Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1-2, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a color fastness enhancing printing padder according to the present invention; FIG. 2 is a block diagram of a system of a printing and dyeing padder for improving color fastness.
Specifically, a dyeing padder of increase colour fastness includes: frame 400, feed roller 100, roll and press mechanism 300, dye cell, still include: secondary dyeing device, control treater 1.
The rolling mechanism 300 includes a roll. The roller is used for extruding the cloth to fully dip-dye the dye, and comprises a first roller and a second roller which are arranged in an up-and-down corresponding mode. The rolls may be in several pairs.
The cloth feeding roller 100 is used for feeding cloth into the rolling mechanism 300. The cloth feeding roller 100 is arranged in front of the rolling mechanism 300.
The cloth enters the rolling mechanism 300 through the cloth feeding roller 100.
The secondary dyeing device comprises an aquifer 200 and a dye guide pipe. The dye conduit connects the aquifer 200 with the dye pool, and the dye in the dye pool is output to the aquifer 200. The water-containing layer 200 is wrapped on the outer layer of the roller, and the water-containing layer 200 is fully soaked with dye. The aquifer 200 may be a water-retaining material in which the dye is stored, and the dye overflows from the aquifer 200 when the rolls are pressed, to provide the dye to the cloth. The dye conduit is connected with the dye pool and the aquifer 200, and dyes used by the cloth are supplemented into the aquifer 200.
A moisture detector 2 is further arranged in the aquifer 200, and the moisture detector 2 is used for detecting the proportion of the dye in the aquifer 200. The moisture detector 2 detects moisture in the aquifer 200, and for not affecting the flatness of the roller, the moisture detector 2 can be embedded in the roller.
The moisture detector 2 is connected with the control processor 1, converts the dye proportion into the dye content and outputs the dye content to the control processor 1. The moisture detector 2 can obtain the proportion of the dye by detecting the proportion of the moisture, for example, if the proportion of the moisture in the aquifer 200 is 70%, the proportion of the dye is 70%. The moisture detector 2 detects the dye ratio, converts the dye ratio into the dye content, and outputs the dye content to the control processor 1, wherein if the dye ratio is 70%, the dye content can be 70%.
And a flow limiting valve 3 is arranged on the dye guide pipe, and the flow limiting valve 3 is connected with the control processor 1.
The flow-limiting valve 3 can control the flow of the dye in the dye guide pipe, and the output speed of the dye is controlled by increasing or decreasing the flux of the valve.
If the dye content of the aquifer 200 is lower than a first preset dye content threshold value, the control processor 1 outputs an increasing signal to the flow limiting valve 3, and the flow limiting valve 3 increases the output of the dye conduit.
The first preset dye content threshold may be set to 30-70%, and may be set to 50% in the present embodiment. If the control processor 1 determines that the dye content is less than 50%, the control processor 1 outputs an increase signal to the restriction valve 3, and the increase signal may be set to increase the valve flux by 10% each time.
If the dye content of the aquifer 200 is higher than a second preset dye content threshold value, the control processor 1 outputs a reducing signal to the flow limiting valve 3, and the flow limiting valve 3 reduces the output quantity of the dye conduit.
The second preset dye content threshold may be set to 50-90%, and may be set to 70% in the present embodiment. If the control processor 1 determines that the dye content is higher than 70%, the control processor 1 outputs a decrease signal to the restriction valve 3, and the decrease signal may be set to decrease the valve flux by 10% each time.
As a mode, the user may set a specific first preset dye threshold and a specific second preset dye threshold according to actual requirements, and the control processor 1 may output an increase signal or a decrease signal according to the real-time current dye content.
Alternatively, the increase signal or the decrease signal may also be set to control the increase signal or the decrease signal output by the processor 1 to fill the current dye content and the first preset dye content threshold or the second preset dye content threshold.
