, the emergency code is manually attached to the express mail, the sorting equipment obtains the emergency code, and the express mail is sorted according to the emergency code information. The emergency code can be any one or more of bar code, two-dimensional code, numerical code, letter code and the like.
The emergency code information includes information that allows the sorting equipment to sort, i.e., sorting information, which may be the receipt information, and how the emergency code includes the information will be described below. Or the emergency code can also directly comprise information for commanding the sorting equipment, and directly give the sorting target to enable the sorting equipment to sort. In summary, the sorting information provides at least information about the location of the sorting destination of the dispatch, enabling the sorting installation to sort the dispatches.
For example, taking the delivery address as a province as an example, in sorting, the express in a province needs to be sorted to the warehouse B for packaging, so that the delivery information may include a code in a province, for example, a code of "001" in a province, and the sorting device sorts the express to the warehouse B according to 001 in the delivery information. Of course, the post information may be information directly including warehouse, for example, express in province a needs to be sent to warehouse B, and the server directly sends information for sorting express to warehouse B after acquiring the code.
It should be noted that the two possible forms of the above receiving information may be the same, for example, the code "001" may represent the province of a or the warehouse of B.
In step 301, if it is determined that the receiving information sent by the server is not received, the staff may obtain the code of the express mail through a mobile terminal, a handheld device, and the like, and then obtain the receiving information from the server. The mobile terminal and the handheld device can be directly communicated with the database, and the receiving information corresponding to the express code can be recorded by the mobile device and the handheld terminal. And if necessary, generating an emergency code through the coding of the express.
Furthermore, the operator can directly check the addressee through manual identification and then correspondingly distribute the emergency code. For example, the express is the hardware which needs to be sorted to the warehouse B in the province A, and the operator assigns a sorter to the express to identify and sort the express to the warehouse B according to the identification structure. The method for obtaining the address of the recipient by the operator can be directly checking from the express bill or inquiring in a database through codes. The emergency code can be pasted on the express mail.
It should be noted that the present application enters the first sorting process or the second sorting process, and the determination of step 301 is only used as an optional way, i.e. how to select whether to enter the first or the second sorting process, and is only used as a preferred way. In addition, other judgment modes can be used as required or the control is completely carried out by an operator. Further, even if the determination method of step 301 is adopted, it may be a manual method, and it does not contradict the determination described in step 301. Further, in general use, it may be possible to manually select which process to enter, or it may also be possible to select according to the server work pressure, for example, to enter a second sorting process, which may relieve the server work pressure.
In another aspect, the present invention further discloses a sorting system, which has a sorting machine, a mobile terminal and a server, wherein both the sorting machine and the mobile terminal can communicate with the server to obtain the delivery information of the express mail from the server, and the details will be described below, and each part will now be described separately.
The sorting machine is provided with a first identification system, a first communication system and a judgment system. The first identification system is used for acquiring the code of the express mail, and may be, for example, a camera, an infrared scanner, or the like. The first communication system is used for sending the acquired code to the server, the server sends the receiving information to the sorting machine according to the code, and the server has the addressee corresponding to the coded express, so that the receiving information can be sent. And the judging system is used for judging whether the receiving information sent by the server is received. After the judging system judges that the receiving information is received, the sorting machine sorts the express with the receiving information, if the judging system judges that the receiving information is not received, the sorting process is realized by the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal is used for distributing emergency codes to the express when the sorting machine does not receive the receiving information sent by the server.
It is to be understood that the mobile terminal is generally not directly controlled but an alarm is issued when the judgment system judges that the delivery information is not received, and then an operator uses the mobile terminal to execute operation, so that the mobile terminal assigns an emergency code to the express mail.
Optionally, the mobile terminal has a second identification system, a second communication system and a printing system; the second identification system is used for acquiring the code of the express mail; the second communication system is used for sending the code to the server; the printing system is used for printing the emergency code. For example, when it is determined that the delivery information is not received, the operator uses the mobile terminal to obtain the express code, the mobile terminal sends the express code to the server through the communication system, the server sends the delivery information to the mobile terminal according to the express code, and the mobile terminal generates an emergency code according to the delivery information and distributes the emergency code to the express, so that the sorting machine can perform sorting operation by identifying the emergency code.
Based on the function of the mobile terminal, it can be understood that the server also receives the code sent by the second communication system, and sends the receiving information to the mobile terminal according to the code. And the mobile terminal generates and prints the emergency code according to the goods receiving information.
The express mail sorting method and the express mail sorting system can finish sorting operation when communication between the sorting machine and the server fails. And the sorting machine continues to work through the emergency code.

1. An express mail sorting method, comprising:
acquiring the code of the express;
sending the code to a server to acquire the receiving information of the express;
the express mail sorting is finished by entering a first sorting process or entering a second sorting process, wherein,
judging whether the goods receiving information is acquired or not, if so, entering a first sorting process, and if not, entering a second sorting process;
the first sorting process is to sort the express mails according to the receiving information;
and the second sorting process comprises the steps of acquiring emergency code information of the express, and sorting the express according to the emergency code information.
2. An express mail sorting method according to claim 1,
the emergency code information comprises the receiving information of the express mail, and the express mail is sorted according to the receiving information.
3. An express mail sorting method according to claim 1,
the emergency code information comprises sorting information, and the express mail is sorted according to the sorting information;
the sorting information at least provides information of the express mail sorting destination position.

and the mobile terminal is used for distributing emergency codes to the express mails when the sorting machine does not receive the goods receiving information sent by the server.

the mobile terminal is provided with a second identification system, a second communication system and a printing system;
the second identification system is used for acquiring the code of the express mail;
the second communication system is used for sending the code to a server;
the printing system is used for printing the emergency code.
