本发明公开了一种发泡阻尼板,所述发泡阻尼板按质量百分比计,沥青:20.1~25.3%,改性剂:8.4~10.3%,助剂:4.3~5.6%,云母粉:2.3~4.4%,碳酸钙:37.8~46.5%;发泡剂:7.1~8.9%;炭黑:0.7~1.1%;氧化锌:1.3~1.6%。所述发泡阻尼板适应性强,无论什么形状都可成型,不像热熔型阻尼板会稍有弯曲会断裂;发泡率大,能够充分填充间隙。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阻尼板,特别是涉及一种发泡阻尼板。
背景技术
目前,在汽车厂的焊装工位往往会用到阻尼板,如汽车机盖部位用的就比较多,这种阻尼板用于两层钢板夹缝间的填充,由于钢板夹缝大且形状不规则,普通型阻尼板不能很好的适应这个需要。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种发泡阻尼板;本发明就是为了解决焊装用阻尼板适用问题。一种由基材沥青及改性剂、橡胶、助剂、云母粉、碳酸钙、发泡剂、炭黑、氧化锌等组成,起到隔音减震作用的发泡阻尼板,就能较好的解决这个问题,一般发泡阻尼板制成厚度在3.2mm左右,发泡后达到一倍以上。所述发泡阻尼板适应性强,无论什么形状都可成型,不像热熔型阻尼板会稍有弯曲会断裂;发泡率大,能够充分填充间隙。
本发明的目的是通过以下措施来实现的:
一种发泡阻尼板,所述发泡阻尼板按质量百分比计,沥青:20.1~25.3%,改性剂:8.4~10.3%,助剂:4.3~5.6%,云母粉:2.3~4.4%,碳酸钙:37.8~46.5%;发泡剂:7.1~8.9%;炭黑:0.7~1.1%;氧化锌:1.3~1.6%。
所述改性剂为阳离子丁苯胶乳。
所述助剂为脲醛树脂。
所述发泡剂为聚氨酯发泡剂。
所述的一种发泡阻尼板的制备方法为:
(1)先将橡胶、云母粉、碳酸钙、发泡剂、炭黑、氧化锌投入到密捏机中,捏合30min;
(2)再将以上半成品切成大小10kg左右的条块;
(3)将每条块在开捏机上与沥青及改性剂一起开捏,直至形成良好的厚度均匀的胶板;
(4)胶板在模具上滚压成型,经检验合格入库。
本发明的有益效果:

实施例1
一种发泡阻尼板,所述发泡阻尼板按质量百分比计,沥青:24.5%,改性剂:10%,助剂:5%,云母粉:4%,碳酸钙:46%;发泡剂:8%;炭黑:1%;氧化锌:1.5%。
所述改性剂为阳离子丁苯胶乳。
所述助剂为脲醛树脂。
所述发泡剂为聚氨酯发泡剂。
所述的一种发泡阻尼板的制备方法为:
(1)先将橡胶、云母粉、碳酸钙、发泡剂、炭黑、氧化锌投入到密捏机中,捏合30min;
(2)再将以上半成品切成大小10kg左右的条块;
(3)将每条块在开捏机上与沥青及改性剂一起开捏,直至形成良好的厚度均匀的胶板;
(4)胶板在模具上滚压成型,经检验合格入库。

1.一种发泡阻尼板,其特征在于,所述发泡阻尼板按质量百分比计,沥青:20.1~25.3%,改性剂:8.4~10.3%,助剂:4.3~5.6%,云母粉:2.3~4.4%,碳酸钙:37.8~46.5%;发泡剂:7.1~8.9%;炭黑:0.7~1.1%;氧化锌:1.3~1.6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡阻尼板,其特征在于,所述改性剂为阳离子丁苯胶乳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡阻尼板,其特征在于,所述助剂为脲醛树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡阻尼板,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为聚氨酯发泡剂。
5.权利要求1-4所述的一种发泡阻尼板的制备方法为:
(1)先将橡胶、云母粉、碳酸钙、发泡剂、炭黑、氧化锌投入到密捏机中,捏合30min;
(2)再将以上半成品切成大小10kg左右的条块;
(3)将每条块在开捏机上与沥青及改性剂一起开捏,直至形成良好的厚度均匀的胶板;
(4)胶板在模具上滚压成型,经检验合格入库。
