Background
In the production process of dehydrated vegetables, in order to meet the requirements of customers, stems and leaves of the vegetables are often required to be separated and are separately produced into products meeting different requirements of the customers, for example, vegetable leaves are produced into powder products, vegetable roots and stems are produced into granular products, and therefore, the stems and leaves of the vegetables are firstly required to be separated.
The method adopted in the prior art is to separate the leaves and the roots of the vegetables by a manual picking method, for example, workers firstly pick the leaves of celery off the stems, and then respectively produce the leaves of celery and the celery according to different steps, so the method for manually picking and separating the stems and the leaves consumes a large amount of manpower resources, the picking and separating efficiency is very low, and the production cost is high.

The invention aims to provide a vegetable stem and leaf separating device which can separate vegetable stems and leaves.
