Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent device according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the smart device includes a processor 40, a memory 41, a display 42, a camera 43, an input device 44, and an output device 45; the number of the processors 40 in the intelligent device can be one or more, and one processor 40 is taken as an example in fig. 4; the number of the cameras 43 in the intelligent device may be one or more, and fig. 4 takes one camera 43 as an example; the processor 40, the memory 41, the display 42, the camera 43, the input device 44 and the output device 45 in the smart device may be connected by a bus or other means, and the bus connection is taken as an example in fig. 4.
Memory 41, as a computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the exercise guidance device in embodiments of the present invention (e.g., plan retrieval module 301, action display module 302, and action comparison module 303 in the exercise guidance device). The processor 40 executes various functional applications and data processing of the smart device by executing software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 41, so as to implement the above-mentioned fitness guidance method.
The memory 41 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the smart device, and the like. Further, the memory 41 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, memory 41 may further include memory located remotely from processor 40, which may be connected to the smart device via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
A display screen 42 for displaying an action tutorial associated with the fitness plan; and also for displaying the malfunction portion and the malfunction data.
A camera 43 for shooting the action content executed by the user based on the action tutorial; and is also used for shooting the posture data of the user.
The input device 44 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function controls of the smart device. The output device 45 may include an audio playing device such as a player.
The intelligent device provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the fitness guidance method provided by any embodiment, and has corresponding functions and beneficial effects.
EXAMPLE five
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, perform a fitness coaching method, the fitness coaching method comprising:
calling a fitness plan of the user based on the attribute information of the user;
displaying an action course related to the fitness plan, and synchronously acquiring action contents, shot by at least one camera, of a user executed based on the action course;
and comparing the action course with the action content, and determining whether to prompt the user to correct the action content according to the comparison result.
Of course, the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the present invention contains computer-executable instructions, and the computer-executable instructions are not limited to the operations of the fitness guidance method described above, and may also perform related operations in the fitness guidance method provided by any embodiment of the present invention, and have corresponding functions and advantages.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is obvious for those skilled in the art that the present invention can be implemented by software and necessary general hardware, and certainly, can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a FLASH Memory (FLASH), a hard disk or an optical disk of a computer, and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the fitness guidance method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the fitness guidance device, the included units and modules are merely divided according to the functional logic, but are not limited to the above division as long as the corresponding functions can be realized; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, although the present invention has been described in greater detail by the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (9)

1. A method of fitness guidance, comprising:
acquiring user posture data shot by at least one camera;
determining health information of the user according to the user posture data, wherein the health information comprises a difference value between the user body type and a standard body type and a difference degree between each user part and a corresponding standard part;
making a fitness plan of the user according to the health information;
determining attribute information of a user, and storing the attribute information and the fitness plan in an associated manner;
calling a fitness plan of the user based on attribute information of the user, wherein the attribute information of the user is user posture data, and the user posture data comprises: side body state data, front body state data and back body state data;
displaying an action course related to the fitness plan, and synchronously acquiring action content, shot by at least one camera, executed by the user based on the action course;
comparing the action tutorial with the action content, and determining whether to prompt the user to correct the action content according to a comparison result;
determining health information of the user according to the user posture data, wherein the health information comprises the following steps: and calculating user data according to the user posture data, and comparing the user data with standard data to obtain the health information of the user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the comparing the course of action to the content of the action and determining whether to prompt the user to modify the content of the action based on the comparison comprises:
acquiring motion data of at least one target part of a target object in the motion course;
acquiring action data of at least one user part with the same position as the target part in the action content;
and comparing the action data of the target part with the action data of the user part to determine whether to prompt the user to correct the action content according to the comparison result.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the user is prompted to correct the action content according to the comparison result, acquiring a wrong action part and wrong action data in the comparison result;
and displaying the error action part and the error action data so as to enable the user to correct the action content.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and updating the user posture data according to a set time interval, and adjusting the fitness plan according to the updated user posture data.
5. A fitness guidance device, comprising:
the body posture data acquisition module is used for acquiring body posture data of the user shot by at least one camera before the body-building plan of the user is called based on the attribute information of the user;
the health information determining module is used for calculating user data according to the user posture data, comparing the user data with standard data to obtain the health information of the user, wherein the health information comprises the difference value between the user body type and the standard body type and the difference degree between each user part and the corresponding standard part;
the fitness plan making module is used for making a fitness plan of the user according to the health information;
the storage module is used for determining the attribute information of the user and associating and storing the attribute information with the fitness plan;
the plan retrieving module is used for retrieving the fitness plan of the user based on attribute information of the user, wherein the attribute information of the user is user posture data, and the user posture data comprises: side body state data, front body state data and back body state data;
the action display module is used for displaying an action course related to the fitness plan and synchronously acquiring action content, shot by at least one camera, executed by the user based on the action course;
and the action comparison module is used for comparing the action tutorial with the action content and determining whether to prompt the user to correct the action content according to a comparison result.
6. A fitness guidance device according to claim 5, wherein the motion comparison module comprises:
the first data acquisition unit is used for acquiring motion data of at least one target part of a target object in the motion course;
a second data acquisition unit, configured to acquire motion data of at least one user part having the same position as the target part in the motion content;
and the comparison unit is used for comparing the motion data of the target part with the motion data of the user part so as to determine whether to prompt the user to correct the motion content according to the comparison result.
7. The exercise guidance device of claim 6, further comprising:
the error data acquisition module is used for acquiring an error action part and error action data in a comparison result if the user is prompted to correct the action content according to the comparison result;
and the error data display module is used for displaying the error action part and the error action data so as to enable the user to correct the action content.
8. A smart device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs;
a display for displaying an action tutorial associated with the fitness plan;
the camera is used for shooting action content executed by a user based on the action tutorial;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the fitness guidance method of any one of claims 1-4.
9. A storage medium containing computer-executable instructions for performing the fitness guidance method of any one of claims 1-4 when executed by a computer processor.
