The self-learning fitness plan generating system of claim 1, wherein: the adjustment rule comprises the interval time for the fitness coach to modify the training scheme information and the variation value of the body composition of the fitness user and the variation difference value of the exercise heart rate in the interval time, and the adjustment rule further comprises the variation value of the exercise amount of the fitness coach when the training scheme information of the fitness user is adjusted every time.
