Abstract

本发明公开一种抗菌蚕丝的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:制备抗菌液;将蚕丝放入预处理液中浸泡140‑160min后,取出;将预处理后的蚕丝放入抗菌液中,浸泡处理50‑70min后,制得抗菌蚕丝。本发明提供的抗菌蚕丝的制备方法,操作简单,成本低廉,生产过程中三废少,制得的抗菌蚕丝,后续的上色性能优异,抗菌效果显著,并且具有一定的耐高温性能。

一种抗菌蚕丝的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于蚕丝制备技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌蚕丝的制备方法。
背景技术
蚕丝是熟蚕结茧时所分泌丝液凝固而成的连续长纤维,也称天然丝,是一种天然纤维。随着生物学和医学研究的不断发展,蚕丝的应用不再局限于纺织领域,其良好的生物相容性和生物降解性能得到普遍的认可,开始越来越多地应用到医药、生物医学材料、保健品和化妆品等领域。目前蚕丝的抗菌性能是研究的一个重要方向。中国专利CN106917266利用甲酸和硝酸银的混合液对蚕丝进行浸泡,进而使得蚕丝具有抗菌性能,但是其在加工过程中,需要用到大量的高浓度甲酸,甲酸会造成蚕丝的品质下降,会造成后期上色困难的问题。并且现有工艺制得的抗菌蚕丝,在一定的高温下,蚕丝的抗菌性能便会急剧的下降。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种不影响蚕丝加工性能、耐一定高温的抗菌蚕丝的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种抗菌蚕丝的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
S1:制备抗菌液
所述抗菌液由以下重量份的组分制成:24-28份臭茉莉、10-15份入地金牛、12-14份半枫荷、17-20份刺梨根、十二胺1-2份、篦麻油2-4份、水250-300份;
S2:蚕丝预处理
将蚕丝放入预处理液中浸泡140-160min后,取出,其中预处理液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸1-3份、磷酸二异辛酯4-8份、苄基三甲基溴化铵1-4份、水200-250份;
S3:抗菌蚕丝制备
将预处理后的蚕丝放入抗菌液中,浸泡处理50-70min后,制得抗菌蚕丝。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中的抗菌液采用以下方法制成:将臭茉莉、入地金牛、半枫荷、刺梨根加入至沸水中,采用小火继续煎煮50-60min后,过滤得滤液,将滤液冷却至室温后,向其中加入十二胺、篦麻油,混合搅拌均匀后,制得抗菌液。
具体地,上述步骤(2)预处理液中的1,2-环己二胺四乙酸的纯度为99.5%,磷酸二异辛酯的纯度为97%,苄基三甲基溴化铵的纯度为99%。
具体地,上述步骤(2)预处理液的温度为55-60℃。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的抗菌蚕丝的制备方法,操作简单,成本低廉,生产过程中三废少,制得的抗菌蚕丝,后续的上色性能优异,抗菌效果显著,并且具有一定的耐高温性能。其中,臭茉莉、入地金牛、半枫荷、刺梨根中的有效成分协同作用后,具有极其优异的抗菌性能,并且抗菌成分与蚕丝的相容性较好,可在蚕丝内均匀的分布,使得蚕丝具有优异的抗菌性能;十二胺、篦麻油也具有一定的抗菌性能,同时其能增强抗菌成分与蚕丝结合的牢固程度,使得抗菌成分在一定的高温环境下,不会与蚕丝分离;本发明提供的预处理液,可有效的增强蚕丝的透通性,使得蚕丝表面的粗糙度增加,进而增强了抗菌成分与蚕丝结合的牢固程度,并使得蚕丝后续的染色性能获得提升。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据厂家的条件作进一步调整,未说明的实施条件通常为常规实验条件。
实施例1
一种抗菌蚕丝的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
S1:制备抗菌液
所述抗菌液由以下重量份的组分制成:24份臭茉莉、10份入地金牛、12份半枫荷、17份刺梨根、十二胺1份、篦麻油2份、水250份;
S2:蚕丝预处理
将蚕丝放入预处理液中浸泡140min后,取出,其中预处理液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸1份、磷酸二异辛酯4份、苄基三甲基溴化铵1份、水200份;
S3:抗菌蚕丝制备
将预处理后的蚕丝放入抗菌液中,浸泡处理50min后,制得抗菌蚕丝。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中的抗菌液采用以下方法制成:将臭茉莉、入地金牛、半枫荷、刺梨根加入至沸水中,采用小火继续煎煮50min后,过滤得滤液,将滤液冷却至室温后,向其中加入十二胺、篦麻油,混合搅拌均匀后,制得抗菌液。
具体地,上述步骤(2)预处理液中的1,2-环己二胺四乙酸的纯度为99.5%,磷酸二异辛酯的纯度为97%,苄基三甲基溴化铵的纯度为99%。
具体地,上述步骤(2)预处理液的温度为55℃。
实施例2
一种抗菌蚕丝的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
S1:制备抗菌液
所述抗菌液由以下重量份的组分制成:26份臭茉莉、13份入地金牛、13份半枫荷、18份刺梨根、十二胺1份、篦麻油3份、水270份;
S2:蚕丝预处理
将蚕丝放入预处理液中浸泡150min后,取出,其中预处理液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸2份、磷酸二异辛酯6份、苄基三甲基溴化铵3份、水230份;
S3:抗菌蚕丝制备
将预处理后的蚕丝放入抗菌液中,浸泡处理60min后,制得抗菌蚕丝。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中的抗菌液采用以下方法制成:将臭茉莉、入地金牛、半枫荷、刺梨根加入至沸水中,采用小火继续煎煮55min后,过滤得滤液,将滤液冷却至室温后,向其中加入十二胺、篦麻油,混合搅拌均匀后,制得抗菌液。
具体地,上述步骤(2)预处理液中的1,2-环己二胺四乙酸的纯度为99.5%,磷酸二异辛酯的纯度为97%,苄基三甲基溴化铵的纯度为99%。
具体地,上述步骤(2)预处理液的温度为57℃。
实施例3
一种抗菌蚕丝的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
S1:制备抗菌液
所述抗菌液由以下重量份的组分制成:28份臭茉莉、15份入地金牛、14份半枫荷、20份刺梨根、十二胺2份、篦麻油4份、水300份;
S2:蚕丝预处理
将蚕丝放入预处理液中浸泡160min后,取出,其中预处理液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸3份、磷酸二异辛酯8份、苄基三甲基溴化铵4份、水250份;
S3:抗菌蚕丝制备
将预处理后的蚕丝放入抗菌液中,浸泡处理70min后,制得抗菌蚕丝。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中的抗菌液采用以下方法制成:将臭茉莉、入地金牛、半枫荷、刺梨根加入至沸水中,采用小火继续煎煮60min后,过滤得滤液,将滤液冷却至室温后,向其中加入十二胺、篦麻油,混合搅拌均匀后,制得抗菌液。
具体地,上述步骤(2)预处理液中的1,2-环己二胺四乙酸的纯度为99.5%,磷酸二异辛酯的纯度为97%,苄基三甲基溴化铵的纯度为99%。
具体地,上述步骤(2)预处理液的温度为60℃。
对比例1
不添加十二胺、篦麻油,其余操作步骤与实施例1完全相同。
对比例2
将步骤(2)中的预处理液换成清水,其余的操作步骤与实施例2完全相同。
分别用各实施例和对比例的方法制得抗菌柞蚕丝,将柞蚕丝放入60℃的热水中浸泡20min后,测试其抗菌性能,并观察后续的染色性能,测试结果如表1所示:

抗菌测试采用中华人民共和国纺织行业标准—抗菌针织品(FZ/T73023—2006)中的抗菌织物测试方法:振荡烧瓶法。

1.一种抗菌蚕丝的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
S1:制备抗菌液
所述抗菌液由以下重量份的组分制成:24-28份臭茉莉、10-15份入地金牛、12-14份半枫荷、17-20份刺梨根、十二胺1-2份、篦麻油2-4份、水250-300份;
S2:蚕丝预处理
将蚕丝放入预处理液中浸泡140-160min后,取出,其中预处理液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸1-3份、磷酸二异辛酯4-8份、苄基三甲基溴化铵1-4份、水200-250份;
S3:抗菌蚕丝制备
将预处理后的蚕丝放入抗菌液中,浸泡处理50-70min后,制得抗菌蚕丝。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种抗菌蚕丝的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中的抗菌液采用以下方法制成:将臭茉莉、入地金牛、半枫荷、刺梨根加入至沸水中,采用小火继续煎煮50-60min后,过滤得滤液,将滤液冷却至室温后,向其中加入十二胺、篦麻油,混合搅拌均匀后,制得抗菌液。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种抗菌蚕丝的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)预处理液中的1,2-环己二胺四乙酸的纯度为99.5%,磷酸二异辛酯的纯度为97%,苄基三甲基溴化铵的纯度为99%。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种抗菌蚕丝的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)预处理液的温度为55-60℃。
