Through investigation, the BOG main pipe is provided with a plurality of shower guide pipes, but no shower guide valve is arranged, and the BOG main pipe is only sealed by a blind plate. The liquid discharge method considered in the early stage all needs a large amount of nitrogen to be pushed to be discharged into a tank or a torch, but because the height of a pipeline is irregular, the liquid in the pipeline is difficult to keep the plunger effect, the nitrogen is difficult to discharge from the surface of the liquid, the liquid discharge effect is difficult to achieve, and a large amount of nitrogen is wasted and polluted by the environment, so that the production task is very serious.

The containing cavity is provided with a liquid outlet 9 and an exhaust valve 10. The accommodating cavity 8 is also provided with an exhaust valve. The outer edge of the accommodating cavity 8 and the outer edge of the upper cover 11 are fixed together through a clamping bolt 12.
The device adopts the same material and pressure grade material as the guide drenches, if for low temperature LNG, need to adopt stainless steel material. The installation of the device also takes into account sealing issues, such as for LNG, mainly comprising 3 locations:
1) Sealing the connection point of the two halves of the upper cover can be made of PTFE plates;
2) The sealing between the upper cover and the guide shower after the upper cover is connected can be designed into a sealing mode of a packing gland and PTFE packing;
3) The flange of the upper accommodating cavity is sealed, and the flange is required to be processed into a standard flange form when the flange is freely installed on the guide shower, so that the flange is sealed by adopting a standard metal winding gasket with an inner ring and an outer ring.
