本发明涉及的是一种节能环保铝合金固定窗,属于建筑门窗技术领域。
背景技术
建筑节能是落实我国“节能减排”政策的重要内容之一。但随着人们生活水平的提高,其审美观也开始显现出来,因此在注重节能的同时,美观也是必不可少的部分。目前市场上,纯木门窗与铝合金门窗层出不从,纯木门窗隔热性能极好,且具有天然的树木纹理,美观高雅,消费者对其十分热衷,虽拥有较高的节能功效,但本身消耗了大量的木材资源,且价格昂贵,而对于铝合金门窗,其造价低廉,但在外观上达不到纯木门窗那种天然纹理的美感,不能满足要求越发提高的消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构简单、合理,使用安全性能高,门窗密封性能强,性价比高的节能环保铝合金固定窗。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种节能环保铝合金固定窗,包括铝窗框、扇铝框、固定转接料、压线、玻璃以及框扇之间的密封胶条,所述的固定转接料在外侧与扇铝框拼接组成扇框,所述的固定转接料与扇铝框分别通过螺钉安装在铝窗框一侧,并使外侧成扇压框结构,内侧框扇平齐并留有间隙。
作为优选:所述铝窗框与扇框之间的密封胶条分别设置在外侧固定转接料与铝窗框之间的压接处和内侧铝窗框与扇铝框之间的搭接处,构成内外两道密封;所述的压线采用卡入式直接安装在扇框内侧,玻璃与压线和扇框之间采用胶条密封。
本发明采用窗框窗扇齐平结构,能有效的增加门窗安全性能;压线采用卡入式压线结构,使得其在组装时更方便,更牢固,提高加工效率;固定扇通过螺钉安装在窗框内,加强了门窗稳定性,抗压性、牢固性,同时也避免了因压线、框型材尺寸的误差而导致在外观上的细小间隙;压线与框平齐,使得外观更加美观。
本发明具有结构简单、合理,使用安全性能高,门窗密封性能强,性价比高等特点。

下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1所示,本发明所述的一种节能环保铝合金固定窗,包括铝窗框1、扇铝框2、固定转接料3、压线4、玻璃5以及框扇之间的密封胶条6,所述的固定转接料3在外侧与扇铝框2拼接组成扇框,所述的固定转接料3与扇铝框2分别通过螺钉7安装在铝窗框1一侧,并使外侧成扇压框结构,内侧框扇平齐并留有间隙。
图中所示,所述铝窗框1与扇框之间的密封胶条6分别设置在外侧固定转接料3与铝窗框1之间的压接处和内侧铝窗框1与扇铝框2之间的搭接处,构成内外两道密封;所述的压线4采用卡入式直接安装在扇框内侧,玻璃5与压线4和扇框之间采用胶条8密封。

1.一种节能环保铝合金固定窗,包括铝窗框(1)、扇铝框(2)、固定转接料(3)、压线(4)、玻璃(5)以及框扇之间的密封胶条(6),其特征在于所述的固定转接料(3)在外侧与扇铝框(2)拼接组成扇框,所述的固定转接料(3)与扇铝框(2)分别通过螺钉(7)安装在铝窗框(1)一侧,并使外侧成扇压框结构,内侧框扇平齐并留有间隙。
