Background
With the continuous development of science and technology, the requirements of consumers on household appliances are higher and higher, for example, the basic refrigeration and heating functions of an air conditioner are improved to higher requirements on air quality and comfort. The air conditioner can only realize the refrigeration function at first, and can realize the heating function at later stage, but the heating effect of the air conditioner is not consistently recognized by consumers like the refrigeration effect due to the air conditioning principle and the floating of hot air. Present air conditioner generally has upper and lower and horizontal wind-guiding structure, among the prior art, generally adopt straight guide vane, straight guide vane is relatively poor to the guidance quality of air conditioner air-blowing, during the refrigeration, air conditioning can not be at indoor quick flow after passing through adjacent guide vane, lead to indoor cooling slow, simultaneously the air conditioner is when heating, because steam can come up, the hot gas flow can not accurate direction to user's foot, cause the effect of heating poor, consequently, need design an air conditioner throttle wind-guiding structure, strengthen its wind-guiding ability through optimizing the wind-guiding structure of air conditioner, in order to improve the travelling comfort of air conditioner and the functional of throttle wind-guiding.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the throttling air guide structure for the air conditioner, and the comfortableness and the throttling air guide function of the air conditioner are improved through the air guide sheet structure with the vertical and horizontal air guide capability and the air guide cavity arranged on the transverse air guide sheet.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a throttling and air guiding structure for an air conditioner comprises a transverse air guiding structure, a longitudinal air guiding structure and a fixed rod, wherein the transverse air guiding structure is fixedly arranged on the fixed rod and consists of a plurality of transverse air guiding sheets which are arranged in parallel at equal intervals, the transverse air guiding sheets are connected through two symmetrically arranged connecting rods, one surface of each transverse air guiding sheet is a cambered surface, the other surface of each transverse air guiding sheet is a plane, an air guiding cavity is arranged on the plane of each transverse air guiding sheet, the air guiding cavity and the transverse air guiding sheets are of an integral structure, transverse connecting pieces are arranged at two ends of each transverse air guiding sheet, a central notch is arranged on each transverse air guiding sheet, side notches are symmetrically arranged at two sides of each transverse air guiding sheet, rotating shafts are arranged in each central notch and each side notch, the transverse air guiding sheets are fixed on the fixed rod and the connecting rods through connecting strips, and the longitudinal air guiding structure consists of a plurality of longitudinal, and longitudinal connecting pieces are arranged at two ends of the longitudinal air guide sheet.
As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, the fixing rod is fixed in an air conditioner air vent.
As a preferred technical scheme of the present invention, the air guiding cavity has an air inlet and an air outlet at two ends, and the air guiding cavity is connected to the air inlet and the air outlet at two ends through the air guiding cavity.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the upper surface of the air guide cavity is arc-shaped, and the height of the air inlet is 0.3cm-0.5cm higher than that of the air outlet.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the longitudinal connecting piece and the transverse connecting piece are both connected with a central rotating shaft of a motor, and the motor is arranged in the air conditioner.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the connecting strip consists of a fixed ring and a fixed strip, the fixed ring is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and the fixed strip is arranged on the fixed rod and the connecting rod.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the transverse air guide structure is arranged at the front end of the longitudinal air guide structure, and when the transverse air guide sheet and the longitudinal air guide sheet are both vertical to the plane of the air conditioner air outlet, a gap is reserved between the transverse air guide structure and the longitudinal air guide structure, and the length of the gap is 0.5cm-0.8 cm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) one side of the transverse air guide sheet is an arc surface, the plane of the other side of the transverse air guide sheet is provided with an air guide cavity, when air blown out by an air conditioner passes through the space between adjacent transverse air guide plates, because one side of the transverse air guide sheet is the arc surface, the air flow passing clearance is continuously reduced, so that the air flow can easily enter the air guide cavity of the air guide cavity, and because the area of the air inlet is larger than that of the air outlet, the air flow passes through the air guide cavity, namely the process of throttling the air flow, the flow speed of the air flow is increased when the air flow is blown out from the air outlet, the air blown out by the air conditioner has high guidance performance, so that cold air blown out by the air conditioner can quickly flow indoors, the temperature is quickly reduced, and the floating speed of hot air blown out by the air conditioner;
(2) the invention adopts a structure combining a transverse air guide structure and a longitudinal air guide structure, has the capability of simultaneously adjusting the air blown out by the air conditioner up and down and the horizontal wind direction, can quickly guide the air blown out by the air conditioner to all corners of a room through the swinging of the transverse air guide sheet and the longitudinal air guide sheet, accelerates the room temperature adjusting speed, and can perform air conditioning blowing on a specified position in the room only by stopping swinging of the transverse air guide sheet and the longitudinal air guide sheet, thereby meeting the requirements of users under different conditions and improving the comfort level of the use of the air conditioner.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, one surface of the transverse air guiding sheet 4 is an arc surface 6, the other surface is a plane 7, a guiding cavity 8 is arranged on the plane 7 of the transverse air guiding sheet 4, the guiding cavity 8 and the transverse air guiding sheet 4 are of an integrated structure, an air inlet 16 and an air outlet 17 are arranged at two ends of the guiding cavity 8, the guiding cavity 8 is connected with the air inlet 16 and the air outlet 17 at two ends through an air guiding cavity 18, the upper surface of the guiding cavity 8 is arc-shaped, the height of the air inlet 16 is higher than that of the air outlet 170.3cm-0.5cm, when air blown out by an air conditioner passes between adjacent transverse air guiding plates, since one surface of the transverse air guiding sheet 4 is the arc surface 6, the air flow passing gap is continuously reduced, so that the air flow is easy to enter the air guiding cavity 18 of the guiding cavity 8, because the area of the air inlet 16 is larger than that of the air outlet 17, the process of the air, when the air flow is blown out from the air outlet 17, the flow velocity is increased, the air blown out by the air conditioner has high guidance performance, the air conditioner air can rapidly flow indoors, and the air conditioner temperature regulation capacity is greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a central opening 10 is provided on the transverse air guiding sheet 4, side openings 11 are symmetrically provided on two sides of the transverse air guiding sheet 4, rotating shafts 12 are provided in the central opening 10 and the side openings 11, the transverse air guiding sheet 4 is fixed on the fixing rod 3 and the connecting rod 5 through connecting bars 13, the connecting bars 13 are composed of fixing rings 20 and fixing bars 21, the fixing rings 20 are sleeved on the rotating shafts 12, the fixing bars 21 are provided on the fixing rod 3 and the connecting rod 5, and the rotating shafts 12 can rotate in the fixing rings 20, that is, the transverse air guiding sheet 4 rotates, so as to adjust the air direction of the air-conditioned air.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the longitudinal air guiding structure 2 is composed of a plurality of longitudinal air guiding sheets 14 arranged in parallel at equal intervals, longitudinal connecting members 15 are arranged at two ends of the longitudinal air guiding sheets 14, transverse connecting members 9 are arranged at two ends of the transverse air guiding sheets 4, the longitudinal connecting members 15 and the transverse connecting members 9 are both connected with a central rotating shaft 12 of a motor 19, the motor 19 is arranged in the air conditioner, the motor 19 provides power for rotating the air guiding sheets, the motor 19 rotates around a shaft, the air guiding sheets are driven to rotate by the connecting members, the connecting members enable the air guiding sheets to have rotating capacity, and meanwhile, the connecting members fix the air guiding sheets in air conditioner air vents and also play a role in fixing the air guiding sheets.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the transverse air guiding structure 1 is disposed at the front end of the longitudinal air guiding structure 2, and when the transverse air guiding sheet 4 and the longitudinal air guiding sheet 14 are both perpendicular to the air conditioner air outlet plane, a gap is left between the transverse air guiding structure 1 and the longitudinal air guiding structure 2, the length of the gap is 0.5cm-0.8cm, in the working process, the transverse air guiding sheet 4 and the longitudinal air guiding sheet 14 cannot touch each other, when the transverse air guiding sheet 4 and the longitudinal air guiding sheet 14 are both perpendicular to the air conditioner air outlet plane, the distance between the transverse air guiding structure 1 and the longitudinal air guiding structure 2 is the shortest, and at this time, a gap must be left therebetween, so as to maintain a safe distance, prevent touching, and maintain an efficient guiding effect.
It should be added that, the number of the transverse wind guiding plates 4 and the longitudinal wind guiding plates 14 in the above description is not particularly limited, because the transverse wind guiding structure 1 and the longitudinal wind guiding structure 2 are fixedly installed in the air conditioning outlet in the present invention, and the size of the air conditioning outlet is related to the air conditioner itself in practical situations, and is not limited by the present invention.
In summary, the main features of the present invention are:
(1) according to the invention, one surface of the transverse air guide sheet 4 is the cambered surface 6, the plane of the other surface is provided with the air guide cavity 8, when air blown out by an air conditioner passes between adjacent transverse air guide plates, because one surface of the transverse air guide sheet 4 is the cambered surface 6, the air flow passing clearance is continuously reduced, the air flow can easily enter the air guide cavity 18 of the air guide cavity 8, because the area of the air inlet 16 is larger than that of the air outlet 17, the process of the air flow passing through the air guide cavity 18 is a process of throttling the air flow, so that the flow velocity is increased when the air flow is blown out from the air outlet 17, the high guidance property is provided for the air blown out by the air conditioner, cold air blown out by the air conditioner can rapidly flow indoors, the temperature is rapidly reduced, meanwhile, the floating speed of hot air blown out by the air conditioner during heating is slowed down;
(2) the invention adopts a structure combining the transverse air guide structure 1 and the longitudinal air guide structure 2, has the capability of simultaneously adjusting the up-down and horizontal wind directions of the air-conditioning blowing air, can quickly guide the air-conditioning blowing air to each corner of a room through the swinging of the transverse air guide sheet 4 and the longitudinal air guide sheet 14, accelerates the room temperature adjusting speed, and can perform air-conditioning blowing on a specified position in the room only by stopping swinging of the transverse air guide sheet 4 and the longitudinal air guide sheet 14, thereby meeting the requirements of users under different conditions and improving the comfort level of the air-conditioning use.
