Detailed Description
The following disclosure provides many different embodiments, or examples, for implementing different features of the invention. In order to simplify the present disclosure, components and arrangements of specific examples are described below. They are, of course, merely examples and are not intended to limit the invention. Furthermore, the present invention may repeat reference numerals and/or letters in the various examples, which are for the purpose of brevity and clarity, and which do not themselves indicate the relationship between the various embodiments and/or arrangements discussed. In addition, the present invention provides examples of various specific processes and materials, but one of ordinary skill in the art will recognize the application of other processes and/or the use of other materials.
Referring to fig. 1-11, a helicopter with a door switch protection structure provided by an embodiment of the invention includes a cabin 1 and a door 2, the cabin 1 is provided with an inlet and an outlet 11, and the door 2 movably closes the inlet and the outlet 11. The cabin body 1 is provided with a limiting piece 12, the limiting piece 12 is close to the inlet and outlet 11, the limiting piece 12 sequentially comprises a first limiting surface 121 and a second limiting surface 122 from the inlet and outlet 11 to the direction away from the inlet and outlet 11, the first limiting surface 121 is connected with the second limiting surface 122, the first limiting surface 121 is a curved surface arched towards the direction away from the cabin body 1, and the second limiting surface 122 is a plane inclined with the surface of the cabin body 1. The door body 2 is provided with the movable assembly 21 that corresponds with locating part 12 near one side of the cabin body 1, the door body 2 is seted up flutedly, the movable assembly 21 includes base 211 and movable part 212, base 211 and recess fixed cooperation, the stiff end 2121 of movable part 212 passes through torsional spring 213 and base 211 rotation to be connected, the movable end 2122 rotation of movable part 212 is provided with gyro wheel 2123, movable part 212 inclines to the direction that is close to the cabin body 1 from stiff end 2121 to movable end 2122 to set up, the movable part 212 is formed with step structure 2124, step structure 2124 and base 211 cooperation keep movable part 212 stable.
The helicopter is provided with the big and small door structure, and the inlets and the outlets 11 with different sizes can be used according to different requirements; meanwhile, in the opening process of the door body 2, the movable assembly 21 is matched with the limiting piece 12 to play a role in buffering the door body 2, so that the door body 2 is prevented from being damaged by impact caused by the excessive opening limit of the door body 2.
Specifically, when the door body 2 in the present embodiment is in the closed state, the door body 2 is not in contact with the limiting member 12, the movable component 21 is not in contact with the cabin body 1, and the corresponding locking structures on the cabin body 1 and the door body 2 are matched with each other to fix the door body 2 on the cabin body 1 to close the inlet and outlet 11, and at this time, the torsion spring 213 is in the original state and does not undergo elastic deformation. In the process of pulling the door body 2 open, in the process of moving the door body 2, the roller 2123 on the movable piece 212 firstly contacts the first limiting surface 121 and rolls along the radian of the first limiting surface 121, meanwhile, the movable piece 212 is extruded by the limiting piece 12 to shrink towards the inside of the groove, the torsion spring 213 connecting the movable piece 212 and the base 211 is elastically deformed, elastic force for driving the movable piece 212 to recover towards the cabin 1 is generated, and the movable piece 212 and the limiting piece 12 contact to slow down the moving speed of the door body 2, so that hard contact between the door body 2 and the cabin 1 is avoided. After the roller 2123 rolls over to the second limiting surface 122, the torsion spring 213 is restored to the original state. Under the condition that no external force is applied, the second limiting surface 122 abuts against the movable piece 212, so that the door body 2 cannot move, and the stability of the door body 2 in the opened state is ensured.
In some embodiments, the stop 12 is spaced from the door body 2.
Thus, in the moving process of the door body 2, the limiting piece 12 cannot interfere with other structures on the door body 2, and the smoothness of opening and closing of the door body 2 cannot be affected.
In some embodiments, the second stop surface 122 abuts against the roller 2123 to limit movement of the door 2 relative to the pod 1.
Further, when the door 2 needs to be closed, the door is pulled forcefully to force the roller 2123 and the second limiting surface 122 to rotate, and the movable piece 212 is pressed towards the bottom of the groove, so that the movable piece 212 turns over the limiting piece 12, the limitation on the door 2 is released, and the door 2 can be closed smoothly.
In some embodiments, the movable end 2122 is closer to the outer surface of the nacelle 1 than the fixed end 2121.
So, in the door body 2 moving process, the movable end 2122 contacts the limiting part 12 earlier than the fixed end 2121 and enables the limiting part 12 to move towards the bottom direction of the groove, meanwhile, the torsional spring 213 is enabled to elastically deform, the elastic force is provided for the movable part 212 to restore to the original position, the moving speed of the door body 2 is slowed down, the door body 2 and the cabin body 1 are enabled to be in soft contact when the door body 2 is opened, and the door body 2 is prevented from being damaged.
In some embodiments, the moveable member 212 is spaced from the base 211 near an end of the moveable end 2122.
In this way, in the process that the movable piece 212 is extruded by the limiting piece 12 to rotate towards the bottom of the groove, the movable piece 212 cannot interfere with the base 211, and smooth movement of the movable piece 212 is guaranteed.
Specifically, the locus of rotation of the end of the movable member 212 near the movable end 2122 does not interfere with the base 211.
In some embodiments, the cabin 1 is provided with a first guide rail 22, and the door 2 is slidably disposed on the first guide rail 22.
In this way, the door body 2 is conveniently opened and closed.
In some embodiments, the door body 2 is provided with a sub-inlet and outlet 11, the inner side of the door body 2 is provided with a second guide rail 23, and the sub-door body 24 is slidably arranged on the second guide rail 23.
Thus, the helicopter in the embodiment forms a big and small door structure, and personnel can use a big door or a small door according to actual demands.
Further, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the corresponding positions of the sub-door body 24 and the cabin body 1 are provided with a limiting structure 30 which has the same structure as the limiting piece 12 and the movable component 21 of the gate. The limiting structure 30 reduces the speed of the small door in the opening process, realizes soft contact, and avoids damage caused by collision with the cabin body 1. Since the limit structure 30 and the limit buffer structure of the gate have the same working principle, the description thereof will not be repeated here.
In summary, the working principle of the helicopter with the door switch protection structure in the present embodiment is approximately as follows:
when the door body is opened, the door body moves along the first guide rail to expose the inlet and the outlet, the movable component on the door body contacts the limiting piece on the cabin body, and the limiting piece props against the movable piece, so that the opening speed of the door body is slowed down, and the door body is prevented from being in hard contact with the cabin body;
the roller on the movable piece continuously rolls along the first limiting surface of the limiting piece, meanwhile, the movable piece is pressed to rotate towards the bottom of the groove, and after the roller turns over the limiting piece, the torsion spring drives the movable piece to elastically restore to the original position, so that the second limiting surface abuts against the movable piece, and the door body is kept static;
meanwhile, the small door is arranged on the door body, and the structure which is the same as the structure of the door opening buffer assembly is arranged on the small door, so that hard contact with the door body in the opening process of the small door is avoided, damage to the small door and/or the door body is avoided, and the service life of the door body and/or the cabin body is prolonged.
While embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: many changes, modifications, substitutions and variations may be made to the embodiments without departing from the spirit and principles of the invention, the scope of which is defined by the claims and their equivalents.
