The polypropylene resin composition for the medical injector is prepared from the following raw materials: homopolymerized PP, random copolymerized PP, impact-resistant copolymerized transparent PP, an antioxidant, an acid acceptor, a lubricant and a nucleating agent. The invention obtains the transparent polypropylene composition with high rigidity and toughness balance through the screening of three polypropylene base resins and the application of an auxiliary agent system. The composition can meet the requirements of medical standards, is used for producing medical injectors, and can also be used for producing transparent food boxes, storage boxes and other transparent products by injection molding. Because of higher rigidity and toughness balance and transparency, the quality and durability of the product are improved.

Background
Currently, polypropylene is the primary raw material for the production of disposable medical syringes. The polypropylene for medical injectors meets the requirements of YY/T0242-2007 on the physical and mechanical properties, biological properties, chemical properties and the like of polypropylene, and the prior art can produce polypropylene resin meeting the above standard requirements, but in the actual use of producing medical injectors, the prior polypropylene resin has the problem of insufficient toughness, which is shown in the following: the produced syringe has a phenomenon of breakage during transportation and use, and the phenomenon is more serious particularly at low temperature, which affects normal use. In order to solve the problem of insufficient toughness, syringe manufacturers generally add toughening materials such as POP, POE, SEBS, metallocene PE, propylene-based elastomer and the like into polypropylene for toughening, but the introduced toughening agent reduces the rigidity and transparency of the material, and meanwhile, another non-PP material brings very unfavorable factors for controlling the sanitation of syringe products.
Based on the above problems, the development of a new polypropylene-based composition is urgent to meet the requirements of medical injectors for rigidity, toughness, transparency and medical standards.

The random copolymerization PP is an ethylene-propylene random copolymer or a propylene-butylene random copolymer, the content of a comonomer is 3-3.5%, the MFR is 8-40g/10min, and the haze of a 1mm sample is below 10%.

The antioxidant is one of hindered phenol antioxidant, phosphite antioxidant or composite antioxidant. The amount is 0.1 to 0.3 part, preferably 0.2 part.
The composite antioxidant is a composite of an antioxidant 1010 and an antioxidant 168, and the mass ratio of the antioxidant 1010 to the antioxidant 168 is 1: 1.
The acid scavenger is stearate, including calcium stearate, zinc stearate, sodium stearate, etc., preferably calcium stearate, abbreviated as Cast.

The antioxidant used in the following examples and comparative examples was 1010, 168 parts of a 1:1 compounded agent in an amount of 0.2 parts.
