Example 1
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of a method that may be performed by an embodiment of the apparatus of the present application, it being noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the drawings may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
According to an embodiment of the invention, a method for processing a session is provided.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the processing method of the session may be applied to a hardware environment formed by the terminal 102 and the server 104 shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, a terminal 102 is connected to a server 104 via a network including, but not limited to: the terminal 102 may be a mobile phone terminal, or may also be a PC terminal, a notebook terminal, or a tablet terminal.
The main operating principles of the hardware environment system shown in fig. 1 are:
the method provided by the embodiment of the invention is a session processing method. In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal 102 installed with the instant messaging application monitors the trigger event for adding the session in the instant messaging application to the session group. If the terminal 102 installed with the instant messaging application monitors the trigger event, determining which sessions of the instant messaging application trigger the trigger event, that is, determining sessions to be added; and then, according to the determined session to be added, adding the session to be added into the target session group, and realizing the association between the session to be added and the target session group.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a session processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the following describes in detail the session processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 2, as shown in fig. 2, the session processing method mainly includes the following steps S202 to S206:
step S202, a target trigger event is monitored, wherein the target trigger event is used for triggering the addition of the session in the instant messaging application to the session group of the instant messaging application.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a target trigger event may be monitored through a terminal installed with an instant messaging application, where the target trigger event is used to trigger adding a session in the instant messaging application to a session group. For example, if it is monitored that an application is newly established in a session of the instant messaging application, it may be determined that a target trigger event is monitored, and at this time, a session to be added in the instant messaging application may be added to a target session group of the instant messaging application according to the target trigger event.
In the embodiment of the invention, the instant messaging application can be RTX software, WeChat, QQ and other instant messaging software; a session refers to a session initiated by a user communicating with one or more buddies in an instant messaging application; the conversation group represents the category to which the conversation belongs, and the target conversation group is the category of the conversation group to which the conversation to be added belongs in the embodiment of the invention. For example, the target session group may be a workgroup session, that is, a session belonging to the workgroup session has an association with the work of the user. Therefore, if the target session group is a workgroup session, then when setting the target trigger event, the target trigger event may be set to be a trigger event having an association relationship with the work of the user.
Therefore, in this embodiment of the present invention, if the target session group is a working group session, the monitoring the target trigger event includes at least one of the following:
monitoring an event of adding a target file in a session to be added, for example, a user newly creates a document in the session to be added and uploads the document, wherein the monitored event is the event of adding the target file; for another example, the user creates a memo in the session to be added, where the memo includes a meeting record of a certain meeting, and at this time, the monitored event is also an event of adding the target file.
Monitoring an event for creating a voting event in the session to be added, for example, a user initiates a voting event in the session to be added, and at this time, determining to monitor the event for creating the voting event, where the voting event may be a voting event of a company tour, or any one of a voting team event and the like.
Monitoring an event for issuing timing activity in the session to be added, for example, a user initiates a conference countdown event in the session to be added, and at this time, it is determined that the timing activity is monitored.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a display interface of an instant messaging application installed on a PC side, in which display interface, "my contact", "my session", "workgroup session", "common department", "custom group", and "address book" are included. The "workgroup session" is the target workgroup, and includes a plurality of sessions, for example, "tea session" and the like.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a display interface of an instant messaging application installed on a mobile terminal side, in which "my workgroup", "my bookmark", and "my file" are included, where the "my workgroup" is the above-mentioned target conversation group. The display interface when the user clicks on "My workgroup" is shown in FIG. 5 and includes multiple conversation groups, such as "salon questions" and "tea session" sessions.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the "workgroup session" may be a session group that has been created in advance in the instant messaging application, for example, in the RTX software, the "workgroup session" has been created in advance; the "workgroup session" can also be a user-defined created session group, and the user can add the session to be added to the "workgroup session" according to actual needs.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the target conversation group may include a plurality of sub-conversation groups, for example, when an event that a target file is added in the to-be-added conversation is monitored, the to-be-added conversation may be added to the sub-conversation group 1; if the event of creating the voting activity in the session to be added is monitored, adding the session to be added into the sub-session group 2; if an event is heard that issues a timing activity in the to-be-added session, the to-be-added session is added to the sub-talkgroup 3.
And step S204, determining a session to be added in the session of the instant messaging application according to the monitored target trigger event.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the terminal monitors the target trigger event, the terminal may determine a session to be added according to the monitored target trigger event, that is, it needs to determine which session triggers the target trigger event.
Step S206, adding the session to be added to the target session group.
In the embodiment of the present invention, for example, if it is monitored that the user initiates a "voting activity for company travel" in "session 1", it may be determined that "session 1" is a session to be added, at this time, the session to be added may be added to the target session group, for example, "session 1" is added to a session group named "workgroup session".
For another example, if it is monitored that the user adds the document of the work conference summary in "session 2", it may be determined that "session 2" is also a session to be added, and at this time, the session to be added may be added to the target session group, for example, "session 2" is added to the session group named "work group session". As can be seen from the above description, if the target session group is "workgroup session", all sessions belonging to "workgroup session" have an association with the work of the user. It should be noted that the session group in the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the "work group session", and may be a "learning group session", a "home group session", or the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the trigger event triggering the addition of the session to be added to the target session group is monitored, the session to be added is added to the target session group, so that the aim of automatically associating the session to be added with the target session group is achieved, the technical effect of enriching the arrangement mode of the session in the instant messaging application is realized, and the technical problem that the arrangement mode is single when a plurality of sessions in the instant messaging application are arranged in the prior art is solved.
In this embodiment of the present invention, in step S204, when determining a session to be added in a session of an instant messaging application according to a monitored target trigger event, a terminal installed with the instant messaging application may obtain identification information of the session to be added according to the monitored target trigger event to determine the session to be added, where the identification information may be ID address information of the session to be added. For example, the terminal may obtain identification information (e.g., ID address information) of a session to be added when monitoring a target triggering event, where the target triggering event is an event occurring in the session to be added, and then the terminal may determine the session to be added in the session of the instant messaging application according to a one-to-one correspondence between the identification information and the session to be added.
After determining the identification information (e.g., ID address information) of the session to be added, the session to be added may be added to the target session group according to the identification signal, for example, by establishing an association relationship between the identification information of the session to be added and the target session group, the session to be added may be added to the target session group.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, if it is monitored that the application b is created in the session a, it is determined that the target trigger event is monitored, at this time, the server to which the trigger application b belongs synchronizes the identification information of the session a to the server of the instant messaging application, so that the identification information of the session a is stored in the server of the instant messaging application. In this case, when listening to the target trigger event, the terminal sends indication information indicating that the target trigger event occurs in the session to be added (e.g., session a) to the server (i.e., the server of the instant messaging application). After acquiring the indication information sent by the terminal, the server sends the identification information of the session to be added to the terminal. After acquiring the identification information sent by the server, for example, acquiring the ID address information of the session a, the terminal may determine that the session a is the session to be added according to the identification information, and then add the session to be added to the target session group according to the identification information.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the number of sessions to be added may be multiple, for example, including the first session and the second session, and at this time, when the first session and the second session are added to the target session group, the order of the first session and the second session in the target session group may be determined according to the time when the user creates the application in the first session and according to the time when the user creates the application in the second session, and the order of adding the first session and the second session in the target session group may be determined.
Specifically, when adding the second session, i.e. the first session, to the target session group, the terminal may first obtain a first time triggered by a first target trigger event and obtain a second time triggered by a second target trigger event, where the first target trigger event is used to trigger the addition of the first session to the target session group, and the second target trigger event is used to trigger the addition of the second session to the target session group; then, determining the triggering sequence of the first target triggering event and the second target triggering event according to the acquired first time and second time; finally, the first session and the second session are added to the target session group in the triggering order.
It should be noted that the first time in the embodiment of the present invention is a time when the user creates an application in the first session, and the second time is a time when the application is created in the second session according to the user.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the first time triggered by monitoring the first target trigger event is earlier than the second time triggered by monitoring the second target trigger event, it may be determined that the time when the server uploads the identification information of the first session to the terminal is also earlier than the time when the server uploads the identification information of the second session to the terminal. If the moment when the terminal acquires the identification information of the first session is later than the moment when the terminal acquires the identification information of the second session, the terminal firstly adds the second session to the target session group and then adds the first session to the target session. That is to say, in the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal adds the first session and the second session to the target session group according to the obtained sequence of the first time and the second time.
For example, if the terminal monitors that the user a initiates a voting activity in session 1 at point 25/11/7/2016, and monitors that the user a creates a document in session 2 at point 30/11/7/11/2016, it determines to monitor the target trigger event for adding session 1 to the target talkgroup, and monitors the target trigger event for adding session 2 to the target talkgroup.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, after initiating a voting activity to session 1 and newly creating a document to session 2, the identification information of session 1 and the identification information of session 2 are uploaded to a server of an instant messaging application. Thus, the identification information of session 1 and the identification information of session 2 are stored in the server.
After monitoring the trigger event, the terminal sends instruction information to the server, for example, instruction information 1 for instructing that a target trigger event occurs in session 1 and instruction information 2 for instructing that a target trigger event occurs in session 2 are sent to the server, where instruction information 1 and instruction information 2 are different instruction information. After acquiring the indication information 1, the server sends identification information 1 of the session 1 to the terminal; after acquiring the indication information 2, the server sends the identification information 2 of the session 2 to the terminal.
After the terminal acquires the identification information 1 and the identification information 2, determining that the session 1 is a session to be added according to the one-to-one correspondence between the identification information and the session to be added, and determining that the session 2 is another session to be added. Further, when adding session 1 and session 2 to the target session group, the terminal may add session 1 and session 2 to the target session group according to a time when the target trigger event occurs in session 1 and a time when the target trigger event occurs in session 2. Since the target trigger event occurs earlier in session 1 than in session 2, the terminal may first add session 1 to the target talkgroup and then add session 2 to the target talkgroup. That is, the terminal may first establish an association relationship between the identification information 1 of the session 1 and the target session group, so as to add the session 1 to the target session group; an association relationship between the identification information 2 of the session 2 and the target session group may also be established to enable the session 2 to be added to the target session group.
After adding session 1 and session 2 to the target session group, determining the display order of session 1 and session 2 on the display interface of the instant messaging application according to the time when the target trigger event occurs in session 1 and the time when the target trigger event occurs in session 2. For example, session 1 is added to the target session group first, and session 2 is added to the target session group later, so that session 2 added to the session group later can be displayed at the front end of the display interface, and the user can conveniently view the session.
In another optional implementation manner of the present invention, after adding a session to be added to a target session group, a request for deleting the session to be added in the target session group may also be obtained, where the request carries identification information of the session to be added; then, the session to be added is deleted in the target session group according to the request.
In the embodiment of the present invention, through the above description, if a user newly creates an application in a session to be added, it is determined that the target trigger event is monitored, and at this time, the trigger terminal adds the session to be added to the target session group. Similarly, if the terminal monitors that the user deletes the newly-built application in the session to be added, it is determined that the request for deleting the session to be added in the target session group is obtained, at this time, the session to be added in the target session group may be deleted according to the identification information in the request, for example, the identification information, such as the ID address information, of the session to be added in the target session group may be deleted.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, according to the request, not only the session to be added may be deleted in the target session group, but also the session to be added may be deleted in the original session group to which the session to be added belongs. For example, as shown in fig. 3, assuming that the session to be added originally belongs to any one of the "my session", when the user creates an application in the session, it is determined that a target trigger event is monitored, and at this time, the session to be added is added to the "workgroup session" on the basis that the session to be added is reserved in the "my session". If the user deletes the created application in the to-be-added session added to the "workgroup session", the request for deleting the to-be-added session in the "workgroup session" is determined to be acquired, at this time, the to-be-added session may be deleted in the "workgroup session", and the to-be-added session may be also selected to be deleted in the "my session" while the to-be-added session is deleted in the "workgroup session".
In the embodiment of the invention, aiming at the situation that the user is overwhelmed with a plurality of conversations in the current instant messaging application, the original and simplified conversation list sequencing is skipped, and the function of the conversation of the workgroup is promoted. By adopting the processing method of the session provided by the embodiment of the invention, if the application is issued in a certain session, the session can be automatically classified into the target session group, wherein when the application is issued in the certain session, the target trigger event is determined to be monitored. Meanwhile, in the process of automatically classifying the session into the target session group, the session is not arranged in disorder in the target session group, and the arrangement sequence of the session can be determined according to the application issuing time of the session, so that the staff can conveniently and preferentially check the most important session application.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of another processing method of a session according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the processing method of the session mainly includes the following steps S602 to S606:
step S601, acquiring a first target trigger event, wherein the first target trigger event is used for triggering the addition of a first session to a target session group;
step S602, a second target trigger event is obtained, where the second target trigger event is used to trigger adding the second session to the target session group.
In this embodiment of the present invention, if the target session group is the working group session described above, the monitoring the target trigger event includes at least one of the following: monitoring an event of adding a target file in a session to be added; monitoring an event for creating a voting activity in a session to be added; and monitoring events for issuing timing activities in the session to be added. The above three events are monitored in the above embodiments, and are not described herein.
As can be seen from the description in the foregoing embodiment, after the target trigger event is monitored, the identification information of the session, that is, the ID address information, is uploaded to the server of the instant messaging application, and specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the message ID1 and the message ID2 are used as the ID address information of the first session and the second session, respectively.
Step S603, determining a first moment triggered by a first target trigger event;
step S604, determining a second moment triggered by a second target trigger event;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the order of adding the first session and the second session to the target session group may be determined according to a first time triggered by the first target trigger event and a second time triggered by the second target trigger event, and an order of arranging the first session and the second session in the instant messaging application may be determined.
Step S605, determining whether the first time is earlier than the second time, wherein if the first time is earlier than the second time, step S606 is executed, and if the first time is later than or equal to the second time, step S607 is executed;
step S606, adding the first session to the target session group;
step S607, the second session is added to the target session group.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the first moment is earlier than the second moment, the first session is added to the target session group, and then the second session is added to the target session group; if the second time is earlier than the first time, the second session is added to the target talkgroup first and then the first session is added to the target talkgroup. When the first session and the second session are added to the target session group, the terminal sends indication information to the server, and then the terminal acquires the message ID1 of the first session and the message ID2 of the second session sent by the server. After acquiring the message ID1 of the first session and the message ID2 of the second session, the terminal adds the first session and the second session to the target session group according to the identification information of the message ID1 and the message ID2, specifically, the message ID1 may be added to the target session group, and the message ID2 may also be added to the target session group.
In the embodiment of the invention, the arrangement sequence of the target session group is determined according to the application release time in the session, so that the user can solve the applications in the session one by one according to the arrangement sequence, and the application message in any session is ensured not to be overlooked. Further, if a new application is published in the original target talkgroup, the ranking of each session in the current target talkgroup can be determined according to the latest publication time.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required by the invention.
