The measurement management module can control the laser scanning mechanism, control the switch of the laser and the movement of the movement mechanism, and complete the collection of the laser scanning image of the fingernail by matching with the camera. The information and data connection between the intelligent terminal device and the spray painting device can be realized in a wireless mode, such as a Bluetooth or other wireless communication modes, and can also be realized in a wired mode. The information transmitted between the spray painting management module in the nail painting APP module of the intelligent terminal device and the control module of the spray painting device comprises a device switch control command and a stepping motor control command.
The spray painting device further comprises a spray painting device which can be connected with the cloud end through the server end, spray painting printing can be carried out on nail art patterns transmitted by the intelligent terminal and/or the cloud server end, the spray painting device specifically comprises a painting mechanism, and the painting mechanism can paint dye on the surface of a nail. The painting mechanism comprises a painting executing mechanism, the painting executing mechanism comprises a spray head and/or a painting brush which can spray micro dye liquid drops, and the painting executing mechanism also comprises a moving mechanism which drives the painting executing mechanism to move, and the moving mechanism can drive the spray head and/or the painting brush to move and rotate in a three-dimensional space so as to paint the dye on the surface of the nail. The painting mechanism also comprises a dye and an auxiliary mechanism. The spray painting device of the invention comprises at least one mirror assembly, which comprises at least one mirror and/or prism. A plurality of reflectors and/or prisms are arranged at different positions around the nail, with included angles between different reflectors. The plurality of reflectors can reflect the images of the nails from a plurality of different angles, combine the images of the nails from the different angles into one picture and further simultaneously reflect the images to the camera of the intelligent terminal device, so that the camera of the intelligent terminal device can record multi-angle images of the nails in one image, namely one picture. The spray painting device comprises at least one intelligent terminal equipment limiting mechanism, and the intelligent terminal equipment can be placed and fixed on the intelligent terminal equipment limiting mechanism, so that the camera is just positioned at a position capable of receiving the image of the reflector. The spray painting device can also comprise a laser scanning mechanism. The laser scanning mechanism comprises at least one linear and/or punctiform laser generating device. The laser scanning mechanism comprises at least one motion mechanism, and the motion mechanism can drive the laser generating device to do linear movement and/or rotary movement, so that the laser spot can sweep the fingernail of the user. The laser spot image is finally projected in the camera through the reflection of the reflector component, and the camera shoots a laser image. And with the movement of the linear laser or the point laser, the camera sequentially records a plurality of laser spot pictures at preset time intervals. The laser scanning mechanism comprises a net-shaped laser generating device which can generate a net-shaped laser pattern. The mesh shape can be rectangular, triangular, hexagonal, etc. When the reticular laser is irradiated on a plane, the laser grid pattern is not deformed and keeps the original shape. This original image can be used as a standard reference image. When the reticular laser is irradiated on the fingernail and the finger, the laser grid pattern is deformed because the fingernail has radian and height change, and the deformed laser grid pattern can be shot and used as a measuring image. Comparing the laser grids in the standard reference image and the measurement image allows the three-dimensional shape of the nail to be calculated. The spray painting device comprises at least one infrared light source and is used for providing infrared illumination when the finger is photographed. The infrared rays can penetrate through the fingernails to irradiate human tissues below the fingernails and transmit the human tissues, so that the camera can shoot infrared photographs of the human tissues for diagnosing the health condition of the human body. The spray painting device comprises at least one finger limiting mechanism, and the finger limiting mechanism can fix and limit the position of a finger to measure and/or paint. The spray painting device comprises a control module, and the control module can establish data connection with the intelligent terminal device, receive a control instruction of the intelligent terminal device and control the work of other modules. The control module may or may not include a memory device that can be used to store the painted embodiment. The control module comprises a painting control module, and the painting control module can receive control information sent by the spray painting management module in the nail art APP from the intelligent terminal device and control the movement of the movement mechanism in the painting execution mechanism and the work of the spray head and the painting brush. The spray painting device can also comprise one or more image acquisition devices, the image acquisition devices arranged in the spray painting device are connected to the intelligent terminal device in a wired or wireless mode, and the nail APP in the intelligent terminal device controls the work of the image acquisition devices through the measurement management module. The image acquisition equipment in the spray painting device and the camera on the intelligent terminal device are all the components of the image acquisition device. The spray painting device also comprises an ultraviolet light source, and the ultraviolet irradiation can accelerate the hardening of the painting material which can be hardened after the ultraviolet irradiation.
The server side is connected with the intelligent terminal device and/or the spray painting device, the connection can be in a cloud server side connection mode, information exchange between the server side and the intelligent terminal device and/or the spray painting device is achieved through the cloud, the design experience of the App side is completed, and after the user confirms the cloud server side, an order can be generated and submitted to a cloud platform. The order data of each user can be stored in a cloud database, and a structured data record is formed in the database, wherein the structured data record comprises: a. number of hands (left or right); b. finger number (from thumb to pinky); c. a digital file of a background picture; d. the pattern region information of the selected fingernail surface in the background picture comprises: i. rotating angle, ii, scaling, iii, cutting out local pattern of the area by the nail surface outline; e. brightness and contrast of the cut-out region f. And when the order is generated, if the user selects the self-taking mode of the physical store, prompting the user of information such as the position, the working time, the contact information and the like of the physical store which can be selected. Such orders are automatically sent to the target brick-and-mortar store after submission; and after the target entity store receives the prompt message and confirms the prompt message, the cloud printer can download the order data of the cloud end and drive the nail art printer to print.
As an optimization of this embodiment, the server further includes at least one nail pattern gallery, where the nail pattern gallery includes a database for storing nail patterns, transmitting nail patterns to the intelligent terminal device, and receiving nail pattern information selected by the user. The nail pattern gallery comprises at least one free gallery for managing, storing and issuing free nail patterns. The nail pattern gallery comprises at least one charge gallery for managing and storing charged nail patterns. The nail pattern gallery comprises at least one user uploading gallery used for managing and storing the nail patterns uploaded by the user through the nail beautifying APP module. The nail pattern includes a pattern, an image, a painting effect figure, a photograph, etc. which can be painted on the nail. Part and/or all of the nail pattern gallery can also be disposed in the smart terminal device. The server side comprises at least one nail three-dimensional shape calculation module, the nail three-dimensional shape calculation module can receive nail images and/or laser images transmitted by the nail APP module measurement management module of the intelligent terminal device, the positions of the nails are identified from the images, and the three-dimensional shapes of the nails are measured. The nail three-dimensional shape calculation module can also be arranged in a nail art APP module of the intelligent terminal device. The server side comprises at least one painting implementation generation module which can calculate the painting implementation according to the three-dimensional shapes of the patterns and the fingernails selected by the user. The painting implementation scheme comprises color selection, moving tracks, rotating angles, painting, ascending or descending and control information of a moving mechanism of a nozzle and/or a painting brush of a painting mechanism of the inkjet device. The painting implementation generation module can also be arranged in a nail art APP module of the smart terminal device. The server side comprises at least one health management module, the health management module can identify the information of the fingernails of the users according to the uploaded images of the fingernails of the users so as to judge the health conditions of the users, and the information of the fingernails of the users comprises colors, shapes, textures, blood flowing conditions under the fingernails and the like. The blood flow under the fingernail of the user can be obtained from the infrared image information included in the nail photograph. All and/or departments of the health management module can be arranged in the nail art APP module of the intelligent terminal equipment.
The server side in the real-time nail art design system further comprises at least one user management module, and the user management module comprises at least one user database for recording information of users. The user management module can record personal information of the user. The personal information comprises age, health condition, mobile phone number, internet access place, internet access behavior, browsing and clicking behavior and the like. The user management module comprises at least one user analysis module, and the user analysis module can analyze the personal information of the user through big data technology so as to obtain the personal preference, the consumption capability, the purchase demand and the like of the user. The user management module comprises at least one information pushing module, and the information pushing module can accurately push various information to the user according to the analysis result of the personal information of the user, wherein the information comprises but is not limited to advertisements and various information. The man-machine interaction management module of the intelligent terminal equipment nail art APP module can record behavior data such as browsing, clicking and the like of a user when the information pushing module browses to transmit information, and transmits the behavior data to the user analysis module of the user management module at the server end, so that the preference of the user on the pushed information is analyzed through a big data technology in real time, and the content of the pushed information is adjusted in real time.
The embodiment also provides a nail art method based on the real-time nail art design system, which comprises the following steps:
a. connecting the intelligent terminal equipment with the spray painting device;
b. starting a nail beautifying application in the intelligent terminal equipment, and establishing connection with a server side;
c. a user browses and selects nail art patterns in a gallery of a server side and/or an intelligent terminal through a man-machine interaction management module of nail art application; carrying out personalized design on the selected nail beautifying pattern in a nail beautifying application operation mode;
d. a user operates a measurement management module in the nail art application, and the measurement management module controls a nail information acquisition module to finish acquisition of nail information;
e. the acquisition module transmits the acquired nail information of the user to the nail three-dimensional shape calculation module; the nail three-dimensional shape calculation module calculates the three-dimensional shape of the user nail, records and stores the three-dimensional shape information, and transmits the three-dimensional shape information to the painting implementation scheme generation module;
f. the painting implementation scheme generating module calculates a painting implementation scheme according to the three-dimensional shape of the fingernail of the user and the fingernail pattern selected by the user, and transmits the painting implementation scheme to a painting management module in the fingernail application in the intelligent terminal device;
g. the spray painting management module controls the spray painting device to paint the complete nail patterns;
wherein step a can be carried out after any of steps b to f; wherein the sequence of the step d and the steps e and f can be before the step c.
Fig. 5 to 7 are schematic diagrams of an overall structure of an inkjet device in a real-time nail design system according to another embodiment of the present invention, in this embodiment, the inkjet device can perform inkjet printing on nail patch sets on nail patterns transmitted by an intelligent terminal and/or a cloud server, and an inkjet management module can establish information connection with a control module of the inkjet device and transmit a control instruction to the control module. The control instructions comprise control instructions such as control instructions of each sub-module in the spray painting device, switch of the sub-mechanism, displacement rotation of the movement mechanism, whether spray painting is performed on a spray head of the spray painting mechanism, and the like, and further, the spray painting device in the embodiment comprises a box body 300, a movable bottom plate 400, a fixed plate 500 and a fine adjustment assembly 600, wherein the fixed plate 500 is used for fixing a nail patch group to be printed, specifically, a space for accommodating a printing device is arranged in the box body 300, an opening 301 corresponding to the movable bottom plate 400 is formed in one side surface of the box body, the movable bottom plate 400 can enter or be pushed out from the opening 301 under an operation instruction, and a drawer type structure; the fixing plate 500 is disposed on the upper surface of the movable bottom plate 400, and can move synchronously with the moving bottom plate 400 entering or pushing out of the opening 301, so that the fixing plate 500 and the movable bottom plate 400 enter or push out of the box 300 synchronously, when the fixing plate 500 and the movable bottom plate 400 enter the box 300 and seal the opening 301, the printing operation is started, and when the fixing plate 500 and the movable bottom plate 400 push out of the opening 301, the nail patch set is fixedly mounted; further, in order to reduce the influence of the position of the nail patch set on the printing precision, in the present embodiment, a fine adjustment assembly 600 is further provided, the fine adjustment assembly 600 is disposed on the bottom surface of the fixing plate 500 and connected to the upper surface of the moving base plate 400, that is, disposed between the moving base plate 400 and the fixing plate 500, and the relative position between the moving base plate 400 and the fixing plate 500 can be adjusted through the fine adjustment assembly 600, because the position and the movement track of the moving base plate 400 relative to the box 300 are fixed, and the relative position of the fixing plate 500 relative to the moving base plate 400 is adjusted, and the relative position of the fixing plate 500 and the box 300 is adjusted, so that the fine adjustment of the position of the nail patch set on the fixing plate 500 relative to the box 300 is.

As shown in fig. 9, which is a schematic view illustrating an overall structure of the movable base plate 400 in the present embodiment, in order to realize the adjustment of the relative position between the movable base plate 400 and the fixed plate 500 through the fine adjustment assembly 600, here the movable base plate 400 includes a sealing plate 401, a sliding rod groove 402, a through hole 403 and a connection hole 404, specifically, the sealing plate 401 and the sliding rod groove 402 are respectively disposed on two opposite ends of the movable base plate 400, and the sealing plate 401 is an extension plate provided with one end of the movable base plate 400 perpendicular to the length direction of the plate, the protruding surface of the extension plate is further provided with a hand fastener 401a for external operation, an operator can push or pull the movable bottom plate 400 into or out of the opening 301 through the hand fastener 401a, and the size of the sealing plate 401 is matched with the size of the opening 301, when the movable bottom plate 400 is pushed into the opening 301, the movable bottom plate is limited by the sealing plate 401 and seals the opening 301, so that the nail patch group is printed; the slide bar slot 402 is formed by extending the other end of the moving base plate 400 outward, the slide bar 303 corresponding to the slide bar slot 402 is disposed in the accommodating space of the box 300, the slide bar 303 is inserted into the slide bar slot 402 to realize the pushing out or entering of the moving base plate 400, the through holes 403 and the connecting holes 404 are disposed on the upper surface of the moving base plate 400, in this embodiment, as an optimization, the four connecting holes 404 are symmetrically disposed around the through holes 403, the through holes 403 are circular, and the connecting holes 404 are connected to the fine adjustment assembly 600.
As shown in fig. 10 to 11, which are schematic diagrams of an overall structure of the fixing plate 500 of the present embodiment, wherein fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of an upper surface of the fixing plate 500, fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of a bottom surface of the fixing plate 500, the upper surface of the fixing plate 500 of the present embodiment includes a fixing protrusion 501, the bottom surface of the fixing plate 500 includes a receiving groove 502, a rotating shaft 503, a limiting member 504, and an arc-shaped groove 505, specifically, the fixing protrusion 501 is protrusions symmetrically arranged on the upper surface of the fixing plate 500 in a certain order for limiting and fixing the nail patch set on the upper surface of the fixing plate 500 to prevent the nail patch set from falling down, and the bottom surface of the fixing plate 500 is connected to the movable bottom plate 400 through a fine adjustment assembly 600, wherein the receiving groove 502 is a groove disposed on the bottom surface of the fixing plate 500 and having two opposite triangular vertexes, similar to a, the rotating shaft 503 corresponds to the four connecting holes 404 on the moving base plate 400, the connection between the moving base plate 400 and the fixed plate 500 is realized through the connection between the connecting holes 404 and the rotating shaft 503, and arc-shaped grooves 505 are further arranged at the rotating shafts 503 at the four corners to increase the groove space at the rotating shaft 503; the position-limiting member 504 is disposed at a central symmetry point of the accommodating groove 502 for limiting the fine-tuning assembly 600 in the accommodating groove 502.
Referring to fig. 12-15, which are schematic views of the overall structure of the fine tuning assembly 600 in the present embodiment, referring to fig. 12, which shows that the fine tuning assembly 600 is located in the receiving groove 502 and is limited by the limiting member 504, in order to realize the relative displacement between the fixed plate 500 and the movable base plate 400, the fine adjustment assembly 600 further includes an adjustment knob 601, a first synchronous belt 602, a second synchronous belt 603, a first positioning protrusion 604 and a second positioning protrusion 605, and specifically, referring to fig. 13, the fine adjustment assembly 600 is disposed in the receiving groove 502, and the size of the groove is corresponding to the size of the groove, the first synchronous belt 602 and the second synchronous belt 603 form a structure with two opposite triangular vertexes, and the vertexes are connected with the adjusting knob 601 together, the adjusting knob 601 can pass through the limiting member 504 and be positioned in the through hole 403 on the bottom surface of the moving base plate 400, and an operator can rotate the adjusting knob 601 through the through hole; further, a first positioning protrusion 604 is disposed at the other two bottom corners of the triangle formed by the first synchronous belt 602, a second positioning protrusion 605 is disposed at the other two bottom corners of the triangle formed by the second synchronous belt 603, and the first positioning protrusion 604 and the second positioning protrusion 605 are both located in the arc-shaped groove 505 and connected to the rotating shaft 503, referring to fig. 14, the adjusting knob 601 further includes an operation table 601a, a forward unidirectional gear 601b and a reverse unidirectional gear 601c, wherein the operation table 601a is located in the through hole 403 of the bottom surface, the forward unidirectional gear 601b and the reverse unidirectional gear 601c are located in the accommodating groove 502 and respectively connected to the first synchronous belt 602 and the second synchronous belt 603, the forward unidirectional gear 601b is connected to the operation table 601a through a forward unidirectional bearing to realize forward unidirectional rotation of the forward unidirectional gear 601b, the reverse unidirectional gear 601c is connected to the operation table 601a through a reverse unidirectional bearing to realize reverse unidirectional rotation of the reverse unidirectional gear 601c, the one-way bearing is a bearing that can rotate freely in one direction and is locked in the other direction, by which only one of the first and second timing belts 602 and 603 is driven when the operation adjusting knob 601 is rotated in one direction, for example: when the adjusting knob 601 rotates clockwise, the first synchronous belt 602 is driven to rotate while the second synchronous belt 603 does not rotate, otherwise, the adjusting knob 601 rotates counterclockwise, the second synchronous belt 603 is driven to rotate while the first synchronous belt 602 does not rotate; referring to fig. 15, the first positioning protrusion 604 and the second positioning protrusion 605 have the same structure, and schematically illustrated as the first positioning protrusion 604, the first positioning protrusion 604 further includes a rotating boss 604a and an eccentric rotating shaft 604b, wherein the eccentric rotating shaft 604b is disposed at a non-central position on the surface of the rotating boss 604a to form an eccentric structure, and the eccentric rotating shaft 604b is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 503, due to the eccentric structure, when the eccentric rotating shaft 604b rotates, the rotating boss 604a rotates asymmetrically and is displaced eccentrically with respect to the fixed end, while four eccentric rotating shafts 604b at four corners are disposed in the arc-shaped groove 505 and are correspondingly connected to the rotating shaft 503, the rotating boss 604a is connected to the connecting hole 404 on the upper surface of the moving base plate 400, when the rotating boss 604a rotates eccentrically, an eccentric force is generated with respect to the moving base plate 400, and the moving base plate 400 is fixed, because of the relative, the fixed plate 500 without fixing can move, meanwhile, the unidirectional movement of the adjusting knob 601 can only drive one of the first synchronous belt 602 and the second synchronous belt 603, when the first synchronous belt 602 rotates, the first positioning protrusions 604 which are symmetrically arranged can generate relative displacement, fine adjustment of the upper end, the lower end, the left end and the right end of the fixed plate 500 is realized, similarly, when the second synchronous belt 603 rotates, the second positioning protrusions 605 which are symmetrically arranged can generate relative displacement, fine adjustment of the other end of the fixed plate 500 in the upper direction, the left end and the right end is realized, therefore, the adjusting knob 601 can be rotated repeatedly in the positive direction and the reverse direction, and the position of the nail sticker is reduced, so that the printing precision is greatly influenced. Further, a longitudinal infrared generator and a transverse infrared generator are further arranged at the opening 301, and respectively emit infrared rays of the transverse line A and the longitudinal line B onto the surface of the fixing plate 500, so as to adjust the accurate positioning of the nail patch group.
