Description

Method for preparing artificial soil by using Bayer process red mud and cane sugar plant wastes
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for preparing artificial soil by using Bayer process red mud and cane sugar factory wastes, belonging to the field of comprehensive utilization of resources and environmental protection.
Background
The Bayer process red mud is waste residue discharged in the alumina industry, 1 ton of alumina is produced on average, 1.0-2.0 tons of red mud are additionally produced, China is used as the 4 th alumina producing country in the world, the red mud discharged every year is up to thousands of tons, and the comprehensive utilization rate is only 4%. The red mud is strong in alkalinity, the pH value is 10-12, and researches show that the salinization effect of the red mud on soil is very strong, the soil is easy to harden, and vegetation cannot grow normally on the surface layer of the red mud yard; the precipitation on the red mud yard can cause the pH value of the underground water to rise after permeating the underground water, thereby causing the pollution of the underground water; the global red mud stacking amount is large, a large amount of land is occupied, the soil environment is more and more seriously polluted, and the ecological balance is influenced.
The waste alcohol mash of the cane sugar factory is waste liquid produced by producing alcohol by fermenting molasses in the cane sugar factory, the annual sugar yield in China is over 900 ten thousand tons, 13-15 tons of waste liquid are produced every 1 ton of alcohol, and the national discharge amount exceeds 13500 ten thousand tons. The waste alcohol mash of the cane sugar factory is acidic, the pH value is between 3.0 and 4.5, the waste alcohol mash is organic wastewater with high concentration, deep color and high acidity, the treatment difficulty is high, and the environmental impact is very serious.
At present, the research of preparing artificial soil by Bayer process red mud and cane sugar factory wastes is not available.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a method for preparing artificial soil by using Bayer process red mud and cane sugar factory wastes, so as to achieve the environment-friendly economic benefits of 'treating wastes with wastes and comprehensively utilizing'.
A method for preparing artificial soil by using Bayer process red mud and cane sugar factory wastes comprises the following specific steps:
(1) adding water into waste alcohol mash of a cane sugar factory to dilute to obtain modified liquid;
(2) uniformly mixing Bayer process red mud and cane bagasse of a cane sugar factory to obtain a mixture A;
(3) adding nutrient soil into the mixture A obtained in the step (2), uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture B, then adding the modifying liquid obtained in the step (1) in times to adjust the pH value of the mixture B to 7-8, and stacking for 5-7 days to obtain artificial soil;
the pH value of the modifying liquid in the step (1) is 3.5-5.5;
the weight ratio of the Bayer process red mud to the cane bagasse in the cane sugar factory in the step (2) is (30-40) to 1;
the nutrient soil in the step (3) is flower planting nutrient soil, and comprises organic matters, sandy soil, ferrous sulfate, monopotassium phosphate, diammonium phosphate and other trace elements required by plants;
the adding amount of the nutrient soil in the step (3) is 2-3% of the mass of the mixture;
further, the fiber length of the bagasse in the cane sugar factory in the step (2) is 20-40 mm, and the water content is 30-40%;
furthermore, the method for adding the modifying solution in step (3) in multiple times is to add the modifying solution slowly for multiple times, wherein the adding time is 30-60 min each time, and the interval time is 18-24 h each time.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention utilizes humic acid continuously generated by acid alcohol waste mash and bagasse to neutralize the alkalinity of the red mud, so that the pH value of the mixture is adjusted to 7-8, meanwhile, the bagasse is utilized to improve the porosity and the porosity of the red mud, proper nutrient soil provides a microbial environment for the growth of primary plants, and the prepared artificial soil can be used for forestry, greening, mine reclamation and other purposes.
(2) The method has simple process and easy operation, can prevent the problem that the waste mash of alcohol is directly mixed with the red mud to be hardened, and can treat two harmful substances simultaneously; compared with the fermentation technology, the method of the invention does not need heating, thus saving energy consumption; the method has the advantages of simple management and maintenance, low operating cost and low energy consumption, realizes the purposes of treating wastes with wastes and comprehensively utilizing, can greatly consume the wastes of red mud and cane sugar factories, especially the waste mash of alcohol which is difficult to treat with low cost, and has good environmental benefit and economic benefit.
