本发明可应用于组装吸收性卫生用品的工位,在这些工位中片材或翼部被施加于主体,即施加于当产品完成时限定用品的主体或“基体”的“顶片”(可渗透层)或“底片”(不可渗透层)的连续幅材上。
在现有技术中,用于形成吸收性用品的单元由滚筒限定,滚筒与用于馈送一连串成对片材或翼部的装置和用于馈送至少一个连续的材料幅的装置相关联。
在一些实施例中,用于馈送一连串成对片材的装置被细分为两个轮或臂,每个轮或臂被配置成施加形状和组成成分通常不同的成对的前片和后片。
无论如何,现有技术单元通常包括粘合剂施放器单元,其经配置在片材联接区域处,将预定量的粘合剂施加在片材上或幅材上。
更具体地,该单元被配置成释放足够的粘合剂以“临时”定位片材,但不是将其永久固定。
实际上,现有技术的单元设置有位于滚筒下游并配备有面向邻接表面(或砧座)的多个超声波发生器的密封工位,其中在两个或更多个点位处通过粘合剂定位的片材被牢固地固定到的幅材上。
不利地,粘合剂施放器单元的存在将若干严苛因素和复杂度引入机器中。
实际上,位于粘合剂施放器单元之后的超声密封工位会使粘合剂过热,使其熔化并使其渗入吸收性用品中。
另外,熔化的粘合剂不仅影响吸收性用品,而且总体上倾向于污染密封工位,特别是超声波发生器或砧座,从而增加了维护成本和停机时间。
发明内容
鉴于上述,本发明的目的在于提供可以克服上述现有技术缺陷的用于形成吸收性卫生用品的单元和制造吸收性卫生用品的方法。
更具体地,本发明的目的在于提供可以提高产品质量的用于形成吸收性卫生用品的单元和制造吸收性卫生用品的可靠方法。
本发明的另一个目的是提供紧凑且可靠的用于形成吸收性卫生用品的单元。
通过具有权利要求1至7中的一项或多项中列出的特征的用于形成吸收性卫生用品的单元,以及通过用于制造吸收性卫生用品并具有权利要求8至10中的一项或多项中列出的特征的方法,来实现这些目的。
更具体地,根据本发明的单元包括:滚筒,其可围绕其旋转轴线旋转,并且具有可沿馈送方向移动的周向周缘表面;第一馈送装置,其用于面向周向周缘表面馈送一连串成对的材料片材,并且被配置而将每对片材定位成使得相应的两个片材彼此面向并与馈送方向横向对准;以及第二馈送装置,其用于馈送适合于限定吸收性卫生用品的主体的至少一部分的材料的连续幅材,并且被配置成将幅材定位在滚筒的周向周缘表面上,使得每个片材从幅材部分地侧向突出。
根据本发明的一个方面,该单元包括超声密封工位,该超声密封工位沿滚筒的周向周缘表面定位,在可操作地位于馈送装置下游的区域中,馈送装置用于馈送幅材并被配置成在沿馈送方向连续布置的至少一组的多个密封点处将每对片材附接到幅材上。
有利地,片材或翼部由此沿其整个长度直接连接到滚筒上并且不借助于定位粘合剂,从而实现了本发明的目的。
更具体地,滚筒满足了通过多个吸入腔将片材放置在正确位置同时进行密封(即,在不借助于粘合剂的情况下将片材固定在幅材上)的需要。
实际上,紧接在滚筒的下游而在中间没有任何其他密封工位地,该单元包括用于将吸收芯施加到幅材上的施放器工位和/或用于将另外的连续幅材施加到连续幅材上的施放器工位,使得片材插入在连续幅材和另外的连续幅材之间。
应当注意,超声密封工位优选地包括至少一个第一超声波发生器和至少一个第二超声波发生器,其面向滚筒的周向周缘表面,并且横向于馈送方向彼此间隔开,以使得各自作用于每对的相应片材。
因此,滚筒本身起到用于密封工位的一个或多个超声波发生器的砧座的作用。
根据上述内容,根据本发明的方法包括:馈送一连串成对片材的步骤;馈送适合于限定吸收性卫生用品(优选为无纺布)主体的至少一部分的材料的连续幅材的步骤;将每对片材放置在可旋转滚筒的周缘表面上,从而使得相应的两个片材彼此面向并与馈送方向横向对准的步骤;如此将幅材定位在滚筒的周向周缘表面上,从而使得每个片材从幅材部分地侧向突出的步骤。
该方法还包括使用超声波将片材密封到幅材上步骤,其中通过将多个密封点沿馈送方向连续布置而在滚筒上执行密封。

参考附图,数字1表示用于根据本发明的形成吸收性卫生用品100的单元。
形成单元1沿用于生产吸收性卫生用品(诸如尿布或失禁内衣)的生产线定位,吸收性卫生用品具有设置有优选地由片材102或侧翼限定的吸收芯和一个或多个辅助元件的主要部分或“基体”。
更确切地说,每个吸收性卫生用品100包括主体101或基体,当将尿布围绕穿戴者的胯部折叠成U形时,该主体101或基体沿相应的轴线从在使用中将被放置在穿戴者前面的前端部分延伸到在使用中将被放置在穿戴者后面的后端部分。
更具体地,每个吸收性用品100的主体101是包括通常由纤维素纤维或SAP制成的至少一个内部吸收垫的复合物品,该内部吸收垫放置在柔软容器的内部,该柔软容器的一侧由可渗透的无纺布片材或“顶片”所形成,另一侧由不可渗透的聚乙烯片材(未示出)或“底片”所形成。
参照由使用者穿戴着时的尿布,吸收性用品100通常还设置有从前端部分侧向延伸的一对前片102或翼部,和一对后片102或翼部。
通常为彼此不同的前片和后片以彼此相接合的方式制成,以包围住穿戴者的腰部,并在使用中将尿布正确地保持在适当的位置。
然后,形成单元1则设置有至少一个滚筒2,该滚筒2可围绕相应的旋转轴线“A”旋转,并且与滚筒2相关联的是用于馈送(和施加)一连串成对的片材102的第一馈送装置3和用于馈送适合于限定主体101的至少一部分的材料的连续幅材101a的第二馈送装置4。
更确切地说,滚筒2具有可围绕轴线“A”沿馈送方向“B”移动的周向周缘表面2a。
第一馈送装置3被配置成在滚筒2上、特别是在其周向周缘表面2a上施加限定前对片材和/或后对片材的一连串成对的片材102或翼部。
应当注意,片材102被定位成,使得每对中的片材横向于馈送方向“B”(即与馈送方向“B”成直角地)彼此间隔开并对准。
因此,优选地,第一馈送装置3具有可旋转构件5,该可旋转构件5设置有基本上与滚筒2相切的至少一个释放部分,并且优选地其尺寸被设计成将每对的两个片材102都接收。
另一方面,第二馈送装置4被配置成将连续幅材101a施加在滚筒2上,特别是在其周向周缘表面2a上。
更具体地,第二馈送装置4被配置成沿着围绕滚筒2具有部分圆形伸展部的馈送路径“P”来馈送幅材101a。
优选地,馈送路径“P”的伸展部“T”占据覆盖大于10°并且更优选为至少20°的角度的圆形扇区。
优选地,第二馈送装置4可操作地位于第一馈送装置3的下游。因此,第二馈送装置4被配置成将幅材101a放置在滚筒2上,从而使得片材102插入在幅材101a本身和滚筒2的周向周缘表面2a之间。
更确切地说,第一馈送装置3和第二馈送装置4被配置为,使得每对中的每个片材102从连续幅材101a的相应纵向边缘侧向突出。
因此,在被施加到幅材101a之后,每个片材102具有连接到幅材101a的内部部分102a和从幅材101a侧向突出的外部部分102b。
应当注意,第一馈送装置3可以位于第二馈送装置4的上游(优选地),但是在一些实施例中也可位于其下游。
为了将片材102保持在位,滚筒2的周向周缘表面2a优选地具有施加到其上的吸力。
换句话说,滚筒2沿其周向周缘表面2a具有沿至少部分周向方向连续布置的多个吸入腔6。
因此,该腔与用于将片材102保持在适当位置的真空产生装置(未示出)流体连接。
根据本发明的一个方面,单元1包括超声密封工位7,该超声密封工位7沿滚筒2的周向周缘表面2a定位,在可操作地位于第二馈送装置4下游的区域中的。
在优选实施例中,密封工位位于伸展部“T”处。
密封工位7被配置成,在沿馈送方向B连续布置的至少一组的多个密封点8处将一对中的每个片材102附接到幅材101a。
应当注意,密封工位7永久地将片材102密封到幅材101a,并且不需要另外的连接工位。
实际上,为了将翼102a附接到幅材101a,密封工位7被配置成在连续布置的多个点处在翼的内部部分上操作。
另一方面,吸入腔6在密封期间(也在之前和之后)在片材102的外部部分102b上操作。
在这方面,超声密封工位7包括至少一个第一超声波发生器9和至少一个第二超声波发生器10,其面向滚筒2的周向周缘表面2a并且横向于馈送方向“B”地彼此间隔开,从而使得它们各自作用于每对中的相应片材102。
更确切地说,超声密封工位7包括多个第一超声波发生器9和多个第二超声波发生器10,其被配置成在沿馈送方向“B”连续布置的相应的多个点8处将每个片材102密封到连续幅材101a。
有利地,这使得可以避免使用预定位粘合剂或多个密封工位的需要,从而使得单元1的结构非常紧凑并且完全围绕单个滚筒2定位。
应当注意,优选地,第一超声波发生器(或多个超声波发生器)9和第二超声波发生器(或多个超声波发生器)10可朝向彼此和远离彼此地移动,以便适应吸收性用品100的尺寸。
换句话说,密封工位7配备有移动装置(未示出),该移动装置与第一超声波发生器9和/或第二超声波发生器10相关联,并且被配置成使它们朝向彼此和远离彼此地移动。
优选地,移动装置可操作地与驱动设备和/或控制单元相关联,驱动设备和/或控制单元被配置成,根据吸收性用品100或片材102的尺寸来限定超声波发生器9、10的位置。
有利地,这使得形成单元1为通用的且易于适应尺寸转换,这转变成对制造商的时间和金钱的显著节省。
为了允许进行超声密封,滚筒2的周向周缘表面2a限定用于超声波发生器9、10的砧座11。
为此,滚筒2沿其周向周缘表面2a具有限定了用于超声波发生器9、10的相应砧座11并沿至少部分周向方向分布的多个止挡件或邻靠件12。
优选地,止挡件12由位于形成在滚筒2的周向周缘表面2a上的特定腔体中的板限定。
这些板由合适的材料制成。
因此,滚筒2包括沿周向周缘表面2a在周向上连续定位的多个止挡件12。
优选地,滚筒2包括止挡件12的至少两个基本周向行13,以便允许将每对中的两个片材102依次密封。
在优选实施例中,吸入腔6与止挡件12沿轴向和/或周向交替地布置,或者相邻接。
换句话说,沿周向方向,周向周缘表面2a设置有与止挡件12交替的吸入腔6,以便将最大生产率与定位精度相结合。
进一步地,周向周缘表面2a优选地设置有沿轴向方向(平行于旋转轴线“A”)而与止挡件12交替的吸入腔6。
换句话说,在优选实施例中,周向周缘表面2a具有吸入腔6和止挡件12的分布型式,以便保证最大的通用性和定位精度。
实际上,吸入腔6沿整个周向周缘表面2a的分布允许片材被正确地定位,而与其形状和尺寸无关,而止挡件12的分布允许无论超声波发生器9、10采用哪个位置都可在若干点处进行正确的密封。
在第一实施例中,单元1包括紧接在滚筒2下游定位的施放器工位,用于将吸收芯施加在101a上。
可替代地,单元1包括紧接在滚筒2下游定位的施放器工位,用于将另外的连续幅材101b施加到连续幅材101a上,使得片材插入在连续幅材101a和另外的连续幅材101b之间。
因此,未设置另外的密封工位,并且在密封工位7中完成片材102的定位。
有利地,根据本发明的形成单元1是非常紧凑的并且易于维护。
实际上,所涉及的所有设备、诸如第一馈送装置3和第二馈送装置4以及密封工位7都与滚筒的周向周缘表面2a接近并相切。
因此,单元1被配置来实施用于形成吸收性卫生用品100的方法,这也是本发明的目的。
该方法包括馈送材料的一连串成对的片材102的步骤。
片材102由优选弹性材料制成,以限定用于封闭吸收性用品100的侧翼。
还有馈送适合于限定吸收性卫生用品100的主体101的至少一部分的材料的连续幅材101a的步骤。
优选地,连续幅材101a是该用品的主要部分的顶片。因此,幅材101a优选地由无纺布制成。
可替代地,幅材可以是用品100的底片,在这种情况下,其可以由基本上不可渗透的材料制成。
因此,优选地,每对片材102被放置在可旋转滚筒2的周缘表面2a上,从而使得相应的两个片材102彼此相面对并且与馈送方向“B”横向对准。
因此,每对中的两个片材102沿平行于滚筒2的旋转轴线的轴向方向对准,并且以预定量彼此间隔开。
接下来,或者在之前,幅材101a被定位在滚筒2的周向周缘表面2a上,以使得每个片材102从幅材101a部分地侧向突出。
因此,在将片材102和幅材101a定位之后,每个片材102具有连接到/叠覆在幅材101a上的内部部分102a和从其侧面突出的外部部分102b。
根据本发明,该方法进一步包括将片材102、或确切地说是其内部部分102a超声密封到幅材101的步骤。
更具体地,通过使多个密封点8沿馈送方向“B”连续布置,在滚筒2上执行该密封步骤。
与密封步骤同时地,存在通过吸力来压紧片材102的步骤,以便将片材102恰当地保持在位,同时将它们密封到连续幅材101a。
优选地,通过吸力压紧的步骤在密封步骤之前开始,并且更优选地接在密封步骤之后。
有利地,用那种方法,片材102和幅材101a的定位保持恒定和精确。
完全在滚筒2上进行将片材102密封到幅材101。
鉴于此,该方法包括将吸收芯施加在幅材101a上的步骤,其紧接在密封步骤之后且在这两个步骤间没有任何其它步骤。
可替代地,可以有将另外的连续幅材101b施加到连续幅材101a的步骤,使得片材102插入在连续幅材101a和另外的连续幅材101b之间。
本发明实现了预设目的,并带来了重要的优势。
实际上,沿形成滚筒提供超声密封工位使得可以永久地将片材附接到幅材上,从而显著地提高产品的质量(在没有粘合剂的情况下),同时降低机器生产成本/停机时间。
另外,提供具有用于超声波发生器的吸入口和止挡件的分布型式的周缘表面,允许最大的使用通用性并且使转换期间的安装时间最小。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于形成吸收性卫生用品的单元,包括:
-滚筒(2),所述滚筒能够围绕其旋转轴线(A)旋转并且具有能够沿馈送方向(B)移动的周向周缘表面(2a);
-第一馈送装置(3),所述第一馈送装置用于馈送面向所述周向周缘表面(2a)的一连串成对材料片材(102),并且被配置成将每一对片材定位成,使得相应的两个所述片材(102)彼此相面对并与所述馈送方向(B)横向对准;以及
-第二馈送装置(4),所述第二馈送装置用于馈送适合于限定吸收性卫生用品(100)的主体(101)的至少一部分的材料的连续幅材(101a),并且被配置成将所述幅材(101a)定位在所述滚筒(2)的所述周向周缘表面(2a)上,以使得每个片材(102)从所述幅材(101a)部分地侧向突出;
-超声密封工位(7),所述超声密封工位沿所述滚筒(2)的所述周向周缘表面(2a)定位,在可操作地位于所述第二馈送装置(4)的下游的区域中,并且被配置成在沿所述馈送方向(B)连续布置的至少一组多个密封点(8)处将每对所述片材(102)附接到所述幅材(101a)上;所述超声密封工位(7)包括至少一个第一超声波发生器(9)和至少一个第二超声波发生器(10),它们面向所述滚筒(2)的所述周向周缘表面(2a),并且横向于所述馈送方向(B)地彼此间隔开,以使得它们各自作用于每对中的相应片材(102);
其特征在于,所述第一超声波发生器(9)和所述第二超声波发生器(10)能够朝向彼此和远离彼此地移动,以便适应所述吸收性用品(100)的尺寸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单元,其特征在于,所述单元包括被配置成在沿所述馈送方向(B)连续布置的对应的多个点(8)处将每个片材(102)密封到所述连续幅材(101a)的多个所述第一超声波发生器(9)和多个所述第二超声波发生器(10)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的单元,其特征在于,所述滚筒(2)沿其周向周缘表面(2a)具有:多个吸入腔(6),所述多个吸入腔沿至少部分的周向方向连续布置;和多个止挡件(12)或邻靠件,所述多个止挡件(12)或邻靠件限定用于所述超声波发生器(9、10)的相应砧座(11),并且相对于所述滚筒(2)的所述旋转轴线(A)沿所述至少部分周向方向以及沿轴向方向分布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的单元,其特征在于,所述吸入腔(6)与所述止挡件(12)沿轴向和/或沿周向交替地布置,或者相邻接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的单元,其特征在于,所述吸入腔(6)与所述止挡件(12)沿轴向且沿周向交替地布置,或者相邻接。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的单元,其特征在于,所述第二馈送装置(4)被配置成沿围绕着所述滚筒(2)而具有部分圆形伸展部的馈送路径(P)来馈送所述幅材(101a);所述密封工位位于所述伸展部(T)处。
7.根据权利要求6所述的单元,其特征在于,所述馈送路径(P)的所述伸展部(T)占据至少20°的圆形扇区。
8.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的单元,其特征在于,所述单元包括紧接在所述滚筒(2)下游以用于将吸收芯施加到所述幅材上的施放器工位和/或用于将另外的连续幅材(101b)施加到所述连续幅材(101a)上的施放器工位,从而使得所述片材(102)插入在所述连续幅材(101a)和所述另外的连续幅材(101b)之间。
