In 2G, 3G, and 4G mobile communication systems, the mechanisms by which system information is transmitted are generally similar, although somewhat surprisal in detail; the common characteristics are as follows:
each cell transmits system information in a broadcast (broadcast) mode;
all system information is transmitted in a broadcasting mode;

Preferably, the system information update request sent by the UE may be received by one of the following ways: receiving the system information update request through a first message of a random access procedure; receiving the system information update request through a third message of the random access procedure; receiving the system information update request through an RRC connection request message; receiving the system information updating request through an RRC connection establishment completion message in the RRC connection establishment process; alternatively, the system information update request is received through a predetermined RRC message or a predetermined physical channel after the RRC connection setup procedure.
Preferably, a physical control channel is sent by a broadcast identifier and/or a multicast identifier, the physical control channel carries configuration information of a service physical channel, and updated system information is sent on the service physical channel; alternatively, the updated system information is transmitted using a pre-configured or predefined broadcast/multicast physical channel.
Preferably, when transmitting the system information group or the system information block to the UE, the identification information identifying the system information group or the system information block is transmitted to the UE together with the status flag of the update status.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a system information updating method, and fig. 3 is a second flowchart of the system information updating method according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the process includes the following steps:
step S302, receiving updated system information sent by a cell and/or a node in a broadcast or multicast mode, wherein the system information is generated by the cell and/or the node under the condition that an update condition is met, and the update condition generates a system information update request for the cell and/or the node;
step S304, update the local system information.
Preferably, a system information update request may be sent to the cell and/or the node prior to receiving the updated system information.
Preferably, the update request message is sent when it is determined that the system information needs to be updated according to a predetermined update reason, wherein the update reason includes at least one of: and the stored system information is not updated within the time preset by the system and enters the cell newly.

Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a system update principle according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, which is suitable for updating critical system information and non-critical system information, and fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a system update flow according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, which includes the following steps:
step S702, a cell and/or a node receives a system updating request to complete system information updating;
step S704, the cell and/or the node sends the updated system information to the UE in a broadcast or multicast mode;

the nodes include any one of: a base station, a transmission reception point and a transmission point. The transmission Point (Tr1 transmission Point, TP for short) and the transmission Reception Point (Tr1 transmission Reception Point, TRP for short) are communication devices different from the base station, and the TP and the TRP can perform wireless communication connection with the user equipment and broadcast or send related data to the user equipment.

Step 1: the cell and/or the node receives the system updating request to complete the system information updating;
the system updating request received by the cell and/or the node comprises one or more of the following:
updating system information of the cell and/or the node;
the configuration information of the cell and/or node, including the system information change of the cell and/or node, may be changed by the cell and/or node due to a change of various factors such as the number of users in the cell and/or node, the traffic volume, the wireless environment, and the like.
In order to better manage a large amount of system information, the system information, including critical system information and non-critical system information, may be grouped or partitioned, each group or block may be numbered and/or named with identification information, and a value flag (value tag) indicating an update state may be set for each group or block, and each time a group or block of system information is updated, the value tag is changed, for example, the value is increased by 1. Thus, the update of the system information can be managed by a system information group or a system information block.
Updating system information requested from a terminal;
when the system information stored by the UE is no longer valid for a time reason, for example, the system information stored by the UE is not updated within a predefined or configured time of the system, or the UE newly enters a certain cell, for example, the UE restarts or moves into the cell in the cell, the UE sends system information update request information to the cell and/or the node;
for a UE in a radio resource control RRC IDLE state IDLE and/or other states that cannot directly send/receive information to/from a cell and/or a node, referred to as a non-connected UE, the UE needs to send system information update request information through a random access procedure and/or an RRC link establishment procedure. Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a Random Access procedure and an RRC connection setup procedure according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, where a UE may carry system information update request information in MSG1 or MSG3 of a Random Access Channel (RACH) procedure, or carry system information update request information in an RRC connection setup complete message of the RRC connection setup procedure, or send the system information update request information through a specific RRC message, such as a system information update request message, after the RRC connection setup procedure.
For a UE in an RRC CONNECTED state or other state capable of directly transmitting/receiving information to/from a cell and/or a node, referred to as a CONNECTED UE for short, the UE may transmit system information update request information to the cell and/or the node through a specific RRC message. Or initiate a system information update request through a specific dedicated physical channel, such as PUCCH of LTE system.
The UE may include an update reason, and/or identification information and/or a value tag of one or more system information groups or system information blocks in the system information update request information.
In particular, if system information update request information of a plurality of UEs is received, the cell and/or the node integrates the plurality of requests into one system information update request and forms one updated system information, which includes all the system information update requests.
Step 2: the cell and/or the node sends updated system information to the UE in a broadcast or multicast mode;
in order to improve the resource utilization efficiency as much as possible, update the system information of as many UEs as possible at the same time, and update the system information of all UEs in the coverage area of a cell and/or node as much as possible, where the cell and/or node will send the updated system information to the UEs in a broadcast or multicast manner, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a random access procedure and an RRC connection establishment procedure according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, which is a broadcast or multicast method based on a notification and window mechanism, and includes:
fig. 10 is a first schematic diagram of a paging occasion according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, a transmission window and a window period are predefined or configured for a system information entirety or one or more system information groups/system information blocks, and the transmission window and the window period are a period defined by time and/or a radio frame, a subframe or a timeslot, where the setting of the transmission window includes a start point and a window length, or a start point and an end point; the window period comprises a period length;
the sending window represents system information, or one or more system information groups/system information blocks can only be sent in the period of time, but does not mean that the system information is sent at each window arrival time, or the one or more system information groups/system information blocks are sent; the window period indicates a period in which the transmission window occurs;
the scheme further includes notification mechanisms, such as DRX-based paging mechanisms:
one DRX paging cycle and multiple paging occasions are predefined and/or configured for a cell and/or node, as shown in fig. 10. Wherein, in one DRX paging cycle, there are multiple paging occasions, and according to predefined/preconfigured rules, each UE is configured with one or more paging occasions in each DRX paging cycle; wherein the paging cycle is a period of time defined in terms of time and/or radio frames, subframes, or time slots; the paging occasion is a time point defined by time and/or radio frame, subframe or time slot;
at each configured paging occasion, the UE needs to monitor the associated downlink physical control channel to monitor for paging messages, and a cell and/or node may send a paging message to the UE at that occasion, including a system information update notification.
The scheme further comprises the following steps: each time a cell and/or a node receives a system update request, the cell and/or the node sends a system information update notification to the UE on all paging occasions of one or more subsequent paging cycles, and then sends all system information, or one or more system information groups/system information blocks, in a broadcast or multicast manner in one or more predefined or preconfigured system information sending windows after paging is completed.
Further, the cell and/or the node may include identification information and/or value tag of the system information group or system information block in the system information change notification to explicitly indicate one or more system information groups or system information blocks in which the change occurs and a corresponding change status.
When the transmission window occurs, the cell and/or node will transmit the system information using a broadcast or multicast manner so that multiple UEs can receive the system information. For a system performing service physical channel dynamic scheduling based on a Downlink physical Control channel, a broadcast or multicast UE identity RNTI (radio Network Temporary identity) is used for scheduling and information transmission of service physical channel resources, for example, in an LTE system, PDSCH (physical Downlink Shared channel) dynamic scheduling is performed based on PDCCH (physical Downlink Control channel), and a broadcast or multicast UE identity RNTI is used for scheduling and information transmission of PDSCH channel resources on a PDCCH channel. For systems that transmit broadcast or multicast system information based on a predefined/preconfigured downlink physical channel, the updated system information is transmitted directly using the predefined/preconfigured downlink physical channel broadcast or multicast.
If the cell and/or the node includes the identification information and/or the value tag of one or more system information groups or system information blocks in the system information change notification, the cell and/or the node transmits the latest corresponding one or more system information groups or system information blocks to the UE.
If the cell and/or node does not explicitly indicate the system information group or system information block to be updated in the system information change notification, the cell and/or node autonomously sends the entire system information or the system information group or system information block with an update for a period of time (e.g., a certain predefined or preconfigured system information update period) to the UE.
If the system information updating request information comprises an updating reason value, the cell and/or the node sends different system information groups or system information blocks to the UE according to different reasons; for example, the system information is no longer valid, the entire system information group or system information block is sent to the UE.
If the system information update request message includes the identification information of one or more system information groups or system information blocks and the value tags thereof, the cell and/or the node may compare the value tags of the system information blocks with the value tags corresponding to the corresponding system information groups or system information blocks reserved by the cell and/or the node, and only send the system information groups or system information blocks with different value tags to the UE.
In particular, the cell and/or node may also send a value tag to the UE that identifies the latest update status of these sets or blocks of system information, respectively.
And step 3: the UE receives and completes system information updating;
according to the predefined/configured DRX paging cycle of the cell and/or the node and the configured paging occasion or occasions, the UE can monitor the paging message at each paging occasion, wherein the paging message comprises a system information updating notice. Once the UE receives the system information update notification, the updated system information will be received at one or more system information transmission windows that are predefined or preconfigured thereafter. Correspondingly, for a system for performing dynamic scheduling of a service physical channel based on a physical control channel, a UE receives a downlink physical control channel with a broadcast or multicast UE identity RNTI, and then receives the service physical channel according to scheduling information on the downlink physical channel, thereby receiving updated system information. Such as a UE in an LTE system, receives a PDCCH channel with a broadcast or multicast RNTI and then receives a PDSCH channel according to scheduling information on the PDCCH. For a system that transmits broadcast or multicast system information based on a predefined/preconfigured downlink physical channel, the UE directly receives the predefined/preconfigured broadcast or multicast downlink physical channel and further receives updated system information.
In particular, if the notification message of the system information change includes the identification information of the system information group or the system information block and/or the status flag of the updated status of the system information block, the UE may receive the updated system information in different manners according to different results of comparing the status flag corresponding to the system information group or the system information block in the notification message with the status flag corresponding to the corresponding system information group or the system information block reserved by the UE:
if the status flags of all the system information groups or system information blocks are the same, not receiving the updated system information of the broadcast or multicast of the transmission window;
if the part is the same, receiving the updated system information of the broadcast or multicast of the sending window partially or completely;
after the UE receives the updated system information, the UE updates the corresponding system information group or system information block that is stored locally before according to the identification information and/or value tag of the system information group or system information block.

Step 1: the cell and/or the node receives the system updating request to complete the system information updating;

The scheme further comprises the following steps: whenever a cell and/or node receives a system update request, the cell and/or node transmits an updated system message using a broadcast or multicast manner on all paging occasions of the subsequent paging cycle or cycles so that a plurality of UEs can receive the system information. For a system for performing service Physical Channel dynamic scheduling based on a Downlink Physical Control Channel, a broadcast or multicast UE Radio Network Temporary Identity (RNTI) is used to perform scheduling and information transmission of service Physical Channel resources, for example, in an LTE system, a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) dynamic scheduling is performed based on a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH), and a broadcast or multicast UE identity is used on a PDCCH to perform PDSCH Channel resource scheduling and information transmission.
The cell and/or the node sends all system information or one or more system information groups or system information blocks with changes in a period of time (such as a certain predefined or preconfigured system information updating period) to the UE according to the system information change condition;
if the system information updating request information comprises an updating reason value, the cell and/or the node sends different system information groups or system information blocks to the UE according to different reasons; for example, the system information is no longer valid, the entire system information group or system information block is sent to the UE.
If the system information update request message includes the identification information of one or more system information groups or system information blocks and the value tags thereof, the cell and/or the node may compare the value tags of the system information blocks with the value tags corresponding to the corresponding system information groups or system information blocks reserved by the cell and/or the node, and only send the system information groups or system information blocks with different value tags to the UE.
In particular, the cell and/or node may also send a value tag to the UE that identifies the latest update status of these sets or blocks of system information, respectively.
And step 3: the UE receives and completes system information updating;
according to the cell and/or node predefining/configuring a DRX paging cycle and the configured paging occasion or occasions, the UE monitors relevant downlink physical channels, such as PDCCH (physical Downlink control channel) in the LTE system, at each paging occasion of the UE to monitor paging messages or other information. Which comprises the following steps: for a system for performing dynamic scheduling of a service physical channel based on a physical control channel, a UE receives a downlink physical control channel with a broadcast or multicast UE identity RNTI, and then receives the service physical channel according to scheduling information on the downlink physical channel, thereby receiving updated system information. Such as a UE in an LTE system, receives a PDCCH channel with a broadcast or multicast RNTI and then receives a PDSCH channel according to scheduling information on the PDCCH.
After the UE receives the updated system information, the UE updates the corresponding system information group or system information block that is stored locally before according to the identification information and/or value tag of the system information group or system information block.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (29)

1. A method for updating system information, comprising:
generating updated system information under the condition that an updating condition is met, wherein the updating condition comprises that a cell and/or a node generates a system information updating request;
sending updated system information to User Equipment (UE) in a broadcast or multicast mode;
wherein, the system information updating method further comprises:
grouping or blocking the system information, and identifying a system information group or a system information block through identification information; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
setting a status flag indicating an update status for the system information group or the system information block;
wherein sending the updated system information to the UE in a broadcast or multicast manner includes:
transmitting the updated system information to the UE in a broadcast or multicast mode on part or all of the notification or transmission occasions of one or more notification or transmission periods;
wherein, the system information updating method further comprises:
according to the system information change condition, sending all system information or one or more system information groups or system information blocks which are changed in a preset time to the UE;
if the system information updating request comprises the updating reason value, different system information groups or system information blocks are sent to the UE according to different updating reason values;
if the system information updating request comprises identification information and state marks of one or more system information groups or system information blocks, comparing the state marks of the system information blocks with the state marks corresponding to the corresponding system information groups or system information blocks reserved by the cell and/or the node, and sending the system information groups or system information blocks with different state marks to the UE;
wherein the updating condition further comprises receiving a system information updating request of the UE;
in the case that the update condition is that a system information update request of the UE is received, the method further includes:
if a plurality of system information updating requests are received, integrating the plurality of system information updating requests into one system information updating request, and forming updated system information according to the plurality of system information updating requests, wherein the updated system information comprises the plurality of system information updating requests.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
a change in configuration information of a cell and/or a node due to a change in a predetermined factor in the cell and/or the node, wherein the change in configuration information comprises a change in system information of the cell and/or the node, a system information update request of the cell and/or the node itself is generated, the predetermined factor comprising at least one of: number of users, traffic, wireless environment.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
configuring a notification or transmission period for a cell and/or a node, wherein the notification or transmission period has a plurality of notification or transmission occasions, wherein the notification or transmission period is a period of time defined by time and/or radio frames, subframes or time slots, and the notification or transmission occasion is a time point defined by time and/or radio frames, subframes or time slots.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
configuring a sending window and a window period for system information, a system information group or a system information block, wherein the sending window represents a time period for sending the system information, the system information group or the system information block, and the window period represents a period of occurrence of the sending window.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein sending the updated system information to the UE in a broadcast or multicast manner comprises:
sending a notification message of system information change to the UE at all notification or transmission occasions of one or more notification or transmission periods;
and sending the updated system information in a broadcast or multicast mode in one or more sending windows after the notification message is sent.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the notification message of the system information change includes identification information of a system information group or a system information block, and/or a status flag for marking an update status of the system information block.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
if the cell and/or the node includes the identification information and/or the status flag of one or more system information groups or system information blocks in the notification message, sending the latest corresponding one or more system information groups or system information blocks to the UE;
if the cell and/or the node does not explicitly indicate the system information group or the system information block to be updated in the notification message, all system information or the system information group or the system information block which is updated in a preset time is sent to the UE;
if the system information updating request comprises an updating reason value, different system information groups or system information blocks are sent to the UE according to different reasons;
and if the system information updating request comprises the identification information and the state marks of one or more system information groups or system information blocks, comparing the state marks of the system information blocks with the state marks corresponding to the corresponding system information groups or system information blocks reserved by the cell and/or the node, and sending the system information groups or system information blocks with different state marks to the UE.
8. The method according to any of claims 1 to 7, wherein the system information update request sent by the UE is received by one of:
receiving the system information update request through a first message MSG1 of a random access procedure;
receiving the system information update request through a third message MSG3 of a random access procedure;
receiving the system information update request through an RRC connection request message;
receiving the system information updating request through an RRC connection establishment completion message in the RRC connection establishment process; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
after the RRC connection is established, the system information update request is received through a predetermined RRC message or a predetermined physical channel.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising:
sending configuration information of a service physical channel on a physical control channel by using a broadcast identifier and/or a multicast identifier, and sending updated system information on the service physical channel; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the updated system information is transmitted using a pre-configured or pre-defined broadcast/multicast physical channel.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
and when the system information group or the system information block is sent to the UE, sending the identification information for identifying the system information group or the system information block and the state mark of the update state to the UE together.
11. A method for updating system information, comprising:
receiving updated system information sent by a cell and/or a node in a broadcast or multicast mode, wherein the system information is generated by the cell and/or the node under the condition that an updating condition is met, and the updating condition generates a system information updating request for the cell and/or the node;
updating local system information;
wherein, the system information updating method further comprises:
grouping or blocking the system information, and identifying a system information group or a system information block through identification information; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
setting a status flag indicating an update status for the system information group or the system information block;
wherein, the receiving updated system information sent by the cell and/or the node in a broadcast or multicast mode comprises:
receiving updated system information in a broadcast or multicast manner on part or all of the notification or transmission occasions of one or more notification or transmission periods;
receiving a notification message of system information change at all notification or transmission occasions of one or more notification or transmission periods;
receiving updated system information in a broadcast or multicast mode in one or more sending windows after the notification message is sent, wherein the sending windows are configured for system information, a system information group or system information block broadcast or multicast sending by the cell and/or the node, the sending windows represent time periods for sending the system information, the system information group or the system information block, and the window period represents a period of occurrence of the sending windows;
wherein the updating condition further comprises receiving a system information updating request of the UE;
in the case that the update condition is that a system information update request of the UE is received, the method further includes:
if a plurality of system information updating requests are received, integrating the plurality of system information updating requests into one system information updating request, and forming updated system information according to the plurality of system information updating requests, wherein the updated system information comprises the plurality of system information updating requests.
12. The method of claim 11, further comprising:
sending a system information update request to the cell and/or the node.
13. The method of claim 12, further comprising:
and sending the update request message under the condition that the system information needs to be updated according to a preset update reason, wherein the update reason comprises at least one of the following: and the stored system information is not updated within the time preset by the system and enters the cell newly.
14. The method of claim 12, wherein sending a system information update request to the cell and/or the node comprises:
for the non-connected state UE, sending the system information updating request to the cell and/or the node through a random access process and/or a Radio Resource Control (RRC) link establishment process, wherein the non-connected state UE is the UE in an RRC idle state, and/or the UE in a state of needing to send data to the cell and/or the node or receive data from the cell and/or the node through the random access process;
and for the connected UE, sending the system information updating request to the cell and/or the node through a predetermined RRC message or a specific physical channel, wherein the connected UE is the UE in the RRC connection state, or the UE in the state of not needing to send data to the cell and/or the node or receive data from the cell and/or the node through a random access process.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein sending the system information update request via a random access procedure and/or an RRC link establishment procedure comprises:
sending the system information update request through a first message MSG1 of a random access procedure;
sending the system information update request through a third message MSG3 of a random access procedure;
sending the system information updating request through an RRC connection request message;
sending the system information updating request through an RRC connection establishment completion message in the RRC connection establishment process; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and after the RRC connection establishment process, sending the system information updating request through the preset RRC message.
16. The method of claim 11, further comprising:
monitoring related channels according to a predefined rule, a notification or transmission period and a notification or transmission opportunity configured by a cell and/or a node, and receiving a notification message or updated system information; wherein, the notification or transmission period is a period of time defined by time and/or radio frame, subframe or slot, the notification or transmission opportunity is a time point defined by time and/or radio frame, subframe or slot, and there are multiple notification or transmission opportunities in the notification or transmission period.

The method according to claim 11, wherein receiving updated system information sent by a cell and/or a node in a broadcast or multicast manner, with carrying identification information identifying the system information group or the system information block, and a status flag indicating an update status of the system information group or the system information block, comprises:
if the notification message of the system information change includes the identification information of the system information group or the system information block and/or the status flag of the updated status of the system information block, receiving the updated system information in different ways according to different results of comparing the status flag corresponding to the system information group or the system information block in the notification message with the status flag corresponding to the corresponding system information group or the system information block reserved by the user equipment UE:
if the status flags of all the system information groups or system information blocks are the same, not receiving the updated system information of the broadcast or multicast of the transmission window;
if the parts are the same, the updated system information of the broadcast or multicast of the transmission window is partially or totally received.
18. The method of claim 11, wherein the method of receiving updated system information sent by cells and/or nodes in a broadcast or multicast manner further comprises:
receiving configuration information of a service physical channel on a physical control channel by using a broadcast identifier and/or a multicast identifier, and receiving updated system information on the service physical channel according to the configuration information; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
receiving updated system information over a pre-configured or pre-defined broadcast/multicast physical channel.
19. The method of any of claims 11 to 17, wherein updating local system information comprises:
and updating the corresponding system information group or system information block stored locally according to the identification information of the system information group or system information block and/or the marking state of the system information group or system information block, wherein the identification information is used for identifying the system information group or system information block when the cell and/or the node groups or blocks the system information, and the state marking is set for the system information group or system information block by the cell and/or the node and is used for indicating the updating state.
20. A system information updating apparatus, comprising:
the generation module is used for generating updated system information under the condition that an updating condition is met, wherein the updating condition comprises that a cell and/or a node generates a system information updating request;
a first sending module, configured to send updated system information to a user equipment UE in a broadcast or multicast manner;
the identification module is used for grouping or blocking the system information and identifying a system information group or a system information block through identification information; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
a setting module configured to set a status flag indicating an update status for the system information group or the system information block;
wherein the first transmitting module comprises:
a first sending unit, configured to send updated system information to the UE in a broadcast or multicast manner on part or all of notification or transmission occasions of one or more notification or transmission cycles;
a second sending unit, configured to send different system information groups or system information blocks to the UE according to different update cause values if the system information update request includes the update cause value;
if the system information updating request comprises identification information and state marks of one or more system information groups or system information blocks, the system information updating request is used for comparing the state marks of the system information blocks with the state marks corresponding to the corresponding system information groups or system information blocks reserved by the cell and/or the node, and sending the system information groups or system information blocks with different state marks to the UE;
wherein the updating condition further comprises receiving a system information updating request of the UE;
the system information updating module is configured to, if a plurality of system information updating requests are received, integrate the plurality of system information updating requests into one system information updating request, and form an updated system information according to the plurality of system information updating requests, where the one updated system information includes the plurality of system information updating requests.
21. The apparatus of claim 20, wherein the generating module is further configured to,
a change in configuration information of a cell and/or a node due to a change in a predetermined factor in the cell and/or the node, wherein the change in configuration information comprises a change in system information of the cell and/or the node, a system information update request of the cell and/or the node itself is generated, the predetermined factor comprising at least one of: number of users, traffic, wireless environment.
22. The apparatus of claim 20, further comprising:
the first configuration module is configured to configure a notification or transmission period for a cell and/or a node, where the notification or transmission period has a plurality of notification or transmission occasions, where the notification or transmission period is a period of time defined by time and/or radio frame, subframe, or timeslot, and the notification or transmission occasion is a time point defined by time and/or radio frame, subframe, or timeslot.
23. The apparatus of claim 22, further comprising:
the second configuration module is configured to configure a sending window and a window cycle for system information, a system information group, or a system information block, where the sending window represents a time period for sending the system information, the system information group, or the system information block, and the window cycle represents a cycle of occurrence of the sending window.
24. The apparatus of any one of claims 20 to 23, further comprising:

a second receiving unit, configured to receive a notification message of system information change at all notification or transmission occasions of one or more notification or transmission cycles;
a third receiving unit, configured to receive updated system information in a broadcast or multicast manner in one or more sending windows after the notification message is sent, where the sending window is configured for broadcast or multicast sending of system information, a system information group, or a system information block by the cell and/or the node, the sending window represents a time period for sending the system information, the system information group, or the system information block, the window cycle represents a cycle in which the sending window occurs, and the system information group or the system information block is obtained by grouping or blocking the system information by the cell and/or the node;
wherein the updating condition further comprises receiving a system information updating request of the UE;
the system information updating module is configured to, if a plurality of system information updating requests are received, integrate the plurality of system information updating requests into one system information updating request, and form an updated system information according to the plurality of system information updating requests, where the one updated system information includes the plurality of system information updating requests.
27. The apparatus of claim 26, further comprising:
a second sending module, configured to send a system information update request to the cell and/or the node.
28. The apparatus of claim 27, wherein the second sending module comprises:
a first sending request unit, configured to send, to a non-connected UE, the system information update request to the cell and/or the node through a random access procedure and/or a radio resource control, RRC, link establishment procedure, where the non-connected UE is a UE in an RRC idle state, and/or a UE in a state that needs to send data to the cell and/or the node or receive data from the cell and/or the node through the random access procedure;
a second sending request unit, configured to send, to a connected UE, the system information update request to the cell and/or the node through a predetermined RRC message or a specific physical channel, where the connected UE is a UE in an RRC connected state, or a UE in a state that does not need to send data to or receive data from the cell and/or the node through a random access procedure.
29. The apparatus of claim 26, further comprising:
a monitoring module, configured to monitor a related channel according to a predefined rule, a notification or transmission period configured by a cell and/or a node, and a notification or transmission opportunity, and receive a notification message or updated system information; wherein, the notification or transmission period is a period of time defined by time and/or radio frame, subframe or slot, the notification or transmission opportunity is a time point defined by time and/or radio frame, subframe or slot, and there are multiple notification or transmission opportunities in the notification or transmission period.
