Abstract
The invention discloses a power battery smoke diffusion device, which comprises a battery box and a battery device arranged in the battery box, wherein the battery device comprises a shell for preventing fire and heat, a battery cover closely contacted with the upper end of the shell and a battery body arranged in the shell; when the power battery is in thermal runaway, the automatic opening and closing of the smoke outlet can be realized through the arranged bar magnet, the smoke plate with magnetism conductivity and the battery cover, so that heat generated by the thermal runaway is discharged from the smoke channel in time, and the smoke discharge speed is improved; meanwhile, the arrangement of the closed cavity can effectively control thermal runaway expansion, avoid corrosion of smoke to battery electrodes, connecting sheets and the like, prevent damage to the power battery caused by high temperature, smoke and the like, ensure normal operation of other power batteries, effectively prolong the service life of the power battery and reduce the use cost.

Background
With the gradual increase of market share of electric automobiles, accidents of smoking and firing of the electric automobiles are increased gradually, and loss of lives and properties of people is brought. The main reasons for smoking and igniting the electric automobile are caused by thermal runaway and thermal runaway expansion of the power battery. When a certain power battery is short-circuited, overcharged or overdischarged, the temperature can be quickly raised, smoke or fire is generated, high temperature can be quickly radiated to other batteries, the temperature of the other batteries is quickly raised, and thermal runaway of the other batteries is caused, so that the thermal runaway is expanded.
At present, researchers often adopt to enlarge the interval between batteries or wrap heat-insulating fireproof materials around the batteries to prevent the thermal runaway expansion of the batteries, and although progress is made to a certain extent, the thermal runaway problem of the power batteries still has a lot of problems to be solved. Most of the commonly used power batteries are arranged in a battery box, and when a certain battery emits smoke, the smoke can permeate the whole box body, so that the battery electrode and a connecting sheet are corroded, or electronic components and insulating materials are damaged. Meanwhile, due to the fact that the temperature of the smoke is high, heat diffusion can cause the temperature of other batteries to rise sharply, and thermal runaway is generated. It is therefore desirable to provide a smoke evacuation device that permits the power cell to evacuate smoke to the outside of the battery case in the event of thermal runaway, while preferably not affecting other cells or components.
