The locking device of claim 1, wherein the first handle member further comprises a first handle and a locking assembly, the first handle is mounted within and hingedly connected to the first lock collar, one end of the first handle passes through the first lock collar and is hingedly connected to the first ram assembly, the other end of the first handle is connected to the first lock collar via the locking assembly, and the locking assembly selectively restricts the position of the first handle relative to the first lock collar.

The lock apparatus of claim 2, wherein the lock assembly comprises a lock housing, a lock cylinder, and a lock member, the lock housing is fixedly mounted in the first handle, the lock cylinder is mounted in the lock housing and rotatably coupled to the lock housing, and the lock cylinder is coupled to the lock member to selectively drive the lock member to abut against the first lock plate.

The locking device of claim 1 wherein the second handle member includes a second handle mounted within the second lock collar and hingedly connected to the second lock collar, a second ram assembly connected to the lock collar link, a second lock collar including a twisting member mounted on the second lock collar and rotatably connected to the second lock collar, and a safety assembly fixedly connected to the twisting member and selectively engageable with the handle to prevent rotation of the second handle relative to the second lock collar.
5. The locking device according to claim 4, wherein the second ejector rod assembly comprises an ejector rod body, a limiting member and a first elastic member, the first elastic member is sleeved on the ejector rod body and abuts against the limiting member, the limiting member is fixedly connected with the second lock disc, one end of the ejector rod body is hinged to the second handle, and the other end of the ejector rod body passes through the limiting member and is connected with the lock disc connecting rod.

The locking device of claim 1, wherein the swinging arm member comprises a first swinging portion, a connecting portion and a second swinging portion, the first swinging portion is fixedly connected with the second swinging portion through the connecting portion, the connecting portion is rotatably connected with the lock body housing, the first swinging portion is connected with the second elastic member, and the second swinging portion is connected with the first unlocking member.

The locking device of claim 1, wherein the first lock further comprises a trigger and a warning unit, the trigger is movably mounted in the accommodating cavity and connected to the warning unit, and when the bolt extends into the accommodating cavity and abuts against the trigger, the trigger controls the warning unit to send a warning.
