Background
The crystallizer is core equipment for separating and purifying solute and solvent in solution. (3) The film scraping component in the crystallizer adopts a spring scraping plate, and the spring scraping plate is always attached to the surfaces of the inner cylinder wall and the outer cylinder wall, so that crystals formed on the cylinder wall can be scraped timely, effectively and continuously. Solves the problem of the cooling effect caused by the thickening of crystals on the wall of the traditional crystallizer.
(4) The spring scraping plate in the crystallizer has an adjusting function, and the pressing force of the scraping plate on the wall of the crystallizer can be controlled. The traditional spring scraping plate is weak in elasticity, dead zones which cannot be scraped easily are generated on the circumference of the cylinder wall, meanwhile, after the scraping plate is worn, the fitting degree of the scraping plate is reduced, and the use efficiency of the crystallizer is greatly reduced due to the fact that the spring force cannot be adjusted. The spring scraping plate can be adjusted, and the scraping plate can be attached to the cylinder wall again through the adjusting screw, so that the same efficiency before abrasion can be achieved under the condition that the scraping plate is not replaced.
(5) The spring plate has an adjusting function, so that the scraper is adjusted to a proper attaching force, and crystals with strong adhesive force with the cylinder wall can be scraped off; and the adhesive force of the crystal with weak adhesive force is also adjusted, so that the adhesive force of the scraping plate is reduced, and the abrasion of the scraping plate to the cylinder wall can be effectively reduced.
