Abstract
A cold-storage device is used for cooling articles, and comprises a plurality of cold-storage units which are arranged on the same extension plane and are attached to each other, wherein each cold-storage unit comprises a contact surface which is in contact with the articles; the cold storage unit has elasticity, and can be deformed according to the shape of the article under the condition of contacting with the article. Technical Field
The invention provides a cold accumulation device, a quick cooling box comprising the cold accumulation device and a quick cooling drawer comprising the cold accumulation device.
Background
The existing quick-freezing technology comprises the following steps: (1) the quick freezing is carried out in the refrigerator by prolonging the working time of the compressor, increasing the air intake and prolonging the air blowing time. However, the quick freezing by increasing the wind speed and the wind amount of cold wind accelerates the air drying of food, and meanwhile, the quick freezing effect is poor due to poor heat transfer performance of air. (2) The liquid quick freezing method is to place food directly in cold storage agent or contact food with cold storage bag filled with cold storage agent to quick freeze food. However, in the liquid quick-freezing method used at present, it is difficult for the cold storage bag to be in sufficient contact with the food, and there is always a gap, and it is difficult to achieve the best quick-freezing effect.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. However, these embodiments do not limit the present invention, and structural or functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to these embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a cold storage device 100 for cooling an article.
As shown in fig. 1, the cold storage device 100 includes a plurality of cold storage units 10 arranged on the same extension plane and abutting against each other. The cold storage unit 10 has elasticity, and the cold storage unit 10 is deformable according to the shape of the article in the case of contact with the article. The cold accumulation units 10 respectively comprise a contact surface 11 which is in contact with the articles, and the contact surfaces 11 are also positioned on the same extension surface. In the present embodiment, the contact surfaces 11 are all located on the same plane, but of course, the object of the present invention can be achieved if the contact surfaces 11 are not located on the same plane due to the cold storage unit 10 and other devices being engaged with each other.
The cold storage units 10 are all fixedly arranged on the same fixing element 20 and extend from the fixing element 20 towards the same direction. In the present embodiment, the cold storage unit 10 includes a fixing portion 1 and an accommodating portion 2 extending from the fixing portion 1, the fixing portion 1 is fixed to the fixing member 20, and the accommodating portion 2 extends in the same direction from the fixing portion 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the accommodating portion 2 is convex and includes a first portion 21 and a second portion 22 connecting the first portion 21 and the fixing portion 1, so that the cold storage unit 10 is barbell-shaped as a whole, the fixing portion 1 and the first portion 21 are respectively located at both ends of the second portion 22, and in the present embodiment, the fixing portion 1 and the first portion 21 have the same size.
In addition, since the accommodating part 2 is convex, the second part 22 is long and has a smaller cross section than the first part 21, the second parts 22 are spaced apart from each other and leave a sufficient deformation space. The second portion 22 can be sufficiently bent and deformed to be in sufficient contact with the article when the cold storage unit 10 is deformed. If the receiving portion 2 is in a cylindrical shape, it may be deformed to contact with an object, but the effect achieved by the above structure cannot be achieved.
The contact surface 11 is formed on the side of the first part 21 facing away from the fastening element 20, and the first parts 21 abut against one another. In the present embodiment, the first portions 21 are all rectangular parallelepiped and are arranged in a close array in order.
The accommodating part 2 is hollow and filled with a coolant, and the coolant filled is at least 1/2 of the total capacity of the accommodating part 2, so that the cold storage unit 10 has better refrigeration efficiency. The cold accumulation agent can rapidly refrigerate the articles, and if the cold accumulation unit 10 adopts other modes for refrigeration, the aim of the invention can also be achieved.
The invention also provides a quick cooling box (not shown) for cooling articles, wherein the cold storage device 100 is arranged in the quick cooling box. The quick cooling box comprises a box body and a cover body covering the box body. The box body comprises a bottom plate arranged corresponding to the cover plate 4 and side plates 32 arranged around the bottom plate; the cold storage device 100 is disposed on the cover plate 4 and/or the bottom plate.
Specifically, the cover plate 4 is provided with the cold storage device 100, and the cold storage device 100 extends to the bottom plate in a state that no object is put in; the bottom plate is provided with the cold accumulation device 100, and the cold accumulation device 100 extends to the cover plate 4 under the state that no object is put in; the cold accumulation devices 100 are arranged on the bottom plate and the cover plate 4, and the cold accumulation devices 100 on the bottom plate and the cover plate 4 extend to be in contact with each other in opposite directions in a state that no object is put in.
The quick cooling box is another use mode using the cold accumulation device 100, the specific implementation of the quick cooling box is substantially the same as the quick cooling drawer 300 described below, but the use mode is different, but the installation and the working principle of the cold accumulation device 100 are substantially the same, and therefore, the description is omitted.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the present invention further provides a quick cooling drawer 300 which is drawably disposed in the cabinet and is used for placing articles. The quick cooling drawer 300 comprises a body 3 and a cover plate 4 covering the body 3, wherein the body 3 comprises a bottom plate (not numbered) corresponding to the cover plate 4, a front plate 31, a rear plate (not numbered) and two side plates 32, and the front plate 31, the rear plate (not numbered) and the two side plates surround the periphery of the bottom plate; the cold storage device 100 is arranged on the cover plate 4 and the bottom plate.
Specifically, the cover plate 4 is provided with the cold storage device 100, and the cold storage device 100 extends to the bottom plate in a state that no object is put in; or, the cold storage device 100 as described above is arranged on the bottom plate, and in a state that no object is put in, the cold storage device 100 extends to the cover plate 4; or, the cold storage devices 100 as described above are provided on both the bottom plate and the cover plate 4, and in a state where no object is placed, the cold storage devices 100 on the bottom plate and the cover plate 4 extend to be in contact with each other in opposite directions.
As shown in fig. 3, the end of the cover plate 4 away from the front plate 31 is hinged to the drawer back plate, so that the cover plate 4 can be opened upwards. In this embodiment, when the drawer is pulled out of the box body, the cover plate 4 is gradually turned upwards, so that the drawer is convenient to take or place articles without manual operation. Therefore, the quick cooling drawer 300 includes the telescopic rod 5 supported between the bottom plate or the side plate 32 and the cover plate 4, and in a state where the drawer is drawn out of the cabinet, the telescopic rod 5 is extended to upwardly support the cover plate 4, and in a state where the drawer is retracted into the cabinet, the telescopic rod 5 is shortened to allow the cover plate 4 to cover the quick cooling drawer 300.
The telescopic rods 5 are arranged between the bottom plate and the cover plate 4 and are provided with two ends which are respectively arranged at the two ends of the bottom plate and the two ends of the cover plate 4 close to the side plates 32, so that the cover plate 4 can be better jacked up under the condition that the storage space is not influenced.
In this embodiment, the telescopic rod 5 is a pneumatic rod, the pneumatic rod is an elastic element using gas and liquid as working media, and is composed of a pressure tube, a piston rod and a plurality of connecting pieces, the pressure tube is filled with high-pressure nitrogen, because a through hole is arranged in the piston, the gas pressure at two ends of the piston is equal, the sectional areas at two sides of the piston are different, one end is connected with the piston rod, the other end is not, under the action of the gas pressure, the pressure towards the side with the small sectional area, namely the elasticity of the pneumatic rod is generated, the elasticity can be set by setting different nitrogen pressures or piston rods with different diameters, and therefore, under the action of the pneumatic pressure, the piston rod. Therefore, in this embodiment, the telescopic rod 5 can always have an upward lifting force on the cover plate 4.
Therefore, when the drawer is pushed into the box body, the telescopic rod 5 has upward jacking force on the cover plate 4, but the upper part of the box body presses the cover plate 4; therefore, after the drawer is gradually pulled out of the box body, the telescopic rod 5 is gradually extended under the action of the internal air pressure, and the cover plate 4 is gradually lifted upwards under the action of the supporting force of the telescopic rod 5.
In the present embodiment, the cover plate 4 is provided with a spring sheet 6, the spring sheet 6 is disposed on a side of the cover plate 4 away from the bottom plate, and when the drawer is pushed or pulled, the spring sheet 6 can press against a side edge of the box body and provide a guide, so that the drawer is pushed or pulled more easily. And the spring plate 6 has smooth surface, which can prevent the side edge of the box body from wearing the drawer cover plate 4 in the drawer moving process.
In the present embodiment, the cold storage device 100 is provided on the cover plate 4, and the other cold storage element 30 is formed on the bottom plate so as to protrude toward the cover plate 4 and engage with the cold storage device 100, so that the placed article can be completely wrapped. In the present embodiment, the fixing element 20 is the cover plate 4 of the drawer, and the cold storage units 10 are directly fixed on the cover plate 4, but if the fixing element 20 is another device, the cold storage units 10 are fixed on the cover plate 4 after being fixed on another device, and the purpose of the present invention can also be achieved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, in the quick cooling drawer 300 of the present embodiment, the cold storage device 100 is disposed on the cover plate 4 and supported by the expansion link 5 so as to be conveniently lifted upward. The cold storage unit 10 has a plurality of cold storage units 10 arranged in a row, so that the cold storage units 10 all hang down from top to bottom and are attached to each other. Each cold accumulation unit 10 comprises a fixing part 1 fixed on the fixing element 20 and an accommodating part 2 extending from the fixing part 1, wherein the accommodating part 2 is hollow and provided with a cold accumulation agent, so that the accommodating part 2 naturally hangs down, and the cold accumulation agent can be concentrated below the accommodating part 2, thereby better refrigerating objects below the accommodating part 2.
In addition, under the condition that no article is put in, each cold accumulation unit 10 extends to the bottom plate and is attached to the cold accumulation element 30 on the bottom plate, and after the article is put in, the cold accumulation units 10 and the cold accumulation elements 30 are matched to completely wrap the article. And, the receiving part 2 is in a convex shape and includes a first portion 21 and a second portion 22, and the cold storage agent is at least 1/2 filled in the receiving part 2. When articles are put in, the coolant is extruded towards the fixing part 1, and the accommodating part 2 can be fully deformed, so that the contact surface 11 is completely contacted with the articles, and the best quick cooling effect is achieved. Of course, if the housing 2 is completely filled with the coolant, the housing 2 is convex, and the second portions 22 are spaced apart from each other, so that a sufficient space for deformation remains.
