Background
The wind power fire extinguisher is the most main and basic machine tool for fighting forest fire in China, is also a symbolic symbol for forest fire prevention, has good fire extinguishing effect in fighting forest surface fire, grass pond fire, barren mountain fire and grassland fire, and plays an important role.
According to the national standard GB/T10280-2008 forestry machinery portable pneumatic fire extinguisher, the pneumatic fire extinguisher has two key technical indexes: outlet air quantity and effective wind power fire extinguishing distance. The two indexes can reflect the fire extinguishing performance of the wind fire extinguisher. At present, the instrument capable of carrying out authoritative measurement of the pneumatic fire extinguisher strictly according to the standard is a 'pneumatic fire extinguisher automatic inspection test bench' (the test bench is participated and developed by the applicant of the patent). The detection platform can automatically measure the outlet air quantity and the effective wind power fire extinguishing distance of the wind power fire extinguisher by controlling the pitot tube anemometer on the movable sliding table through software, the detection platform is an automatic test instrument which is designed and developed strictly following the standard, and the outlet air quantity and the effective wind power fire extinguishing distance of all the wind power fire extinguishers are manually and coarsely measured.
In application, when measurement of a metering level is required, the 'automatic test bench for the pneumatic extinguisher' is an ideal choice. However, the automatic test bench of the pneumatic fire extinguisher has strict requirements on test conditions and high cost, and is only used by a detection mechanism. The pneumatic fire extinguisher is a fire extinguisher which is used roughly, the final unit or user is a basic user, and the automatic test bench of the pneumatic fire extinguisher is not suitable for the basic user.
On the aspect of a test method, the effective wind power fire extinguishing distance measurement in the standard cannot accurately explain the fire extinguishing capability of the wind power fire extinguisher. The effective wind fire-extinguishing distance test method is described in the standard as follows: the wind power fire extinguisher is horizontally fixed on an indoor rack according to the state of fire extinguishing operation, the height of the center of the spraying cylinder from the ground is not less than 1m, no obstacle is required in the front 10m, and no obstacle influencing jet flow is required in the left and right 2 m. And under the calibrated rotating speed, measuring the distance from a point with the fire extinguishing critical wind speed value of 22m/s to the outlet of the spraying cylinder along the horizontal axis direction of the spraying cylinder to obtain the effective wind power fire extinguishing distance. However, in recent years, the inspection tests find that the capability of judging the fire extinguisher only by the wind speed on the line of the horizontal axis of the wind cylinder is not strict enough; because the wind blown out from the spray cylinder is in a scattering state, and the maximum wind speed point of the wind is not necessarily on the line of the horizontal axis of the wind cylinder, the measurement mode influences the judgment of the fire extinguishing capacity of the fan.
Therefore, an effective wind power fire-extinguishing index tester and a testing method are provided to solve the above disadvantages of the prior art, which is a technical problem to be solved at present.

The invention aims to provide an effective wind power fire-extinguishing index tester and a test method, which are used for solving the problems in the prior art, improving the judgment accuracy of the effective wind power fire-extinguishing index, and are simple to operate and suitable for popularization and application.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following scheme: the invention provides an effective wind power fire-extinguishing index tester, which comprises: the impeller group is fixed on the base; the impeller group comprises a plurality of impellers, and the impellers are arranged in a matrix manner; the impeller is connected with a rotating speed sensor and used for measuring the rotating speed of the impeller, the front surface of the base is provided with a liquid crystal screen, and the liquid crystal screen is connected with the rotating speed sensor and used for displaying the rotating speeds of a plurality of impellers; the base is internally provided with a power supply for supplying power, and the side surface of the base is provided with a switch.

The invention also discloses an effective wind power fire-extinguishing index testing method based on the effective wind power fire-extinguishing index tester, the effective wind power fire-extinguishing index tester is fixed at a position 1.5m away from the horizontal distance of the air outlet, the wind power blowing area is calculated through the number of the rotating impellers, so that the effective fire-extinguishing area is calculated, and the effective wind power fire-extinguishing index is judged through the effective fire-extinguishing area.
The invention also discloses another effective wind power fire extinguishing index testing method based on the effective wind power fire extinguishing index tester, the area of the effective wind power fire extinguishing index tester is locked, the effective wind power fire extinguishing index tester is enabled to be infinitely close to the outlet of the spraying cylinder of the wind power fire extinguisher until the rotating speed of any one impeller of 9 impellers reaches or exceeds 3200 revolutions, the distance between the spraying cylinder and the effective wind power fire extinguishing index tester is measured, the distance is the effective wind power fire extinguishing distance, and the effective wind power fire extinguishing index is judged according to the effective wind power fire extinguishing distance.
Preferably, the area of the effective wind power fire-extinguishing index tester is the coverage area of 9 impellers; when the impeller reaches 3200 revolutions, the wind speed reaches 22 m/s.
