If not, the micrometer 6 needs to be readjusted to accurately insert the FPC5 into the connector holder 21. In addition, the light provided by the light emitting diode 71 can satisfy the action of the operator for locking and closing the connecting seat 21. And the second circuit board 7 is arranged at a position that the light emitting diode 71 is just aligned with the connecting seat 21, so that the visual change of the operator is not greatly influenced. When the lighting equipment is powered on and the lighting button is not closed, the power-on of the diode is controlled through the lighting program to emit light. When the lighting button is closed, the power-off of the diode is controlled through the lighting program, so that the influence of light emitted by the diode on the vision of an operator during lighting inspection is eliminated.
In order to ensure high precision insertion of FPC5 into connector housing 21, the maximum tolerance in the manufacture of the fixing pins on automatic insertion board 3 is 0.02mm, while the maximum tolerance of connector housing 21 is 0.1 mm. Therefore, even if the micro-motion occurs, the screen burn-in phenomenon can not occur because the maximum error of the fixing pin of the FPC5 is small.
It should be noted that before the inspection jig 100 is used, it is necessary to confirm whether all the screws on the inspection jig 100 are screwed, and if not, it is necessary to screw and fix the screws, especially the portion of the inserting plate 3 in time, otherwise, the aligning accuracy of the inserting plate 3 is not high, and the FPC5 cannot be accurately inserted into the connecting seat 21.
The inspection jig 100 for inserting the FPC5 in the present invention has the following advantages:
1. by using the attraction force and the repulsion force generated by the first magnetic member 122, the second magnetic member and the magnetic member, the FPC5 can be really inserted into the connecting socket 21 of the first circuit board 2 automatically, thereby achieving the purpose of lighting inspection. The plug-in speed is fast, the efficiency is high, and bad phenomena such as plug-in deviation, plug-in reversal and the like can be effectively avoided.
2. The module end lighting inspection jig 100 of the prior art is inserted with the FPC5 manually, which easily causes the breakage of the connector holder 21. The present invention does not contact the connecting holder 21 by hand, thereby more effectively protecting the connecting holder 21.
3. Micrometer 6 can be effectively with the tolerance regulation and control at 0.02mm, and the tolerance between two adjacent pins of general connecting seat 21 is 0.1 mm. Therefore, high-precision plugging can be realized.
4. The illumination of module end operational environment has clear requirement, and under a lower illumination environment, the illumination that the operator sent through LED lighting module further judges whether FPC5 inserts in connecting seat 21 accurately. The on and off of the voltage and the current of the LED lighting module are completely controlled by a lighting program, and the normal lighting inspection is not influenced.
