许多变型可以包括自动紧急制动系统,其包括用于在无需驾驶员动作的情况下自动打开变速器的离合器的装置。打开单个离合器或多个离合器使得发动机能与动力传动系统分离,从而有效地将大量旋转惯性/质量从车辆上移除,实现更短的停车距离,同时仍使得发动机进行空转并提供关键安全性动力特性(其可以包括真空系统、电气系统和液压系统)。
参照图1,在许多变型中,车辆10可以包括感测技术14(诸如雷达传感器、视觉传感器等)以及控制器17(诸如电子控制模块的计算机),该控制器可以包括软件,该软件包括自动制动算法或方法,从而通过启动自动致动器18将制动器16施加到连接至车辆10的车轮的盘或鼓11,从而在确定与另一辆车辆或物体12即将发生碰撞的情况下致使该车辆积极地制动。在许多变型中,可以提供液压装置或模块22(其包括电动机、泵、液压元件和控制机构,例如算法和计算装置),以将液压流体供应到离合器20,进而打开离合器20。在许多变型中,系统可以包括连接至主缸26的离合器踏板24和连接至离合器20的从动缸28。在许多变型中,液压装置或模块22可以置于主缸26与从动缸28之间。当检测到即将发生碰撞时,控制器17可以发信号通知或致使液压装置或模块22启动,以将液压流体提供给变速器的离合器20,从而在没有来自车辆10的驾驶员的动作或输入的情况下快速地打开离合器20。
参照图2,在许多变型中,可以提供电气装置30,并且电气装置30可以包括可操作地连接至离合器20的电机。当检测到即将发生碰撞时,控制器17可以发信号通知或致使液压装置或模块22启动,以使离合器片远离彼此移动,从而在没有来自车辆10的驾驶员的动作或输入的情况下快速地打开离合器20。
参照图3,许多变型可以包括可以启动来在没有来自车辆10的驾驶员的动作或输入的情况下快速地打开离合器20的储能装置34、34'。在许多变型中,储能装置34'可以是预载弹簧35或蓄能器,其可以被自动地释放,从而直接打开离合器20或者在没有来自车辆10的驾驶员的动作或输入的情况下致使液压流体快速地打开离合器。在许多变型中,储能装置34可以包括烟火装置,该烟火装置的启动可以直接打开离合器或者在没有来自车辆10的驾驶员的动作或输入的情况下致使液压流体快速地打开离合器20。

Claims (17)
1.一种产品,其包括:
自动紧急制动系统,其包括用于在没有驾驶员动作或输入的情况下自动打开变速器的离合器的装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的产品,其中所述系统可以包括连接至液压系统的电动机和泵,所述液压系统构造和布置成将液压流体泵入所述离合器以打开所述离合器。
3.如权利要求1所述的产品,其中所述系统包括构造和布置成直接打开所述离合器的电气装置。
4.如权利要求1所述的产品,其还包括构造和布置成直接或间接打开所述离合器的储能装置。
5.如权利要求4所述的产品,其中所述储能装置包括弹簧。
6.如权利要求4所述的产品,其中所述储能装置包括蓄能器。
7.如权利要求4所述的产品,其中所述储能装置包括烟火装置。
8.一种产品,其包括:
包括自动紧急制动系统的车辆,所述自动紧急制动系统包括至少一个传感器和用于在没有驾驶员动作或输入的情况下自动打开变速器的离合器的装置。
9.一种方法,其包括:
提供包括自动紧急制动系统的车辆,所述自动紧急制动系统包括至少一个制动器和至少一个传感器以及用于自动启动变速器的离合器的装置;
经由所述至少一个传感器感测即将发生的碰撞;以及
启动用于自动启动变速器的离合器的所述装置,其中包括打开变速器的所述离合器。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中启动所述自动紧急制动系统还包括启动所述至少一个制动器。
11.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述自动紧急制动系统包括连接至液压系统的电动机和泵,所述液压系统构造和布置成将液压流体泵入所述离合器以打开所述离合器。
12.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述自动紧急制动系统包括构造和布置成打开所述离合器的电气装置。
13.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述自动紧急制动系统包括构造和布置成直接或间接打开所述离合器的储能装置。
14.如权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述储能装置包括弹簧。
15.如权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述储能装置包括蓄能器。
16.如权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述储能装置包括烟火装置。
17.一种产品,其包括:
包括自动紧急制动系统的车辆,所述自动紧急制动系统包括用于自动打开变速器的离合器的装置;
构造和布置成检测即将发生的与所述车辆的碰撞的至少一个传感器;以及
连接至液压系统的电机和泵,所述液压系统构造和布置成当所述至少一个传感器检测到即将发生的碰撞时将液压流体泵入所述离合器以打开所述离合器。
